Just wanted to shout out Lindsey,she made sure she got us in a car. Professional,very friendly and helpful. The process was very easy. Once approved the rest was a breeze. There was another young lady,who I believe was new,she was so sweet and friendly,I wish I had gotten her name. She greeted us and helped us look at a few things and was very professional. Christine was very helpful in getting all the paper work signed and ready to get us into our new car. We appreciate their help! Will definitely recommend.

I had a great experience from start to finish! Process was quick and smooth unlike most large dealerships. Lindsey was amazing- very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. I have already sent 2 friends over to purchase vehicles. I m in love with my 2019 Ram and will definitely be back to buy another vehicle in the future.

This place is amazing, Lisa put me in my car I ve been looking for, for a while! Couldn t be happier, & Lenard did an amazing job to with the finance! It was a great experience, I suggest if your looking for a great car at an amazing price you have got to go to Friendly! They really are the friendliest staff! They put me in my car fast and I can t thank you all enough it s everything I wanted! Y all all Rock!

When all hope was lost, Friendly Auto Gallery picked me up just in time for the new year! Ms. Lisa, Ms. Courtney, Mr. Paul, Mr. Andy, and Lindsey did an amazing job getting me into a reliable vehicle for work with my very fresh credit history. Even staying past close for me and my situation. (not ideal for anybody, so it shows they re good people) They made it happen, and I am extremely grateful!

This is a great place to buy any ride your lookin for! Paul and Leonard were patient in dealing with all my idiosyncrasies. And Lisa Shores...WOW, you couldn t get a more excellent saleswoman to take care of you. She got me the deal I wanted. Lisa made the entire process go like a tornado. Then when I hit the road with my Harley it was Lisa who was out there caring about my safety after I left. The folks at Friendly are just that and more! Looking forward to the road thanks to Lisa and everyone at Friendly Auto Gallery.Thanks y all!

The 5 stars rating are for discounts so don t be fooled I Had gotten a manual jeep and my transmission went out . Went back and trade it for a Hyundai transmission went out also! both car s transmission went out in the span of 6months Getting 2 cars that couldn t last me a more then a year

What a fantastic experience. I have not purchased a used car in many years so I had a lot of questions about my investment and Paul was super in answering them ALL! . The Friendly team was awesome with helping me decide on my new to me truck and my financing options. Paul even helped me learn a few tricks about my new truck and how to maneuver it safely. Truly appreciate the professional service I received at Friendly Auto this week! Happy Trails ahead!

Friendly is truly like family. This is the 2nd vehicle my family has purchased from Paul. Our daughter purchased her first vehicle from Friendly and it was a used car gem. My dad needed a used car and we reached out to Paul to let him know what we needed and as usual the customer service was at 100%...Paul and the team exceeded our expectations. The car is clean, and worth every $...Recommend for anyone in need of a dependable used vehicle! They will not disappoint, truly a five-star establishment!

I first contacted the dealership when I moved back to GA. At that time I was working with someone and my living situation changed so I put the vehicle purchase on hold for a month. I reached out again just yesterday and got a hold of Lisa who at first seemed nice and then was unresponsive to my emails and kept stating that she did not receive them. I then asked if there was another email I could send it to. She did not respond to that message. I then asked her later that same day if she received my email. No response again. If this is the way it is with even trying to go through the approval process, why would I purchase a vehicle from here? I was able to set an appointment and get pre-approved by a different dealership who quickly responds to a future clients messages. I work in insurance and treat every client as if they are already part of the family. Maybe she just had a lot of other sales that day and I did not matter. Will not be reaching out to them in the future and will inform anyone else of the same.

I visited the dealership to check out their stunning charger, but they prioritized securing car approval before allowing me to test drive it. Despite the disagreement, the women there remained highly professional. However, I couldn't comprehend why they would only want me to rev the car instead of experiencing an actual test drive.

Friendly auto gallery has made a bad experience amazing for me. Lisa made getting the car easy and did not give up on the search. Andy made sure i was completely taken care of after minor issues. They cares more about my well-being than making money on the vehicle. Never had such great customer care from a auto company. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend this company.

One of the best dealerships in GA. From the ownship to the management, finance department, and dales team. I have always gotten A1 service. For me communication is huge and I have never not been able to reach the staff and have my questions throughly answered.Great group to work with and I will continue to take my business to them as well. I am beyond satisfied.

If I could give NO stars I would! The vehicles LOOK good but are salvaged trash! Take a licenced mechanic with you when going, other than that they'll railroad you into driving off with a "lemon" that won't last a week! They will also try to keep your money knowing they sold you trash if you try to return it.This isn't a dealership,...it's a fancy JUNKYARD!

This was a very positive experience. The car I originally wanted was a little more than I was working with but they worked the deal until I got exactly the car I wanted. Jennifer went far above and way beyond to make this purchase possible for us and Brad and Leonard both played a large role in finalizing the deal. Everyone was so helpful, especially Jennifer, her patience and helpfulness was next level. They even followed me back to turn in my rental so I didn't have to call a cab. I can't say enough about the customer service here. If you are in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle, Friendly Auto Gallery is the way to go. Big selection, a range of prices and literally sales reps that do everything possible to get you in the car you want. Ask for Jennifer,!

Paul and his team did a amazing job assisting me to find the right car and the right payments. Hassle free explained everything thoroughly. Quickly got me approved to a car, keys in hand in less than 3 hours. Would definitely recommend for first time buyers with no or bad credit!!
