Scott B is a super star manager at the Old Atlanta Good Year location. He is a great customer champion helped me find perfect tires at a very reasonable price , beating Tires Plus quote and offered road hazard , replacement protection included. Highly recommend this location and please ask for Scott.

We purchased tires from this store & one kept a slow leak. We took it back to them 4 times over a year's time and each time we sat for hours and they insisted it was fixed. Finally tired of the problem not being resolved and the piss poor customer service we decided to take it to a different Good Year store who diagnosed the problem that had never been fixed immediately. It was a simple nail in the tire. Stay away from the Good Year on Old Atlanta next to the Duncan Donuts.

When I first worked with them 5yrs ago, I found them honest n trustworthy. I can't say that about them anymore.I went to them with a flat tire a couple of months ago and they said the tire cannot patched n it has to be replaced. I asked why but didn't get a very good answer. I asked them to inflate it and I went to Costco (where I got the tire installed originally) and they were able to patch. When confronted, these guys say Costco should not have patched it and even if they did, it would not last long. We'll it's been months, and my tire works perfectly. Even in 10F weather I didn't have inflate that tire.And same happened with my neighbor last week. These guys said all tires r gone but he got it repaired at Costco.Never coming back here again for any repairs, any.

Had a dead battery as I was leaving work & the folks at Goodyear were amazing! They jumped my car, tested & replaced my battery within an hour. Such quick, friendly, & efficient service! Thank you for being a reputable & trustworthy shop.

Beware bait & switch. Went in for an alignment check during my previously purchased 3-yr alignment window since I felt the car was pulling. They said it was fine but my back caliper was sticking. Then gave me a $480 quote for new breaks, rotors, brake fluid flush - of which none address a sticking caliper.After I refused the work, I asked for the free car-check for my other car that may actually need brakes (Free Winter Car Check at your nearest Goodyear Auto Service location. Offer valid now through February 29, 2024. - today is 2/21/24) The manager told me they would only do it if I got an oil change or pay $24.95 to just check the brakes. He was pushy and rude complaining about giving away free work. He followed me out to my car and I finally had to give him the "am I being detained?" line before feeling comfortable leaving.I can't comment about the quality of the work but the business practices and customer treatment make me want to avoid this and other franchise auto shops even more.

These guys are great. Called at 9am and had my Truck overe there by 10. They did a Transmission fluish and fill, Wheel alignment, fixed a slow leak in on of the tires, and changed my spark plugs. Competitive pricing. Had the truck done by 5pm. Great experience. Super trust worthy.

Hit something on the highway and was in a jam. Gave this location a call and asked if they could help since we were down to 1 car for a day. They told to come in and they d take a look. Had me in and out very quickly. I will continue to use this Goodyear for all automotive issues.

Went to fix a flat tire. They said they need to replace the tire. Damage was severe, so they couldn't fix the flat tire. As we had warranty on that tire from Costco went there to claim the same. They just had to repair the flat tire. No need to replace the tire. If we don't have a warranty we would have fallen for Goodyear s tricks.

Great customer service! Sal (the manager) went above and beyond to correct a mistake by one of the workers. Mistakes happen, but how you respond really matters - and Sal was awesome about getting the issue corrected with the best solution. He took care of everything.Also, Brianna was awesome! She got my tires at a reasonable price and got my truck back in phenomenal time on a Saturday.

Sal was amazing. Beat all other prices and my SUV looks great. Highly recommend this location (not all Goodyear locations but this one) bc of Sal and his team. You can see the before and after pics below. Went from a 20 to 22s.

Excellent service & staff.Sal & team found an issue with my girlfriends tire/wheel that had been cause by a previous company.The issue was quickly resolved and we were even shown the part that had caused the problem. Great experience!

This is a fantastic location for a phenomenal company. Sal is both fair and knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to work with. The technicians expeditiously diagnosed and resolved two major leaks in my BMW, fully demonstrating their competency and dedication to their services. As a woman, I have found it profusely challenging to find mechanics who are both respectful of my knowledge, and willing to kindly share theirs. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Goodyear on Old Atlanta Road. Sal and his technicians made a stressful situation stress free, and I look forward to doing all of my business with them.

