First time I came here it was great, the guys were super nice. I went in yesterday and the shorter round guy was a real prick. I ll probably go back one more time when I need a new tire or a plug to give them a shot, they are much faster than any of the chains.

I visited this shop for help with a tire issue. Waited by the register for five minutes without acknowledgment, then approached a staff member who greeted me abruptly. Despite explaining my problem, received a dismissive response: You gotta wait 15 minutes. Disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy.Went to another tire shop called Tires Plus right after which was less than a minute away. They quickly attended to my needs and started the repair work within minutes. Quite a different experience from here.

Friday afternoon with a hole in my tire. Went to one of the chain tire stores. There were 8 cars in front of me and the chance that they wouldn't get to it today. He recommended these guys, and he removed the nail and repaired the tire in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend them. Fast, professional, and courteous. Thank you!!!

07/21/22 rainy morning I went there half an hour before they open without me knowing, buzz haircut guy came out with a coffee in his hand. He fix my tire, put a patch inside and in under 15 minutes I was back on the road.I was standing job

Guy was very rude..an up charged Me for a service I've gotten from them about 2 months ago..he's bad for business a scammer..an probably a racist

Only giving 1 star for the time being, i was charged $107 for a NEW tire which turned out to be used i was in dire need of a tire so it never crossed my mind nor would i think they would do such a thing. Specifically the short young man who sold me the tire.

Had a bubble in sidewall and needed a tire for a trip that day. The guy there was attentive and within 15 minutes had the old tire off, new tire mounted, and he took the time to verify that it wasn't leaking, and re-mounted. We drive 4 hours that afternoon with no issues. Very satisfied and recommend.

Worst place to go to they rob you tell you is a new tire and is used and the guy in the back is very rude do not come here.

The woman who works there is very sweet!... But!!!! 30 minutes after leaving this this 'tire shop' the front wheel on the passenger side started loosing pressure .. we stopped & got fix a flat ... The next day it was completely flat .. we took our car to ABC on exit 17 & he pulled the tire off & the man was shocked... The tire had FOUR PLUGS ON THE INSIDE... FOUR!!! This type of scam could have ended with us in a serious accident. They don't do refunds....God is good & we are okay, but I hope they never do this to anyone ever again!!!

Prices could be cheaper, $68 for a USED tire is steep. Especially when the staff wasn t very attentive. I stood around for someone to help with customer service and pricing in the lobby just to go outside to find the lady manager to be outside on the phone. The staff has a very non friendly take it or leave it attitude. I Had to use them in this emergency situation but I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

Only one guy there and didn't really speak English but understood enough to basically know what you're talking about. I was there to buy at least 3 used tires but turned out only needed one, and he was able to patch up the flat and said other 2 were good. He only charged $15 for labor and about $50 for used tire, and checked and fully inflated all tires for free. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient work and will definitely be back if ever needing another good used tire.

Great! The lady in the front is always nice and helped shes not about making a profit. She wants to make sure your safe in the road. And the mechanic was quick and efficient, definitely coming back

Quick, quality. Would be 5 stars, but they charged me $21 for a patch, when the sign inside said $15. Still, it was well worth it.

Extremely quick service, family owned/operated, great quality used tire practically new.50 bucks and I was out in 10 min after walking in, can beat that.
