I have always referred Porsche owners to Freed performance due to what fellow local Porsche owners had experienced and after meeting the owner Sean Freed at a Caffeine and Exotics events with his silver 991.2 Turbo S that he once had and was tastefully modded.Once my 991.2 Turbo S car came off CPO warranty I decided to have an oil service at Freed instead of dealer and it was very thorough, maintenance light adjusted, delivered as promised, time wise.Hayden and Harrison were true professionals in answering my questions. Highly recommend Freed to anyone looking to service their German car in Atlanta area.I will be taking my 993 air-cooled car to them next week as my mechanic who worked on the car for 16 years recently retired and I trust they will do a great job helping me maintain it going forward......

We took a used BMW to FREED for a pre-purchase inspection. For $300 they saved us the mistake of buying a car needing north of $5000 in repairs.The report was very detailed with photos, and while it may have been luck, they gave us a very fast turnaround.

Brought my s3 in for fluids check and tires check due to the computer saying some bad codes. FREED found no issues checked everything throughly and topped off the coolant. The customer service by far is some of the best I've had. I will always bring my s3 here.

I ve got a 911 turbo S. Needed to get some maintenance done and got a referral from a friend who takes his car here.Our experience was excellent. The services were done, very timely and priced very fairly. This is the best repair shop that we have ever dealt with and will be bringing all of our cars here for now.Thank you for your efficient, service, fair pricing, and expertise! John and Hayden went way above and beyond to get my Audi RS4 ready before Caffeine and Octane tomorrow. They were replacing my clutch and flywheel and discovered late on Friday the crank position sensor needed to be replaced and there were none available locally. So they had to have one shipped. John called me with the bad news Friday afternoon. I was so bummed but hey there's always next month...right. Well to my surprise I got a call Saturday at noon from John pick up my car, it was ready. They had overnighted the sensor and finished my car before noon, to top it off it shifts so smooth now, I couldn't be happier. I will be bringing her back to Freed from now on.Service: Transmission

Exactly what I was looking for - a great alternative to the overpriced dealer! Thank you Freed for offering great service at fair prices!A yellow suspension warning light kept popping on and off. Hennessy Porsche recommended I get a new $850 battery to fix the problem. The warning light kept coming on so I took my car back to Hennessy Porsche. They charged me $252 to tell me I needed a new air suspension compressor and relay. Now I have over $1000 into the repair and I still have the problem.I found Freed on Nextdoor. They have great Google Reviews too. Freed picked up the phone, gave me a quick quote that they stuck with and my car was ready by noon the day after I used their night drop!Freed Performance will be my first stop next time.Thank you for being honest and efficient!

I recently went to another place for tire replacement and they told me my brakes needed to be replaced. This was before I knew about Freed Performance. So I took my Porsche 911 to freed. They were honest and told me exactly the amount of wear on the pads when they would probably need to be replaced which isn't now. Freed has my business from now on. Good people.Service: Brakes

BEWARE of the pricing they tried to charge me $1300 dollars for a 20k service with two new tires and an alignment. I thought that was extremely high so I questioned the worker and he was fumbling all around. I just went with the service at which came to $277. Labor for the hour was $180 and $97 parts for oil change and top off liquids. Was suppose to rotate the tires he didn't even do that and still charged me for it. I wonder how many other clients he's done this to and got away with it. He won't be getting my business ever again I can promise you that.Service: Auto maintenance

John the service advisor greeted me, answered all the questions that I had and got me on my way quickly. The work was done the same day and the price was more than reasonable. A few hours later John called me to let me know that my car was done. He was great and made me feel well taken care of. Definitely recommended if you have or drive a European make.

I live over an hour from Freed Performance and I will tell anyone that a visit is well worth the drive! A friendly and knowledgeable staff that gets to know you and your particular needs in order to provide an outstanding customer experience. I had just moved to Atlanta last year and had a hard time finding a shop that I knew I could trust. Sean and Hayden quickly diagnosed some of the issues I had been seeing and remedied the situation quickly and professionally.If you have a German vehicle, you can't go wrong with using Freed Performance as your dealer alternative!

