I come in for an oil change, I get an oil change. No upselling. No ridiculous $80 price like you would see at a dealership. In and out in 15 minutes or less, just as advertised. Plus their website always has relevant coupons.

Update: we brought our car in for an oil change. They took care of us quickly, recommended changing the air filter which really needed it but didn't push unnecessary services.My emissions check was quick and a good price. The young man who helped me was pleasant and efficient.

These guys always take care of our family here. Always pleasant, always on time. They always call and discuss everything before starting. They could use some more parking but that is because they are always busy.

This location has been spot on since I ve started taking my vehicle there for service. Work is timely and fair priced. Scott is one of the best shop managers I ve dealt with and runs a good shop which is how I choose where to take vehicles. He seems well experienced which has helped avoid just throwing money at a vehicle or un-necessary repairs till you finally figure out or fix the problem. Scott was great going to bat for me on a minor warranty issue after we put a rebuilt motor in my 07 Suburban.

I go get an oil change from Herbert Automotive every service, and they are great!! Very nice and friendly service. Clean waiting area, with beverages while you wait. Very reasonable prices also. Highly recommend!

I stopped by to schedule an oil change. The tech stated they could help me now if I liked. It was great because I am traveling for the holiday. He changed the oil, changed the fluids, and checked the tires. I believe his name was Kyle?. Extremely professional and pleasant. He gave us the military discount which really helped during this Christmas crunch. I will definitely be going back there for service again.

I've been taking my car, my kid's cars and my wife's car to Scott Moulder at Herbert Automotive for over 20 years now. If Scott tells me something I know it's true. It's more about Scott than the company to me. When you find a trustworthy mechanic, you better hold onto them. I really appreciate his honesty and guidance over the years. It's always a good experience.

Overall the servicing of my vehicle has been good here. Though, the most recent service took over 2.5 weeks to complete and ended up costing me wayyy more than was estimated and shared with me. A simple gasket replacement (which the parts were cheap) cost me over $600 in labor (over 60% of the bill). I m more than happy to have a conversation with you (Herbert Automotive) if you d like to give me a call. I understand that there has been labor shortages, but a lack in communication regarding the completion of the service or the increased cost on my bill was a tough one to swallow.

These guys are great! Every one is always very professional, quick with the job, and they are just good people in general. I only take my car here. The facility is very clean and supports local small businesses.

Always professional. Explain options upfront. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. Take care of customer needs in a very timely manner. The only place I take my car for oil changes and emission tests.

Want to say a BIG THANK YOU for the service and help. We traveled from out of town for the Peach Bowl 12/29/23. My car broke down on Friday night. Had it towed to Herbert's. They were great. They were able to get us a new alternator and battery and had my car repaired the next day. I sincerely appreciate the phone calls, prompt service, and compassion for our situation. Wish them the best and highly recommend their services to anyone needing automotive repairs. Hotty Toddy and Happy New Year.

They lied to us about what a warranty would cover and then when confronted about it said yea they just didn't want to deal with it. If you can't do honest business and aren't willing to help people out, you shouldn't be doing business at all. Thanks for nothing but a waste of time.

Needed front & back valve cover gaskets replaced.Complete kit of gaskets, spark plug seals & bolt seals done. Complete done right. Plus replace the spark plugs. They did it. Best price by far also. Checked price at dealership and another well known repair shop chain. They were much cheaper. Car runs great. Be patient because they stay busy but worth the wait. Two people recommended them and I'm glad I took their advise.

They couldnt help me today just because its not an issue they deal with here. I know this may sound like a complaint, but it's not. Honesty goes a long way and i greatly appreciate the Honesty and Quality of service i recieved at this Location. I will definitely be using them again if i ever need my vehicle servcied again.

Been coming to the Castleberry location for years. Even though we moved to Dahlonega, anytime I need anything outside of normal maintenance, which I do myself, I always make the drive to come back here, because I know they re going to shoot me straight in exactly what needs to be repaired. Very honest people here.
