Had to take my Challenger in because it was running rough. These guys were really cool, very professional and down-to-earth. Super understanding folks. They diagnosed the problem with my car but unfortunately the fix was going to be more expensive than what the car is worth. Absolutely not their fault, though. I highly recommend these guys and I ll definitely be bringing future vehicles to them. They re very honest people and they do honest work. That s hard to find in this profession nowadays. I brought my wife s Tesla up to this establishment to get new tires put on this vehicle. I brought new tires and made an appt. When i got to the shop for my appt the gentleman working the counter said they don t do much work on Teslas, because they can t align them. I asked him to forget the alignment and just throw the four tires on and balance them. Once again, he said that they do not do much work on Teslas.I understand you re right, not to work on certain cars, but in today s age, you better get with the program and quit losing potential, sales and customers.With that being said I have use the shop for other vehicles of mine with no problem, this is a FYI for electric car owners or at least Tesla owners.Freehome auto care DO BETTERDiscount tire knocked it out in 1 hour

Always a good experience at Free Home Service Center. They do excellent work, and I never feel as if I'm being overcharged or taken advantage of. Shop manager Rick is very pleasant and always explains exactly what needs to be done and what may need attention soon. I feel very confident in their work, i feel that their prices are fair, and will always bring our cars here for service.

Have had 2 cars serviced there and they've been more than fair, are honest and do good work. Last time they gave me a quote assuming a part needed to be replaced. Turns out it didn't so it ended up being about half the original quote. Will definitely go back next time I need a car serviced.

Been going to Mike & Co. for nearly all of their 30 year history. Even though I can get free oil changes elsewhere, their attention to detail and complementary service are worth the extra dollars spent.Can't say enough about their service. A+++++

Never a hassle. Call and ask when you can have something worked on, and it'll get done. In and out fast and easy. No upsell or crossell or surprises. I've been going there for many years and will continue to do so.

Mike, the owner, and Rick, his manager, are top professionals. Their knowledge and service is outstanding. I am a small business owner and have taken vehicles to them more than ten times. Each time they have treated us with great respect and care. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other mechanics. They stand behind strong warranties on all of their work. They are honest people and will tell you when you can save money. They have always provided quality and timely service. I have moved an hour away from their service center, and, now, will continue to drive to their shop for superior service since I have been cheated by local mechanics. Free Home Service Center is amazing -- and just saved me from a massive scam with Cherokee County Toyota.Brought my car in to the Toyota Dealership, thinking that I might have a torque converter problem and had it covered under warranty for reimbursement if it was. Didn't tell the team what I thought it was. Waited about 30 minutes for diagnostics -- only to have them tell me before they could even evaluate my transmission (based on my description of car symptoms), my front left wheel bearing was in bad shape, as well as my brakes, and would need to be replaced for safety reasons. Never looked under the hood, which was where I described the shaking was coming from.I take my car in regularly for maintenance to Free Home-- I baby it, and have gone to this mechanic for 7-8 years and trust them, and my dad has taken his cars in for YEARS -- they've always saved us money and have been honest and up front, and are family friends. Recently had my tires replaced and my brakes, so they shouldn't be in the condition the Toyota Service Center described. And I wasn't experiencing the symptoms (constant, loud sounds with higher speeds) the Toyota dealership described either for the wheel bearing.Called ahead and took the car to Free Home same day -- they got me in immediately and one of their guys drove the car around for about 10-15 minutes.They said they didn't experience the problems the dealer described, and confirmed that my brakes were replaced recently and that my wheel bearing was in good shape. Looked at it for no charge.I originally took my car in for the torque converter since Toyota dealers SHOULD know their cars best -- i should have gone with my gut originally and gotten reimbursed through Free Home (which I didn't learn was possible until later -- and confirmed with Toyota Customer Experience).Toyota BS Diagnostic = $70Free Home Diagnostic = $0Getting a Lesson I Will Hopefully Never Have to Learn Again = PricelessHaving an Honest Mechanic = Also PricelessIf anyone wants a reliable mechanic, go to Free Home Service Center. Car people and the business seems to always have a dark cloud over it. It seems finding honest people in this industry can be few and far between. However, that was NOT the case with Mike and Free Home Service Center. I recently bought a car from Carvana and wanted to be sure it was a reliable car. I heard about Free Home through a friend of mine so I thought I would take the 30 minute drive up in hopes to get a good, honest assessment without walking away feeling like they gave me a false list of thousands of things that needed to be done. My hopes were absolutely met. Mike looked over the car and gave me really honest feedback and even caught some things that were not listed not the car fax report. He walked and talked me through the inspection and gave me logical and practical and fair explanations as to the current condition of the car. Mike has a great team and he does not mess around. Good, straight down he middle, honest folks! I recommend Mike and his team to everyone!

