Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable about their products. Well organized. A pleasure to work with.Robert worked with me here. I was going to have the tires rebalanced and a couple of them inspected due to road noise and vibration. I explained how much I had disliked the tires since having them originally installed about 2 years ago - they still have plenty of tread since I don't drive as much any more. Robert worked with me on getting the tires replaced instead with a brand I prefer and offered me a decent credit for the tires on my car (which they certainly did NOT have to do). All the work was completed in less time than I expected, and I am more than pleased with the new tires. Road noise and vibration issues solved.I traveled to this location (30 minute drive) instead of the location 5 minutes from my house due to previous poor experiences there, and I'm really glad I did. I will definitely continue to travel here for my family's other cars.Thank you! Top notch service.

Took my car for a tire rotation and the car seat was returned to me filthy and now my seat is damaged and white cover steering wheel is damaged. This is a brand new car seat and they didn t even bother to put the tire cap back on. I need discount tires to replace my seat.I called and took the car back for them to review. They are now sending photos to client services.For all future customers with white seats make sure they put a cover on your seat before doing any work. I wouldn t want you to wait there over an hour like I did and get returned a damage seat, cap sticking out tire, and damaged steering wheel.Update: 1/8/24 Just spoke to the claims department and was told the store isn't admitting fault and is going under investigation. To all future customers go do your business elsewhere. There is no reason for you to take your car for rotation in perfect condition and to come back dealing with a damaged car and the worst thing now that the store doesn't even want to take accountability. No one has time to accuse anyone of damaging their property.

Good people. We live in a rural area, and had to drive some distance to see the variety of wheels that we wanted for an upgrade. We settled on Discount Tire and phoned in that we would accept their quote, and to double check their available stock because of the distance we'd drive. When we arrived, our rims were NOT in fact in stock. However, they worked with us to find an acceptable replacement at the quoted price. People make mistakes, but I like to see when employees are trained and empowered to make it right. They fixed their oversight on their dime and not ours. We'll be back and we'll spread the word.

I came in around 4pm on a Sunday and although their computers had just gone down briefly, Dewon immediately greeted me and was able to assist me shortly after I arrived. I told him I needed a quote for 2 tires because I was desperate to change them asap as I have a long commute. He was extremely personable and professional and found me the best deal. I wasn t expecting to actually have my car serviced that day as it was close to closing but even though he couldn t schedule an appointment on their system, he walked me through purchasing it on my phone and my tires were replaced within the next hour and a half. I wasn t expecting this level of service but I really appreciated Dewon and the rest of the staff.

9/28/23. Went to get 4 tires balanced on my 2015 Mercedes s550 and came out with my car in worse condition than it went it. Horrible Vibration in the steering wheel + scratch marks on all 4 rims all in the same spots took it back and they rebalanced and it was better which I m glad but unfortunately after claims department asked for pictures/quote for repair for the scratches they rejected by saying it s normal wear and tear Wear and tear all the in same spots in each wheels?

Awful experience. They sell you and make you feel you ll get taken care of during the sell of the tires. Once paid in full they couldn t care less. The lack of communication in their system is simply unacceptable. Twice we were told to come in we are ready to fix your tires . Twice I got in to the store to be told it was going to be 5 hours, and the second time was just flat out we can t fix what we broke . Yep. They broke off our custom hub caps, broke our tire pressure sensor, and screws and then was told to come in they would replace. Once I get to store was told it was on us to replace.Manager was no help either. Got the impression that he didn t care or try to make it right because he got his money out of it.

Buy their warranty on your tires! It's worth it when you drive through debris from a crash that just happened in front of you, and end up with a bolt in your tire!Sometimes you have to wait a little while to be seen, but that's because they give their customers their full attention. Today, I waited for about 10 minutes in line. I wasn't able to get an appointment online and they still worked me in. I left my truck, and it should be ready in a couple of hours. They are always friendly, courteous, helpful, and focused on keeping people safe on their tires.Thanks for taking care of me, as always.

