I was highly impressed with the service and communication from Spencer at Hewatts. From before our drop off through the entire process we were kept informed on what to expect from them and our insurance company. They also provide text updates along the way.They communicated very well and set expectations perfectly. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be and the pickup process was excellent.I hope to never need another collision shop, but if I do, they have earned my business.

This was my third experience using Hewatt's Collision. Once for my daughters car, once for mine and this last visit was for my parents. To say we are all pleased with the service is an understatement. Bob was extremely great at keeping us informed of the progress of the repair and he is also very knowledgeable and very friendly. The workmanship is excellent and well the paint job was the BEST! Hopefully we will not this service again but if we do, we will more than defiantly use Hewatt's! 10 out 10 for sure!!!!

Great communication throughout the repairs being made to my truck. Bob was great and always followed up proactively. This is a very busy shop so patience is required, but they do great work.

This is the second time I have used Hewitt Collision and I am truly pleased with the outcome. Bob did a fantastic job keeping posted of the progress and also had quick turnaround time. The repair work looks perfect and well the paint job is the absolute best! They definitely have well qualified and talented people who go above and beyond to take care of ya! I highly recommend Hewatt s Collision! Very professional and they kept me in the loop every step of the way of my repair. I feel very confident they checked my car out for all possible damage and made sure to address the issues needed. Had to get vehicle cosmetic damage repaired and took it to Hewatt's they did a fantastic job , looks factory new. They kept me update on progress throughout and were very good at giving updates and answering any questions I had. Definitely recommend for any body work or cosmetic damage.
