First time here and it was a great experience. I went early on a Saturday morning and did not wait very long at all. Efficient and welcoming reception department. They pulled my car right up to the door for me when they were done. Very pleased with the service I received today.

I really like coming here. Kinsley and Tamara are always so friendly and keep me informed on what me car needs and what can wait until the next visit. Very comfortable atmosphere and I never feel like I'm being misinformed or pushed into purchasing things I don't need. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent customer service! I showed up with 20 min. To closing on a Saturday and I was leaving to go out of town the next day. Even though they were about to close they worked me in. I really appreciate them going the extra mile!

House packed up, tools packed watched the moving truck pull away...jumped into my truck and the drivers headlight burned out. Last thing you need for a cross country move and relocate. Pulled in asked them if they could fit me in, was in and out in 45 minutes! Awesome!!!

Brought in a car that I had just bought and was covered by warranty. Was told that it might be a day or 2 before it would be repaired, which is understandable around the holidays and when dealing with warranty companies. However, when I got a call back from this shop, they told me that the warranty co. would not cover anything at all. Then when I called the warranty co. to find out why they said no, I found the company said that the repairs would be covered, but they had not received a diagnostic from Herbert auto yet and that only part of the diagnostic fee would be covered, then the manager at Herbert Auto hung up on them before they finished explaining everything. Also, the manager at Herbert Auto said that the vehicle was overheating and needed a new thermostat; this was not true, I had been driving the vehicle all week and there were no issues overheating or with coolant other than a tiny leak on the upper thermostat gasket. Did not cause issues with the engine other than for a few drops leaking out an hour, but I still wanted the gasket replaced. When I called this shop back to confront them, they said that I "wasn't hearing what they said" and they just did not want to deal with it, that it was a waste of time, and that they would not proceed with anything. They lied to me about the situation. If the only thing holding back the diagnostic was the warranty co. paying half the diagnostic fee, then why not ask the customer if they want to pay the difference? I would have been willing to pay the difference then go from there, but refusing to communicate and lying turned me away. To add insult to injury, when I went to pick up my car, they left it in a muddy lot behind the shop. I understand that it was a Jeep, but please exercise some respect and have common sense. I do not recommend it. Waste of a day, and I could have taken it to another shop that would repair it and been on my way by now.Update: Owner replied to my review. I already took it to another shop and every issue I had was covered under warranty 100%. Next time, just say that you don't want to do anything instead of wasting a whole day.

Visited for an emissions test and was thoroughly surprised with the time it took to complete! No wait and the team completed it in less than 15 minutes!Friendly staff that kept me engaged in conversation while I waited.

If you are looking for a place where you are treated like family, this place is it. Billy, Kensley and the rest of the staff went above and beyond when it came to servicing the breaks of our 12passenger medium roof Ford Transit 350xlt. I told them that it is the only vehicle we own were we can fit our family of 9 and how much we depend on it and they did all in their power to do a prompt and excellent job. They even took it upon themselves to drive out of their way to pick up a part that was needed last minute, instead of just waiting for it to ship, because it ment I would have back my vehicle faster. I will definitely be coming back to them.

Excellent service and the new manager was extremely helpful helping me find windshield wipers for my car and saving me a ton of time by letting me know that I could get my tag printed at a kiosk at the nearby Kroger instead of having to go to the tag office. He really went out of his way to help, and I really appreciate it.

If you're a Veteran, you won't be recognized as one by their corporate overlords. Gave me the excuse that if you bring multiple vehicles for an in inspection, you don't get a discount anymore, which I've gotten for years. That's a shame, I have multiple vehicles that they could have serviced too. But yall do you, I'll vote with my wallet. Peace.

I don t normally post bad reviews but I wanted everyone to be aware and proceed with caution. My sister took her car to Herbert automotive today and had quite the experience. We have trusted Herbert for near 20 years to take care of us, and our vehicles and for the most part they ve done great. Today however that was far from the case. My sister needed 4 spark plugs and 4 engine coils. This came to a total of near $900, as we operate a similar line of business she brought this invoice back where we did some research and found that she was grossly overcharged. They charged her $99 per engine coil and $57 per spark plug, we found the normal price for these parts is less then half, as spark plugs are listed at $13.84 and coils are $43.01 at many other parts retailers. We understand markups and labor costs but a 125% markup is gross and ridiculous. We genuinely feel that their pricing practices are disgusting and exploitative.If you take your vehicle to any Herbert automotive please proceed with caution and make sure you are doing your due diligence to ensure they are not taking advantage of you the way they have us.Update:Don't let the response fool you, I reached out to gross oh I'm sorry i meant grease monkey about this like their comment asked and of course its gone completely unanswered. Not only that the $900+ problem still isnt fixed, and upon further inspection we noticed many other issues with the "services provided."

Great experience. The manager was extremely helpful and super friendly. Would highly recommend this place, even if they are busy. They are typically busy because people know it s the best place to go with the best employees.

Every time I visit this store they go above and beyond. They are very honest and genuine on fixing issues. When I was there for emission tests today, I told them about turn light not working since my last visit and they rectified the issue immediately by replacing bulb free of cost. Though it was there time to close the store post 6 pm, they worked to address the problem. Very happy with them, they have awesome team!

I m from North Carolina and had to jump start my car, was told at parts store needed a starter, took to Herbert Automotive; they reanalyzed and determined it was simply the battery, saved me much money and time; appreciated their honesty and efforts!!!

Solid place to go for service. They get you in and out with everything you need. New management is great and fun to talk with. Got my brakes and rotors done with no issues and they ensured it got done promptly so I wasn't overcharged for labor. We need more automotive people we can trust not to waste our time and money with up selling, and the team at the Keith Bridge Road location absolutely delivered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was given incorrect battery. I had issue resolved through another mechanic. I asked for refund just on incorrect battery. I was threatened by the employee behind the desk that they were calling law enforcement after asking nicely twice. Please save yourself the headache of dealing with this business. I could not recommend any less. Rude, wrong on the repair, then verbally abusive about fixing their mistake.And this was just a battery!Sad for the business, I d been going here for almost 10 years. I ll never go back. They used to care. The current staff definitely does not care about doing anything correctly it is obvious.Service: Battery

Very poor power steering fluid leaking in parking lot had the rack and pinion replaced it was loose had to be tighten tech was supposed to check alignment I watched from outside he put it on machine but never hooked it up lam not very happy fell like I need another shop to make sure the trucks is safe

Very happy with the service at Herbert Automotive. Craig was honest and transparent and the staff was able to solve my electical issues. Previously, I had taken my car to the dealership and spent a lot of money without them finding the root cause of the car's problems. I ve been going to this location for years with multiple cars, im not sure what s changed (maybe management) but the service is horrible and when I called to ask why something wasn t fixed while it was in the shop the employee on the phone got pissed that I would even ask that questions Then my wife went in to pick up the car they didn t want to talk to her they just wanted this problem car out of there shop.They might not think costumer service is important but if this is how costumers are treated good luck