Took my tesla model y to fix a nail in the rear wheel tire. I didn't have any appointment, but they still treated me like a special customer. The important part is that they didn't charge me a single penny to fix the tire. Really awesome people work here, and facility is clean.

I am in no way affiliated with this tire shop, but I wish I was. The folks there are amazing. I took a trailer tire in to get a new valve stem and I told them I would drop it off and pick it up after work.The guy said if you ll wait five minutes I ll do it for you right now and you won t have to come back. When he returned in five minutes, he wouldn t let me pay him and said it was free of charge. Turned out to be a great strategy because I bought four sets of tires from them since then and I ve been extremely pleased with every purchase.

These guys were fantastic! We ve used them for all 3 of our vehicles for years. Today I had a nail in my tire and happened to be across the street. I only got Chris and Alex s names but there was another gentleman in the front and all 3 were so sweet and helpful! They even rotated my tires and replaced a lug nut that had gone bad! Can t say enough about the whole crew, thank you so much!Jenn and Jamie

You can t make this up. Dropped car off two days ago to get a set up new tires as my front right tire had a sidewall hole. They called me yesterday saying that the car was ready. My wife picked the car up, payed for the new tires and drove home. I get home to only realize that no tires were installed. Luckily the tires were runflats but they sent my wife home with a flat tire. I drive back this morning to have the tires installed. Nothing more than we are sorry. How is this possible? Complete and utter incompetence. How does this company make it right?

Literally the first tire place in years that has well exceeded expectations. Made it super easy to buy tires online and make appt. Chris was great from time of prompt check in and communicated through the appt when any issues were found. They had all tires replaced and me out the door in under an hour. Very happy with great service.

Like every Discount Tire I have been to, this one was just as amazing. My wife drove over a large screen on her way home from work. It was about 45 minutes until they closed so I called and talked to Robert who assured me as long as I got it there before their closing time they would help me.I got there about 25 minutes before they closed and they not only were able to fix the hole in my tires but Robert also took me through options for new tires in case it was not fixable. He provided me with top end tires and also budget friendly yet still reliable options as well. Amazing group of people and customer service

Absolutely stunning service here! Starting with Jesse the entire staff was exceptional at making me feel at ease. Obviously they are dealing with a lot of people in stressful situations and the level of service here from how they answer the phones to how they greet customers is amazing. I jokingly said to my wife it feels like we are at Chick-fil-A from how nice everyone was. They managed to squeeze me in today despite it being a bust Saturday and got my tire repaired earlier than what was predicted!They not only had my tire size,they were committed to fixing it fast. I tried 5 other places and only 2 had my tire but only discount tries promised a same day fix.I loved that the app could keep me updated on the service and timing. Overall I'd really recommend if anyone is in a bind!

Matt and his team are great. We came in for a repair and ended up buying a new set of Michelins. The quote was fair and it was completed in the same time as the repair. Being a Monday, the shop was very busy. Yet, I noticed that each and every customer was acknowledged and treated with care and respect. They also offered a 5% Veteran s discount. Thanks!

I had a truly amazing experience there today. Our car had a blowout a few days ago, after which I immediately bought four tires through their website (given that is usually the best recommendation, though only one tire was damaged). At our appointment today, our tech, Robert, was super helpful and friendly. Rather than simply taking in the car to get the tires replaced, he inspected the car and all four tires individually. As per his findings, the thread on all tires is still remarkably good, and he immediately pointed out it was unnecessary to replace the remaining three tires as only one was damaged. He made a good effort to find the original tire make and model to replace a single one (our remaining tires' thread is that good), but was not successful. In the end, thanks to his diligence, we only replaced two and had a great warranty to go with them, from Discount Tire as well. Robert was super helpful, super friendly, saved us several hundred dollars, and made this a great experience. I definitely recommend! Thank you, Robert!

