Good customer service - fast response times - ease of getting appointments or rescheduling - have visited this location 3-4 times and have been satisfied with the service provided during each visit. Su (Sultan) has been very helpful and courteous. I felt they are honest and explain the situation elaborately.

If you have a normal lifted full size truck don t take here. All I needed was a rotation. I use to do tires and when we had this issue we would just jack the vehicle up in the parking lot. You would think they knew there capabilities before wasting my time picking up and dropping off but they don t. Discount tires can do the job for me.

I came in very confused and overstimulated as an autistic adult with a special need to have my tire replaced with my spare in a quick manor because I don't know how to do it fast and would take hours to switch it on when I had work obligations later I couldn't miss. They handled all of my energy and confusion mike mike and sue all really made my terrible day much better. Anyone who needs a place that'll take care of them and really treat you like a person first please give them a try

I went to this location for a vechile inspection, Mechanic Samuel inspected the vechile and failed the car for tire size. Upon asking him for which part of the inspection checklist it failed he made it up for the tire depth. And then I got an invoice for $700 for new tires.Just for context I inspected my car at the same location a year earlier with Mechanic Corey and he didn t mention anything about the tire size.Overall customer service experience was satisfactory.

Their services are always reliable and their customer service is absolutely top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs services on their vehicles! I personally want to thank Rick Kaiser as well for thoroughly explaining what was wrong with my vehicle.

I came in because my new Tesla had Goodyear tires on it About 500 miles. Somehow I d run over a razor blade that punctured the tire rendering it unfortunately unfixable. New tire was over $300. Su, Service manager, and Rick, the store manager, took it upon themselves to call Goodyear direct and see if there is anything that they would be willing to do considering the tire was so brand new. They ended up Having Goodyear corporate sponsor 50% of the tire which was a big help. They didn t need to do that and I appreciate them doing so.They were very helpful.

I scheduled an appointment for a motor oil change On December 28th. I arrived at the store on time for my appointment. The guy at the front desk told me that there is only one technician working, there are customers waiting, and cannot service me. The guy scheduled another appointment for me for the next day. Again, I arrived at the store on time for the 2nd appointment. The same guy said they are busy and cannot service me. If they cannot honor my appointments, they should have contacted me in advance. Motor oil change is the most easiest and fastest work, I don't understand why they reject my appointments twice.

I went in to get an oil change & tire rotation.This was my 3rd time visit to this store. Last visit I ended up having a missing hub cap. This time. They broke two stub and striped lug nuts . So I had to have 20 lug nuts and 2 stubs replaced. Which they claim is due to age of car. And wear & tear. Which I had to pay for myself.. this has never happened to any car I ve ever owned. my personal feeling: they stripped my lug nuts last time they put them on then they tell me I need to flush my brake fluid cause it has too much copper in it. I don t think I will be returning to this business.What should have been a $60 oil change tire rotation costed me $221 bucks I had to pay it! Cause I couldn t drive it that way!!

Great place to get your car serviced. Su at the front desk will get your started and promptly call you when needed. They always pickup the phone when called.As a mechanic myself, I go here for the few things I can t do myself; mount tires and do alignments. Having talked to the foreman Rick and the tech CJ, they re knowledgeable and will treat you right.Don t be scared of any of the negative reviews, most people don t know what they re talking about. Often times your car needs additional work, just because they bring it to your attention doesn t mean they re just trying to upsell you. If you d like an explanation of why it s needed they ll gladly tell you why.

Great tire and service place. My biggest positive experience has been their integrity. I had been there twice and both times they provided advice that would get them less business from me. Very knowledgeable in tires as you would imagine. They have won my future business.

They took in my fleet vehicle that had a flat tire at closing time and replaced it with a new tire. Great customer service from Sultan. Check them out, great team!

I replaced my tires at this place before and I decided to take my car to the same shop for maintenance as well. Even though I scheduled an online appt to this place a day ago, they could not find my appt during my visit. Then they started scheduling it within their system and asked me which oil change package I would like to have. I selected ultimate one which is $99, however this package has $20 discount online and I asked him about it. As soon as I say it they asked me if I leave the car or wait there. I said I ll wait as it is just oil change which should not take more than 15-20 mins. Then the guy said you should have called us as the shop is so busy and I need to drop the car and the process will take at least 2.5-3 hrs. Then I asked him to cancel it and I left the shop. So had a bad experience here and I will never go back here.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for Su the service manager. We had a nail in our tire on the way to Florida for a family trip and he got us in extremely quick and was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks Su! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Called needing a plug put in a tire. Bought many sets of tires from this location. They indicated they could not fix it when it was 5:50 and they close at 6:30. This is the customer service you should expect if you buy tires here? The person answering calls was not helpful or friendly. I will look for another place to buy future tires.

Ran over a bolt that flattened my Goodyear Wrangler tire. I was able to drop off the tire within a hour of going flat and they had it fixed about an hour after dropping off. They didn't overpromise and said that I may need a new tire. I was happy to hear that they were able to patch it and it has been riding smooth since. I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was free of charge since it was a Goodyear tire.Su at the front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Also, one of the mechanics was helpful getting my spare swapped out for the repaired tire but I didn't catch his name.

I went to this place and left my car with them to get my flat tire fixed. There are 2 nails in the tire. One of the consultants called me and said they can t fix one of the punctures and they need to replace the whole tire and since my car is a all wheel drive they need to replace all 4 tires which costs me around 700$. That s way too high for me and denied the service and went to COSTCO to fix it. They fixed it in 3 hrs for 10.99$. I agree, no one one knows how many days the fix lasts. But, when I asked good year guys if there is any temporary fix, they said there is no way and tried to sell me 4 tires. Conclusion: If u need any tire repair service this is not the best place to go unless you are ready to replace all 4 tires.

Super nice, in and out as promised. Definitely recommend. I had went to Mavis Tire on Marketplace 1st, with an appt, and waited almost 3 hours before leaving. Came here and was in and out in 30 min. Thanks Goodyear

Good quality tires. Sorry but the service was not Professional. I went at a time of their choice. I understand they are short staffed.At car drop , I was promised to be done by 11:30. When I called at 11:30 they said now it will be 3 pm. If you can t do it at certain time at least give your customer a heads up.

It is very pleasant on a Saturday to be attended by such an excellent team when you take your car. Especially when they honor the work of your GoodYear tires. I openly recommend this place for your needs in your vehicle

I ordered tires online as I had a discount code from work, using my year/make/model, and made my appointment. They pulled my car in right on time only to find that the tires I bought were the wrong size, even though that's what was on the site.Thankfully they had the size I needed in stock and were able to install them for about the same price price as the online order with my discount, I think they even saved me a few dollars.Cancelled my online order and went directly through the store and got taken care of wonderfully. Thanks Rick, Bob, and Sarah, and all the guys in the back. Great friendly service, and helped me avoid a lot of hassle in reordering and rescheduling!

Went to them asking for honest advice on the state of my tires. They very well could have "persuaded" me to get new tires, as I'm not well versed in that kind of stuff, but the employee gave me helpful and honest advice without ulterior motive. Hate to say it, but that's kind of rare these days. Will definitely consult them for future tire changes and service!
