Took my car here for what I thought was a blown head gasket, turned out to be an inexpensive issue with the oil. They were completely honest with me and reasonable with pricing. Will definitely be taking any vehicles here in the future.

I was recommended this place when I moved to Gwinett from my boyfriend's parents. They have been going to Gerald's for 10+ years. John is a friendly and honest mechanic. Jiffy lube tried to tell me I had a blown head gasket, and when I took it to Geralds, John told me I just needed a $20 hose replaced. I've always taken my vehicles to John since and I've never been disappointed. They are patient, friendly, and truly care about you and your car.

This is a true family owned auto repair shop. The family is honest, good and very reasonably priced. We have been taking our cars here for more than 10 years and we would not consider taking them anywhere else. They know their craft.

My goodness, never met a more honest and helpful mechanic. I had a large list of things I needed to get some from a pre-buyers inspection. John was recommended to me and he took time to explain a bunch of things to me, walked through the list and saved me a bunch of money on things I didn't actually need to get done. I now know where I'll be taking my cars in the future.

Have a friend that tried to get me to go here for years. Finally did and I won't go anywhere else. Now I've been going for years. Family owned and operated and the best customer service around. I even take my vehicles in before I go on long road trips. Honest!

I switched to Gerald's after a really bad experience at Dekalbs. They have saved me over half on all of my issues with my old car. They know what they are doing and I are very honest. Very hard to find these days. Thank you.

Gerald's is the best they always help me out with whatever I need help with ...they don't try to take your money they actually care and want to fix your car...they've helped my parents out in times when we needed fix up when we were broke and they were always there...thanks guys you are always so awesome