I've used these guys mainly for oil changes until I bought a used pu. in need of repair. now I'm finding the value of really good people over all to do business with. from the owner down (mike) these people really take pride with their work. their prices are more than fair and their advice is really valuable. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I'm happy to have found a good shop.

My regular, highly trusted car guy was out of town when I needed some car repairs done and HE recommended Free Home Auto to me. I went in expecting to be treated fairly (due to the recommendation), but they went far past that. It turned out the high cost repair I was fully expecting wasn't really much of an issue at all. They could have easily "fixed" what wasn't really broken, but they didn't. Honesty is a wonderful thing! Highly recommend these guys, in fact, I already have. :)

My cars have been serviced here for almost 6 years. I trust them!! They do my emissions, oil changes with rotating the tires. A 21 point inspection is done every time I get the oil changed, including checking all fluids. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive here.

Just moved over into this area and found these guys by accident or maybe good luck! Been here twice for an elusive a/c issue and today for simple tire repair. Both interactions were excellent! They get it, good honest straightforward approach which I like. Hope not to need them often but if need auto repairs, know where my first stop will be!

It is hard to find a good place to have your car worked on. Check out my other reviews. After a long time looking, I've been using this place for my car repairs and maintenance. They've proven to be trustworthy which is the rarest thing to find in service centers.

They always take great care of me and are very friendly. I went in for an oil change recently and had some rattling under the body of my car. They tightened some bolts and the problem was fixed with in 10 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Two cars brought... first one 12 days, no time to troubleshoot. My backup pickup truck needed work, they read codes but... took it home same day. Looked under hood next day, found two loose coils on plugs and tightened myself and truck runs great, CEL off... Guess too busy, whatever...

Good work at a fair price with knowledgeable staff. Their diagnostic identified a problem with my vehicle that was different (and a much cheaper fix) than what the code suggested when my engine light came on. Car was fixed that day. Highly recommend.

Josh Wright is an excellent technician and mechanic. I never have to worry about the work they did or the work that is needed. Free Home Service center is the most honest repair shop I've worked with. Mike Maksym runs a clean efficient shop. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

I found this place in a pinch when my cars alternator/battery died and my regular place was closed. When I called in a panic they took me in immediately and were very clear in what was occurring and affordable prices! The owner had said he would have to order the part, I assumed that meant it wouldn t be fixed today. However, he said he d have the part here in 30 minutes! They were amazingly helpful in a very stressful situation! Thank you so much!! Services: Electrical, Battery

Took our BMW to Freehome Service center get the heat working. Problem was identified and quote was given in timely manner. The correct OEM parts were included. No cheap knock offs - unless we were to ask. Once we gave the go ahead for repairs Sean got after it. He even came in on his day off to ensure our car was returned sooner. I've never received anything but the best service from these guys. I highly recommend!

Great prices. Amazing service. What more could you want. As the Service Manager for a major boat dealer I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the employees as well as the owner. The way they treat their customers vehicles shows they care. Highly recommended!!!!