Bottom line, these guys are fantastic. I worked with Hayden on a PPI for a 2014 Porsche Cayman. I then trusted him to do all of the delayed maintenance that the car needed after I bought it. I was managing all of this from New York, and he handled everything I needed. I can be a bit over communicative, and Hayden was incredibly patient answering all of my questions and keeping me up to speed on the process. These guys did fantastic work, their shop is clean and tidy, and you can just tell they care. This was my first experience with Freed Performance based on a recommendation by a friend. I tend to hang onto a car for a long time, 16 years on this 2000 911C4, and like getting my hands dirty doing routine maintenance. However there is some work best left to those with the tools and experience. The folks at Freed were great to work with in scheduling, performing the requested work, recommending and completing some additional work I had been delaying. I feel very happy about the quality of work and will use Freed in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The guys at Freed Performance are amazing. If you re looking for a shop that s going to give you quality work, great service, and a fair price THIS IS IT. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would. Both John and Hayden are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of installing an exhaust and carbon hood on my car as well as adjusting the suspension. They had great communication, sent pictures to keep me updated, and were extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend and will be using for all projects going forward!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Based on the recommendation of a friend, I took my Porsche into Freed Performance for a service, to fix an exhaust rattle, and a once over before my warranty expired. The exhaust rattle was a loose clamp that was taken care of with the service, and nothing was found that would result in a warranty claim, which is in line with the fact that I have no issues with the vehicle. There were some consumables (brakes) that were identified as needing attention, all required work was communicated, performed in a timely manner and to the quote.Many thanks, I will be back!

Excellent, professional workmanship and phenomenal customer service. John, the manager, was so helpful. I could have spent a small fortune at the BMW dealership, but Freed was able to do the repair/replacement for almost half the cost. This is the second time I've gone to them, with a Porsche and a BMW. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your performance car repairs. Excellence is expected and Freed Performance delivers time and time again. I've recently moved to northern Georgia from Sarasota, FL where I had always taken my Porsches to Sunset Porsche. Unfortunately I haven't been overly impressed with the two dealerships here in Atlanta which caused me to look elsewhere. OMG...Freed Performance has been there for me to fulfill all of my service needs. Their professionalism and willingness to work me in at a moments notice is incredible. They are most certainly a rare find and I recommend them highly to anyone that loves their vehicles as much as I do mine. Both of my Porsches are well cared for and looked after by Freed Performance. Excellent experience with John and staff at Freed Performance! Freed recently performed and oil change, inspection and APR Tune for my Audi S6 all in the same day. They worked with me on scheduling and even worked to keep my cost down. We are bringing my wifes Audi in next week. I highly recommend Freed for all your German car needs! After hearing a good review from a coworker I decided to try Freed performance out for an initial Pre-purchase inspection. They were open with pricing and provided all the needed information on the car. After purchasing the car I brought the car back to catch up on maintenance and modification. Again the communication prior to as well as the time they had the car was amazing. I received pictures of what I normally wouldn't see which was a nice added bonus. I plan on continuing to bring my car here for future maintenance as well as any upgrades I decide to do in the future.

Pre Purchase Inspection.Read the many 5 Star reviews to make this choice, and I was not disappointed! Hayden spent plenty of time answering every newbie question a prospective buyer could throw at him. The shop is 45 minutes from my home but worth every mile! I had a very severe engine failure on my 2019 Porsche 911. I called around to find the most suitable repair shop and Freed hands down won me from the start. From their humble hospitality to honest quotes and timely repair. You can t go wrong with these guys. Another great performance by Freed Performance today. I took my 2009 Porsche 911 in for its annual service today and as always the staff at Freed Performance did a stellar job. The technicians who work there ensure that work performed is meticulous. They treat my car like it was their own. Today's service was a major service interval and the work was done on time as promised, and the price was more than fair. Why take your German car to anyone else, Freed Performance can do it all (Porsche, Audi, MB, BMW, etc). Another more than satisfied client!!! Get your baby in there!!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Just had our 2014 Cayenne GTS transfer case and transmission serviced and couldn't be happier with the result. The guys at Freed really know these products, up and down the line for most generations. What a great group.Freed Performances' team is great. Their knowledge and commitment to their trade is commendable. I recently purchased an older Porsche 2002 911 Carrera 4 and selected Freed for a Post Purchase Inspection. It was suggested, based on the records I brought with me, that a PPI was really not needed as a quick check would be sufficient. I dealt with Hayden, he was patient as I asked all my questions and carefully, with great knowledge, answered each question. My 2003 Porsche Boxster S developed a gear oil leak at the Tiptronic differential shaft seal and it was losing grease in the adjacent CV joint boot. After inspecting the problem, they gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace two seals in the differential and to repack and reclamp the CV boot. They obviously are very technically capable and turned the repair job around quickly at the original estimated cost. I plan to call on them again and also highly recommend Freed Performance to other Porsche owners.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Upon arriving I was greeted by John, a friendly and knowledgeable man. He efficiently got all my info, we chatted about any concerns I had and experiences in my Cayman S. He introduced me to Sean, the owner, and Hayden the Master Tech. All very professional and very friendly.I also had them do a highspeed balance on all my tires as I noticed a small shake at high speeds. (I had a little curb rash on my passenger back tire which I had fixed but apparently threw my balance off by 0.5 oz. SMH)They had my 2 year service, oil change and brake fluid flush AND the high speed balance completed within 2 1/2 hours!Great service and I will definitely be using them for my future servicing!I highly recommend this business!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change
