I had a 5 star experience with Executive Auto Glass. They were thorough enough to test the windshield replacement before coming out and discovered it was defective. They ordered a new one overnight and were here the very next day. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company!

I called to have my front glass replaced because water had been leaking in my car on and off for over a year. We had been trying to track down this leak that was pooling water on the floorboard for over a year. I had great communication with the staff from the start. When Tim got here, he asked me direct questions about the leak and checked the seals. He looked under the hood, and found that a piece was missing, and we are pretty sure that the leak is coming from there. He didn t even charge me. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn t ask for more. Grateful.

Very good experience with them! I was sent my quote very quickly and it was a reasonable price. The technician was there at the time he said he would be and was very kind. Executive Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, the technician showed up on time and did a fantastic job. The technician was flexible, professional and demonstrated his expertise and knowledge. I would recommend Executive Auto Glass and the whole team to anyone! Sloan and Tim were prompt, courteous, kind, and expert, gave a competitive quote, and came to us! They took excellent care of us when I, unfortunately, needed my windshield and window replaced within one week of each other. Tim Morrell, the owner, went out of his way to help my daughter whose Kia had been broken into. Not only did he drive to Decatur the next morning, but he helped with damage done to her door and steering wheel! Then he drove to my house to pick up the payment which was very reasonable. We had an excellent experience with Executive Auto Glass. They were able to come out within a couple of days of requesting service. They arrived within the window of time they scheduled. The job was perfect and the car left clean. They even took off a decal off the old window in case we needed it! It was priced very competitively as well. The lifetime warranty sealed the deal. I highly recommend them and if needed, I will use them in the future.

Easy to schedule, technician was on time and did a great job! Windshield looks great- didn't realize how peppered the old one actually was. Fantastic follow up from the office to assure I was satisfied and reiterated the lifetime warranty if ever there is any noise or leaking. Great local company I'd highly recommend!

Tim did a great job - met me at my office and did a complete replacement on site. Very personable, professional and efficient I gave him a two thumbs up when he was finished. He told me the new windshield would make a difference in the clarity when driving at night and it sure did. Definitely highly recommend.

Executive Auto Glass was a pleasure to work with. They were able to take care of my windshield replacement right away. Tim showed up within the appointment time window and did a quick and thorough job. I always prefer going with a local small business over a large nation wide chain option. I will definitely use EAG in the future if I need their services again.

I contacted Executive auto glass to get a price on replacing a windshield for a work vehicle. I called back the next day, and got an appointment. They called in advance, showed up on time, very professional, explained how to take care of the windshield for the next few days. We are very happy with the work that was done. What a great company! This is a locally owned and operated small business that truly cares about people! Everyone I spoke with provided wonderful customer service and care. The owner and associates were knowledgeable and prompt. I called five different auto glass installation companies to compare prices. Every other company (except one) was 30-40% higher. Executive Auto Glass explained the breakdown of charges for what I would pay for the part, the labor, taxes, etc. Where they can upcharge the customer, they don't! Thank you for offering such a great service Executive Auto Glass!

Very quick turnaround. Price was lowest by over $60 than competitors. The technician explained exactly what he was going to do, billing, etc and that s exactly what happened.Only thing i didn t like was the inside of my windshield was not wiped down. I had to clean it. But overall very happy and will use them again.

i used them a year ago to repair a chip in my windshield. the service was great and the repair has help up well. when i got a chip in another vehicle this week, i called them as soon as it happened. they came out first thing the next business day. the service was once again great and the repair looks good.they have earned all my future business.thank you,rick

What a great experience. They were a referral from a friend of mine and I couldn t be happier. Extremely profession, there exactly when they said they would be, and a great product.Last year I had to replace a windshield through SafeLite and the glass wasn t that clear, it looked like it had waves in it.Well, I drive a lot and cracked another one this year. The glass I received from Executive is far superior! There is a HUGE difference in the clarity and optics.Great experience and I will use them from now on.Steve Long

Excellent Job on my windshield, no air leaks. They had to come out twice because i mistakenly told them I did not have a lane departure warning camera, no surcharge and great service. Follow up call from EAG to ensure satisfaction and a reiterate the warranty for any issues related to the install. Very satisfied.

Look no where else!! This company and their people are very polite and very kind. First he replace our windshield, which was done fast and looked fantastic!! But shortly after we had a problem with our sunroof. Not only did he come in the rain to help us figure out what was going on, but he fixed the problem AND talked my husband and myself through what he was doing, and what we needed to do if it happened in the future. I will tell you now, we will never use another company!!! Seriously, you will not regret using them!!!!

I called Executive Auto Glass to replace the back windshield of my 1991 Chevy truck. The office contact was very professional and friendly while the technician arrived on time, explained his work, and had the job completed within an hour. He told me to call with any leaks, wind noise, etc (there are no leaks or wind noise). The hood of the cab is damaged, which made the window install a bit tricky. The office called me the next day to insure my satisfaction. I would recommend this company without reservation or hesitation.

Tim and Erin are both awesome! Erin was great when it came to scheduling and Tim did a great job fixing my windows. Overall, the process took a little over an hour (for 2 windows) and was a great price. 10/10 would recommend.

Extremely easy to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Tim came out and fix the leak I had for a couple months. He was very honest and professional, told me exactly what was going on with my car. I couldn t be more happy with my decision going with executive auto glass!!!! I recommend giving them a call if you re look to get your car fixed or looked at!!

No brainer! This organization hands down was as professional as it gets. Tim came out and did our 2008 Jeep Wrangler and walked through all the details on what he did above and behind just putting in a windshield. Executive auto glass literally saved me!My car was broken into and all of my belongings including my wallet and purse was taken. The robbers went through and broke my driver's side window. All the other window repair companies quoted me extremely high prices for window repair and cleaning.... Executive auto glass gave me the most reasonable price compared to everyone else. Timothy Morrell Came to my home A-day early then expected and was extremely kind and patient. He Replaced my window and cleaned the glass extremities with care. He took the time to listen to my needs and was extremely pleasant. Thank you Timothy! And executive auto glass for saving me you have a lifetime customer.

Eric worked quickly to make sure I had the best price. The installer was awesome! Showed me things I didn't know and even showed my Son where he plugged in the automatic defrost that hadn't been connect. He was on time, worked hard and went the extra mile.