So I went for a new Tyre replacement. The cost of it was $10 more than that of Tyre Plus but I decided to do it here as I was running out of time. The guy who dealt with me named Dawon was not the friendliest one. His replies to my queries was in a very sarcastic way as if to belittle me of my knowledge. I felt humiliated in front all people around. By the way I am a brown guy. Again it took like 2.5 hours just to change the Tyre. I am never going back again here.

Only came in to price shop for tires. The knowledge and assistance paired with genuine care for my wife s vehicle led me to deciding to work with them. I m someone who is willing to pay more for better service/knowledge/etc., but what was better than expected was the EXPERIENCE and PRICE beat out the competitors. Levi was great through the whole process and helped squeeze us in right before our vacation which was not asked for but extremely helpful, he went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend, and will come back for every vehicle we have that needs tires or just service in general. Great experience and have earned all of our business.

Service that reminded me of the Bruce Holly glory days of DTC! Staff that moved with a sense of urgency paired with positive attitudes and strong work ethic! Thank you gentlemen! It has been since Bruce s passing that I have had experience at DTC like this! Bruce would be proud!

Professional employees, amazing operation but do not expect anything will be done less than 2 hr even though they tell you. Long wait time and does not seem like cars are serviced in the order of coming in. They are tesla recommended tire service shop.

After spending money and installing a caster camber kit by Moog they simply gave up and told me the didn't have the correct tool (a pivoting box end wrench found at any hardware store) to adjust the rear and could not figure out how to adjust the front.I searched everywhere and no issues have been reported for the Mood kits and they are installed properly. Even the tech agreed.The Manager insisted that my vehicle was taking too much time and the tech needed to stop working on it. He made sure to say this in front of me, "you have three cars behind this one and are not leaving until they are finished", on a Saturday.I even offered to go buy the tool for him and during ~15 minutes of discussion he never once thought it was a problem that his customer need to buy a common tool for his shop. Rather, he decided it would be more appropriate to berate the tech and pressure me to see if I would give in to pulling my vehicle without any adjustment done.I asked the technician to adjust the toe on the rear and adjust the front based on the rear which would make it slightly in the yellow. (not enough to damage the vehicle or tires inside 1000 miles)That is when I came back to find out the front of my vehicle they could not figure out how to adjust. I was offered no reimbursement and simply asked where I would like the key placed for pickup.I could have come to terms with anything other than "we can't and we are done trying".I made the adjustments myself, which took a few hours, using Jack stands and a floor Jack. This would have taken much less time on a lift like they had! I will will take it to another business to dial in when I get the chance.I will do my very best not to use this location again and it is a shame due to the geographic location itself being terrific.I have honestly never been told "we give up and get out" for a service that I have paid for...This is not a usual review for me to leave and I am not happy that it was needed.I do however, believe this may help others.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with this Discount Tire. They are very caring people. They are knowledgeable, and it shows. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. They care about safety here. I will return and I would recommend this Discount Tire to anyone who needs an honest evaluation on what they need. I really wish I could remember the names of all who helped me . I believe it was Joshua who checked me in and kept me informed and was really caring. He was great. And the young man who brought my car out. He may have been a manager.. He too was very caring and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Traveled to buy a truck in GA then needed a tire replaced, 3+ hour wait and when I complained the salesman behind the counter offered to do the work. They damaged the tire pressure sensor then promised to pay for replacement after I was to send them bill. Continued to update them through the process of attempting to get replaced and no response from multiple emails, sent a final email advising I was going to just leave this review. I will say however the salesman went above and beyond after the complaint and I appreciate him taking the matter in his own hands but then again he did damage the sensor. The salesman is wasting his talents at a worthless company as his customer service overall was exceptional and greatly appreciated but Discount Tire just plain sucks.

Technicians were very good and efficient and got my car tires rotated and balanced within an hour of arrival. Would suggest to take an online appointment before any tire service for quick turnaround. They all were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
