I would strongly advise against using this auto body shop, based on a series of disappointing experiences that began when I entrusted them with my wrecked car through insurance. Despite their claims of being a certified Subaru body shop, the service I received was far from professional.After waiting over a month, I picked up my car only to find several issues: noticeable panel gaps, a non-functional rear window, and improperly installed plastic pieces. When I reported these problems to Justin, an employee, he assured me they would be fixed upon return.The situation worsened when I noticed a subtle but persistent noise from the front passenger side tire area whenever I exceeded 40 mph. Despite multiple visits to address the panel gaps and rear window, my concerns about the noise were largely ignored by Justin, who seemed uninterested in investigating further.In an effort to provide concrete evidence, I returned with multiple voice recordings of the sound. Although they provided a loaner car and took mine in for another day and a half, the outcome was disheartening. Justin claimed that after a thorough check by their managers and himself, no noise was detected. This claim directly contradicted the dashcam footage I reviewed, which clearly showed that the car had not been properly inspected for the noise issue; it had merely been parked after the acrylic on the rear bumper was applied.Upon confronting Justin about the lack of inspection, he defensively denied the oversight and instead accused me of fabricating issues. His responses were dismissive, questioning what he should report to the insurance company and implying that I was unreasonable for expecting them to acknowledge the problem.The suggestion to bring the car back for a fifth time for an inspection by a Subaru dealer felt like a hollow gesture after the significant expenses I had already incurred for their substandard service and poor-quality paint job.In conclusion, the experience was marred by a blatant lack of accountability and customer service. The shop's failure to properly address and rectify the issues, combined with their defensive attitude and questionable claims of certification, left me extremely dissatisfied.

I took my truck here based on a recommendation after I had a couple trees fall on it in a terrible storm. My truck only has 14,000 miles on it so I wanted it fixed right. Overall the experience was great. Communication from the shop was good, friendly service. They went over their initial estimate on how long it would take but made up for that by providing me a rental car at no charge.Upon getting my truck back, it looks fantastic, they did quality paint and body work to put it back to like new condition again. I would certainly trust them again with repairing my vehicles.However, a little extra attention to finishing detail would earn them a 5th star. My truck was taken apart for a long period of time and it appears the interior of the truck sat uncovered for a while and was not wiped down/vacuumed before being given back to me. There were multiple surfaces inside the truck still covered in dust, and I found several small shards of glass left from where the old windshield was busted by the tree falling on it. Also I noticed my tailgate power lock was not working. I had to crawl under the truck to find the part of the wiring harness that had not been plugged back in.Minor details, but would have made the experience perfect otherwise. Overall I would recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top notch labor and repairs on my Tundra. Also, they stand behind their work. I have used this repair facility for years and have always received superior service.On a different vehicle i own there was a very slight issue that was covered under their warranty and it was promptly taken care of and the car looks great.Convenient location and they work with many insurance companies directly.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I was very surprised on how fast the repairs were made on our van. The quality of repairs was top notch. Very satisfied. Will Definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.

Our car was in a rock shower, and it scraped paint on the hood and front end down to the resting part. These guys got us right in. They are a USAA Star shop and had us out in 3 days. We needed the car for a road trip, and they got it done for us. Justin was great, and the car looks terrific. Thank you!

Very poor experience. Wait time was three times longer than they said. No one ever called us proactively. We had to call them repeatedly for updates. We had to return twice for a wheel alignment. Still wasn't right. We asked them to address. Shane said (begrudgingly) that he would check with his supervisor and call me back. He never did. They do not care about their customers and they do not stand behind their work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I had tow mirrors put on my truck, took them about 30 mins. Updated me that the parts vendor was going to be late, amd would start as soon as they arrives. The staff was very helpful, nice, and professional. Would recommend, of need car work done.

Front staff was friendly, and communication was good but it ended there.Brought a vehicle in for a minor rear end repair after being recommended by a local Honda dealership. The State Farm quote was authorized for a bumper cover replacement, but it was obvious the original bumper cover was repaired with a heat gun and body filler. The minor disformity is still present in the plastic. Exhaust pipe hangers were also never reinstalled (likely shifted during the rear end impact). They never inspected the vehicle. TIP: always take the time to inspect your vehicle and parts specified on the estimate for replacement DURING reassembly. Never wait until pickup to perform the first inspection!Edit: while performing repairs myself on the shoddy work, I also found loose bumper cover fasteners, and the battery terminal was never re-tightened (leaving my wife unable to start the vehicle). Horrible service all the way around!!

Large repair work was excellent and the staff was very professional. Justin kept me updated during the entire process and made sure that all repairs were completed and nothing was overlooked. The lifetime warranty on repairs gives great peace of mind.

I was involved in an accident in February and as everyone knows this can be very stressful and hectic. Shane however kept me up to date on the repairs and made me feel at ease during the entire process. I will say I was told my truck would be done on Thursday, however due to a third party vendor it was not done until Friday. Once I received my truck back, however you could not tell it was ever in an accident! I am so happy to have my truck back and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing paint or body work done on their vehicles, just maybe give yourself a little extra time if they say it will be done by a specific day as things do come up :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Justin Towery was polite, friendly, patient and informative. Despite the slowness of materials coming after ordering them ( that was not their fault) and the fact they were so busy, he did a great job easing any anxieties and answering all questions. I was probably annoying, asking him to call me and my husband separately, but he was still polite and friendly. He was a champ and handled my high maintenance very well. He took care of my husband and I. He did everything asked of him and more. He even took out some materials out my husbands truck for us because we had no where to put it. He went above and beyond, I made sure to communicate with them which helped them. They did their part and more to help us. I appreciate you! Thanks again.They were very busy and it took a long time, but they made sure all questions were answered. No one was ever rude or disrespectful l ever. This place came recommended by another trusted business, Randy's Auto Repair. The folks here are friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and their pricing is quite fair. Staff was very friendly and did a great job with the car repairs. They handled everything with the insurance company so I was minimally involved in that process. They offer a lifetime warranty on the work performed and I did follow up with them to adjust a piece of trim which they happily took care of very quickly.
