On Line ordering process was fine. Best price around and it includes the road hazard warranty. You have to register your tires with the manufacturer yourself. read the paperwork you get handed. It's not explained to you because they are just trying to keep the line moving.My biggest issue was reading the last line of the Additional Notes that my center wheel cap was missing prior to install. It was not.I suspect it was broken while it was being removed and it's easier to blame the customer than admit and rectify mistake.I called, but no one answers the phone. I tried to chat, but the auto response is to call the local warehouse. I understand it's a very busy time of year, but I have to order a replacement part and drive with my lug nuts exposed while I wait for the part tot be delivered.The 2 stars are in hopes it will evoke a response.

I was sold on the warranty when we bought the tires. The tech specifically said my car has a faster wear and tear due to the weight when buying the tires here at Costco.Turns out it s a scam. They said I have suspension issues and did not honor the warranty when it came time for replacement. They couldn t give us an answer to what type of issues.I ve had my car checked and suspension is great.They lost my trust.

Second time buying tires. Wait time with installation was not acceptable. Had appointment and instead of 45 to 60 minutes, was at Costco for almost 2 hours. Used to recommend, that is no longer the case.

I give 2 stars just because of great job the guys are doing at this shop. After installing 4 brand new tires, I found out that the wheel lock was missing. I addressed the issue immediately, and they said it's inside. I looked through every single corner but didn't find it. I ended up ordering a new one. When I came back in person, they still didn't believe me that it's not inside the vehicle, and I had to show them twice to make sure it's missing. They didn't offer any solution or reimburse me for the replacement.

This center become bad customer service ,I had bad experience this place for tire replacement , I asked some question to Jermy and he become rude started behaving worst then I asked him to call his manager (Joe) he is worst than Jermy , so I complained to store manager also escalating this issue to Costco corporate office they don't have basic manners how to talk to customers and I end of cancelling my new orders. I have paid membership from Costco and same time expect good service from them too.

Had an appointment at 10am on a Tuesday for a free tire rotation. Took over 90 mins - I d rather go somewhere else and pay for my next one.

My girlfriend bought 4 new michellin pilots for her toyota rav4 and during the installation process, the mechanics carelessly replaced the old tires with the new. All 4 rims were perfect and after the installation, each one was severely marked and scuffed. Costco representatives on the corporate side and the retail side handled the situation poorly, ultimately, she decided to cancel her 3 long year membership. The wording on the installation form was strategically written to allow for discrepancies of claims concerning rim damage. Very disheartening as she's a single mother who works hard and has only herself to rely upon. Her rav4 is no longer in excellent condition which affects its resale value. Shame on you costco! SHAME!

Very poor service and attitude. I was told by a tire service technician that he could only check the air in one of my tires instead of all of them because he had other things to do.

Ordered 4 tires and when my tires arrived, they called me to collect my info and set up an appointment. I had to take half day off from work to come get the tires changed, and when I arrived they told me they couldn't find my appointment from their system and that I should've made the appointment online & write down a confirmation number. What a waste of time.

We always have such a great experience at Costco Tire Center. Irvin has been extra helpful and courteous. He was able to get me in the same day even though they were booked for the week. We got the Michelin tires, high quality.

Very disappointed with the service done to my car. I was told I needed to order my tires because they did not have the ones I wanted in stock. No problem there. He said they were local so it wouldn t be long, however, it ended up taking a week just to get the tires and then ANOTHER week just to get in to have the tires changed. I understand Costco is very busy at times, but two weeks? Really? When the time came to pick up my car I did a check around it because I knew from the last two times they don t tighten the valve caps all the way and that s how I lost one of my original Mercedes valve caps. And of course two of the four were extremely lose and would have came off if I drove away. I also made sure they were balanced because last time only one tire was. When checking the valves I noticed a new scratch on my rim. They also took my receipt I left in the car as well as opening my center console and leaving it open as they didn t know how to shut it correctly. There is absolutely no reason they should have opened that or taken my receipt!I have never been someone to leave bad reviews unless you mess up bad SEVERAL times. This did it for me. I m an extremely busy person and cannot deal with petty stuff like this. It s not the end of the world and accidents happen, but they shouldn t happen every time I have tires changed.

I checked around at many places. Costco was by far the best price. I called to make an appointment. Austin told me there were enough of my tire in stock to come in tomorrow before the deal ended. They called back 30 minutes later saying there was a run on my tire and I should buy online and they'll set it aside. Great service to be aware and call me!! They easily could have ignored it and I would have missed out.

I brought my truck to have a tire looked at and rated, after I drove away and got out I saw mud rubbed on my cab that was NOT there beforehand.I don't care how much a vehicle is worth you don't do that to a car you don't own.I'll avoid ever taking my truck there again, I'd rather drive to Alpharetta.Either fire who did it, or dock their pay, this should not be tolerated

Great experience at this Store. Not all Costco tire centers are created equally. After having a poor experience at the in town location, we came to this store as it was closer to home versus work. The staff was knowledgeable and kept our best interest in mind. Warrantied one tire per road hazard without pause. Upgraded to a better brand due to lack of availability at no additional cost. Discounted a second tire to enable us to keep a matched set. Two new tires installed.Second experience. Second complete set of tires purchased. Two years later had a flat and the tire destroyed. The other tires were low on the wear bars, 30k on 50k warranty tires which were rotated religiously. Warranted the road hazard and gave very fair prorated warranty on the remaining tires. Again, we were upgraded to a better brand because lack of stock at the same price. They got us in and out in just over an hour, but realize this was on a weekday morning. Weekends at any tire center are a whole different experience. Appointments are recommended if they will give one. They are crazy busy on weekends, so plan accordingly. Mid week installation was perfect for us, although it was force by a roadside flat in the rain.The road hazard warranty is priceless. Keep in mind, you must rotate your tires per your warranty agreement, but it is free! They almost always honor the warranty if you do your part. The exceptions would be extreme uneven wear due to alignment or mechanical issues with the vehicle causing the excessive wear.All said, This is why we shop Costco for tires and most everything within reason. These people treat us like family. And their warranties are worth far more than the price of admission.

This review is for the Costco Tire in Cumming. Ordered the tires on their Costco App. They emailed and called when tires arrived. Set appointment time and dropped car off. I waited and they had it completed in about 35 minutes. Filled with nitrogen and working well. They were professional in a no frills Costco way. Everything was great and I will be buying more on other vehicles.

I had clients in town who had trouble with a tire and couldn t get all the way up the hill to the tire shop. I met them there and ran into the shop 15 minutes before close on a Sunday night. The guys dropped everything and went to help these ladies. They spent over an hour trying to get the tire back on for the tow truck. Jeff and Jay went above and beyond. Could not be more impressed with their work ethic and professionalism this evening. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Worst service ever. I ordered tires on sat as they said it will be delivered by tuesday and when I called them on Tues, they said the tires not shipped yet and don't know an eta... how can a reputed center dont know the status on the order placed... ridiculou!!

I waited a total of 2hr 25 min for the tire change. I already had to wait 4 days for the tires to come in. It was a frustrating experience as I witnessed the guy working on my truck come into the store from the shop to periodically wait on a customer. I watched him spend 25 minutes on one, alone. I wanted to say, "Hey, I was here first,...finish with me before you deal with somebody else," but they just don't have the staff, I guess. I won't purchase here again.

Very professional tire installation. They cleaned the lugs with a wire brush, cleaned the wheel mounting surfaces of the wheels and hubs and hand torqued the lug nuts.