Sal from who i believe to be the manager at this location went out of his way to assist and remedy a headache of a situation for me. My Tesla of 6 months started having really bad vibration at or above 70 mph and so i went to get balanced which did not fix the issue 2 times. I then proceded to go to tesla service and a technician stated that it would then be the foam that is in the stock tires that come with the car that may have come loose and was causing extreme inbalance that could not be fixed with weights. Me thinking hey this seems like a manufactural flaw and that they would fix it with no charge to me but tesla stated that since it was a tire that they did not cover it and that they would also not warranty it for me. I was very upset by this and spent a couple days going around trying to find out why this could not be fix with out coming out of my pocket. Even discount tires said that through the warranty program that goodyear would only pay for half of it which made me more upset. I then proceded to go to the sugarhill goodyear location where I was told that they would have to charge me to have the tires balanced first before they looked into the foam issue which i was super against as i did not want to spend money to then find out something i already knew could be the problem. When i pressed them about it they were unreceptive and finally said that they could do it but then stated my wheels could get scratched. Hearing their attitude i did not trust them to do a good job and provide proper customer service so i decided to leave that goodyear. My fiance was able to call the customer support number and talk with a rep was pretty unhappy about how the store treated us and got us set up with Sal so that he could look at the tires. I took the car in the next day and he found that the foam had come loose and made sure i was able to get them replaced. I cant thank you enough Sal for your wonderful attitude when helping out a customer in need and trying to make sure that i was taken care of in this hard situation.

Sal and his team are amazing. I came in with a problem that could have very easily been way bigger than it ended up being. In fact, if Sal wasn t an honest man, he could have easily convinced me it was worse than it was. But no, he and his tech dug for the best, most economical solution and found it. I was without my car for a few days but if I took it somewhere else (or to a dealership, God forbid) it would have been there for a month and cost 3 times as much, easy!! This is why I trust Sal and bring my, my wife s and now, my son s cars to him for jobs big and small.

This Goodyear did a great job fixing my troublesome alignment issue another company could not fix.They also replaced needed front brake pads. Tire replacements in the works.Front desk team and crew working on my truck were very professional and helpful.Will definitely be using them again for my other vehicles

We love this Goodyear! We have used them for years and they always do a wonderful job. We were about to go out town and found a screw in our tire. Though they were booked out for 2 days, Sal the store manager found a way to get us in the same day so we could hit the road safely. Seriously the best!

I have been going to this Good Year location exclusively, since I moved here from Alpharetta 5 years ago. Sal and Scott and their Team have always taken excellent care of all of my car repair and maintenance needs - brakes, tires, oil changes and everything in between. They have always been honest and fair with the diagnosis and pricing. I would recommend this location with Sal and Scott without hesitation. Thank you Sal and Scott for all that you do!! Leigh Clark

These guys are awesome, they had my tires in stock and where able to fit me in on a busy day and get me our the door ready for a road trip. I waited while they did my tires, the waiting area was very pleasant and the time passed quickly. Big thanks to Scott for helping me in my way

I have been a loyal customer of Goodyear and Sal for over 16 years now. He has always been upfront, honest, and competent. I trust him completely with the care of all our cars. When he moved locations I followed him. If I could give him and Goodyear a 6-star rating I would. No reason to go anywhere else

I picked up a bolt in my tire. Another tire shop told me the tire needed to be replaced. Based on this Sal quoted me for a new tire. I was pleasantly surprised when Sal called me to tell me that my tire was actually repairable and that he had it ready for me to put back on the car. I brought the car over and waited for it where they remounted the tire, put my spare back in the storage spot, and got me back on the road in excellent time. It s rare in these times to find a great service provider who will actually do the right thing to help a customer save money. Thanks Goodyear. Excellent work

Awesome service this morning with the guys @ Goodyear! Windshield wipers needed replaced I had replacement blades with me and they put them on Free of Charge. They know how to treat you right! Service like this keeps customers coming back. Thanks again!

BREEZE is AMAZING!! Loved talking with her. Explained everything to me. I didn t know what was going on with my car bc I don t know anything about cars, and she walked me outside and visually showed me where it was broke and why we needed the parts we needed. We need more people like her. People who take their time with their customers to show them things they don t understand. 10/10 for Breeze! Fast, friendly service! Everything was amazing!

Moved from FL last year & needed to get my car serviced. Found this Goodyear & I have never looked back. Scott & Sal are amazing. They really explain everything that you need. My mom drives from Dallas just to get her car done by these guys.

Just got back from Goodyear and the customer service was outstanding!!! I had a screw in my tire and the wait time was over 2 hours. I explained I was from Texas and here for my son s baseball tournament. He had a game in a couple of hours. They got me in and took care of me within 40 mins. My hats off to the crew working today. Outstanding job gentlemen!!!
