Cheap prices, fast delivery, amazing products and service. I ordered a shift knob for my 2012 ram and it looks amazing in person. Plus some extra free goodies in the box. Definitely ordering from them again.

Geno s is the best online supplier for filters and other items for my 2021 RAM. Trustworthy source for OEM filters. Fast and prompt shipping. The only place where I have ordered items that were back ordered and the items always arrived faster than expected. Great communications and customer service. Been ordering from them for years and always positive experience.

I bought a tail light bar for my 18 Ram 3500 April 23 and the bulbs got hot and caused the plastic to melt to where the sockets wouldn't stay in. Call Genos and talked to Chris and he made it right. Let me tell you that Genos is on point as was Chris. It's wonderful that a company stands behind their goods, especially these days. They are very loyal to their customers.

I ordered and just finished installing the drivers side seat cushion and cover on my 2009 Ram 1500 Laramie. Excellent Quality parts for sure. JC Handley, Geno's Garage Staffer was very helpful zeroing in on the part numbers for my Ram! It was an easy install. Thanks Genos!

I have a 05 Ram1500 with non working power seat motors. Being old school (84yrs old) I found Geno s Garage on the internet. After a little research I said I can do that and ordered the new motors which came right on time with there colorful directions and detailed instructions. My power seat is now fully functional. Geno s Garage is my go to place for all of parts and maintenance items for my 2017 Ram 3500. Excellent staff that is very knowledgeable and helpful. If there is a problem with stock and back orders they call and let me know. Great place for filters and maintenance items!! I purchased and installed the Mag-Hytec covers front and rear. They are extremely well made and double the amount of lube in the differentials. Eight quarts in the rear and four and a half in the front. Fuel filters, cabin and air filters just to list a few. Wonderful people to do business with!

Found this website on Google needing a part for my ram and let me tell you these guys rock. Ordered before 3pm and got my part the next day. costumer service is top shelf and love there friendly knowledgeable reps.This business is so family friendly.. it's hard these days to find company's that provide top notch services.. they past the test. Will recommend and buy again..... purchase: 2020 RAM GAS CAP WITH KEYLOCK.. a hard to find item.

I have bought a lot from genos garage. Around about 20 items. They ship out really fast and the shipping one state over is 2 days at the longest. I can't recommend them enough. Even if their price is a little higher than somewhere else I still buy from genos(usually their prices are competitive with everyone else or cheaper.) They will even have new old stock parts that's the dealer doesn't have anymore.

I ordered an OEM Fuel Transfer Pump online among other things.Got home from work the next day and I had received a backorder notice for the pump with no expected restock date- so I cancelled the order and called the local parts store.Lo and behold the pump is in with the rest of my order when it arrived a week later, but I had already replaced it since I thought it was backordered.They refused to issue me a return shipping label for the pump and the shipping manager took the time to tell me it was my fault since I cancelled the order after hours.I spent hours of my time emailing with these people trying to understand why I m being penalized for their poor communication and lack of inventory organization and nothing came of it.In the future I will do business with someone else.Backorder notice: 9amPump Shipped: 3pmNo email, no update, no phone call to let me know . But it s my fault and I should pay for the right to return it.

New diesel owner, and I am very glad to have Geno's recommended to me. I bought a quick service filter kit - genuine Mopar - and paid less to have the three filters delivered than I would have buying aftermarket or getting from the dealership.Parts were back-ordered when I placed my order, so I do not have any shipping complaints. I actually received my parts about 2 weeks before they were estimated to ship out.Customer service is excellent, as I have called a couple of times with questions, and have always been treated very well!Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!

I live in Canada and orderings parts for my first gen from US suppliers can sometimes take a long time to be delivered. Ordered my shocks on Monday and they arrived on my doorstep Friday. Good service, good price and a timely delivery. Can't ask for more

Their customer service is the best. I heard about them through every Cummins forum I looked into. Luck has it they're in GA not too far from me. Nothing better than getting the hook up on parts in person and getting to talk trucks..plus the stickers and calendar/catalogs. Brandon Parks is a really nice guy and was so helpful on two separate occasions in which I dealt with him. Can't say enough good things about Geno's!

Great experience! One of the few places out there that answers the phone, knows what they re doing and cares about the customer. Part was quickly shipped and worked as intended. Great place for all things Dodge and Cummins related. Keep up the good work!

13 October 2022Geno s Garage is locked-on! WOW! A definite A+ when it comes to customer service. Buy with confidence from Geno s. I ordered a stainless steel key for my locking gas cap and was accidentally sent a regular spare key instead. Within minutes of emailing them, I d received a reply email from an employee at Geno s and about an hour later, I received a phone call from one of their shipping employees apologizing for the mix-up! Who does that nowadays?!? Geno s does! My replacement key is en route thanks to Geno s getting on it. It s too bad that I m surprised when businesses do the right thing and Geno s definitely did. Geno s Garage is a great business and for those interested, their locking gas caps (for RAM 1500s, 19-22) are worth it! It also seems as if Geno s is the only company who makes em. Thanks a lot, everyone at Geno s Garage; you guys are good-to-go!

Our very first time working with Geno's Garage and I am so impressed! I ordered filters for our truck on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022 (Labor Day Weekend) and received them on Sunday, Sept. 4. In what world does this kind of thing happen?! Holiday weekend/Sunday Delivery is unheard of these days, but Mr. Chris and everyone involved at Geno's Garage made it happen. My Driver was able to do all the Maintenance on our Truck and get it back on the road without any extra downtime, saving us time and money, and keeping us rolling. All I did was click on the "Ship Via Best Method" and they took care of the rest. Great Job! Please keep up the good work, Y'all are Awesome!

This place is famazing . Not only were they expedient with my vehicle repairs but they were professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Called and sent updates and even called me back fairly quickly when I would call and ask for updates. I m definitely taking all my vehicles here for any repairs

Amazing selection of hard-to-find parts and top-notch customer service. I had an employee call me so we could decide on the fairest shipping cost. They were aware of the possible duty fees, wanted to make sure I didn't get screwed with all the additional costs, and ensure my item came as fast as it could. Excellent!

Robin and the team at genos are extremely generous and helpful! We recently needed their help with a tricky situation and they bent over backwards to help us out!! These guys are fantastic!! 1st I had a fuel filter problem on my 1998.5 Dodge Cummings that could of cost me a small fortune for a used part. They gave me 3 options to fix my problem & it was solved with a $16 plug!!! Installation instructions included.Next I needed a new throttle controller that the local mechanics wanted $600 for. Geno's sold me one for $200 new, instructions included!! Fast as lightning delivery & the dude I spoke with on the phone was an expert as well as extremely helpful!! They specialize in Dodge turbo diesel parts & have excellent customer service skills! Worthy of ten stars!!
