The team at the automotive workshop are awesome. Myself and Wife discovered this workshop called Grease Monkey two months ago and we were blown away with their services and work experience. We finally got a real auto workshop to solve all our vehicle problems. The manager at this garage is so wonderful and nice. He has great Customer service and relationship. This always make me to always go back to the same workshop because of the friendly attitude. I will recommend them to every people I know. Keep up the great job Guys. I will vouch for you anytime and any day.

They guys at this location are great, they got me in and out as fast as they could even when I kept adding other services to my oil change. Cars running great . I have peace of mind with the work they did. Not to mention the veterans discount they give. Thank guys!

The manager and staff at the Grease Monkey did a wonderful job on my vintage Suburban. They did a transmission flush-fill, and oil change. They were friendly and the prices were competitive. The work was done timely and my old Suburban runs and shifts perfectly. I will only use Grease Monkey on Atlanta Rd for all my quick oil and transmission service needs.

I have been going to this location for approx. 5+ years. No matter when I go, each and every time they are professional, quick and do a thorough job. Prices are competitive and reasonable. I always get to use a coupon which is helpful for full synthetic oil. Appreciate the team at this location and their hard work over the years.

David and everyone were amazing! I was ready to put my 2007 Highlander with 300,000+ miles on it to pasture and they brought him back to life! They were attentive. Price was reasonable. And they diagnosed my problem by double checking every possibility. I'm very grateful. Good job! Highly recommended!!

Wasn't sure what I was getting into but once I walked in the door, everyone was kind, smiling, helpful and immediately took care of me. Davis was a massive help getting things situated and always had a witty and funny comment along the way. Thanks for the great service!

Very friendly and caring services Provided to me. Outside of the oil change and tire rotation, I had asked for them to help me Diagnose an issue I have had with my heating system, and he had a plan to service and resolve the issue. They went above and beyond, and truly appreciate their time the day.

Excellent service. Fast and reliable with good discounts and promotions. I appreciate that they picked up the phone when I called, got me right in when I pulled up and everything went exactly as they explained it would great job on setting expectations and following through and delivering.

I had a phenomenal experience!! They answered all my questions in ways I could understand(i m not a car expert in any way). They even showed me everything they did to the car. The entire situation made me feel like I was being well taken care of. I will 100% be sticking around not just for the great work they did but also for the amazing service from all the employees!

I m supposing a new owner/manager. Daughters kicking in to help as well. He/they were working non-stop. A little longer than expected but I needed a new filter delivered. I told myself I wouldn t have gone back since the last experience but was totally redeemed with this one. Wishing them luck. We need some good, reliable, considerate folks around these days. Highly recommend.

Great Grease Monkey Establishment. David was extremely accommodating and helped me with my check engine light and I only went in for an oil change. Great place with great people wanting to help! Also Had a problem with my lights and they replaced it right away no problem! Greatest service around.

Customer service is what made this place stand out. Maddie and David were awesome! Maddie was super friendly and you can tell she cares about what she does, not many workers like them out there. Great service, highly recommend.

Don t go anywhere else! These guys are seriously profesional and totally nice!David kept the shop open an hour after their normal hours to help me out. My wife couldn t go to work the next day unless he fixed our car, and he did!So grateful to have a person who cares in our neighborhood!

Started going here a few months back and always received good service. But went back today (11/8) and found out its under new management. And the service was even better than before! I met David (manager) who was friendly, thorough, and professional. Had that old-school vibe and work ethic that's missing in a lot of places. It was reflected in his staff, too. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service. This is the second time I ve gone to this location for an oil change and I definitely won t be going anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly and they do their jobs well what more could you ask for?

They did a good job with the actual oil change but it was expensive and the pricing they show you is deceiving. They showed me the different options for the different oil changes and I chose the Full Synthetic for $106.99. This seemed reasonable for a Full Synthetic service. After they finished, they gave me the bill for $161.20. Apparently the $106.99 price did not include any oil!?! I was charged an additional $41.97 for my oil. I would have appreciated if they would have told me this up front. I assumed the $106.99 price they told me up front included at least 5 or 6 quarts of oil. I was charged additional for all (8) quarts they used on my truck. Also, they said they did a full inspection of things like the other fluids, tire pressure, air filter, cabin filter, etc. but none of this was actually done. I know because I sat in my truck during the oil change.

David and his nephew Bubba and crew were very caring and made me feel like they cared and they loved their job and worked together!!! What a great team! I use to not want to get my car serviced because getting taking advantage of but this is my new place for everything!!! Great people and great work!! Thank you David and Grease Monkey!!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Service and staff were both incredible and they were more than willing to go above and beyond. I felt so welcomed by David and Sean (I apologize I didn't catch how to spell his name) and they have found a new customer in me.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
