The repairs themselves were top-notch. My car looks brand new again, and it drives perfectly. It's clear that Classic Collision uses high-quality parts and does meticulous work.But what truly impressed me was the customer service. Everyone I interacted with, from the receptionist to Jason who explained the repairs, was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.If you're in need of auto body repair, look no further. They're the absolute best! They turned a terrible experience into a positive one, and I can't thank them enough.

My experience with Classic Collision was a 10 out of 10. Our AMG is good as new. Jason and all the staff were friendly, informative and genuinely took ownership to create a positive atmosphere and experience. Should I need more work in the future, this is the only place I will go. I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely loved working with Shayna with Classic Collision for repairs in an auto accident. Shayna kept me up to date on the progress of completing my vehicle and what the timeline looked like. She was such a pleasure to work with during a stressful time.The repair work was INCREDIBLE to say the least. They are meticulous with their work, and my vehicle looked better then the day I bought it. They were even able to beat the initial timeline by almost 2 weeks! If we are ever in another accident that will need repairs done, we will absolutely go there again. Thank you so much Classic Collision for your fantastic work and customer service!

Absolutely the best experience I have had with anything related to automotive!I hate working with repair shops in general, but it is very rare to have an experience that is close to satisfying.Paul was the person to take care of me and update me on the repair process.He was great! Very polite and professional with true pride in the work that had been done without ego.It is the first time my vehicle has come out looking better than it looked before it was damaged.I almost didn't want to write this review because I wanted to keep this one to myself but I hope I will not be needing any more repairs anytime soon.I can say that I would be extremely surprised if anyone had a negative experience working with Classic Collision and highly recommend them! Outstanding service!!! We dropped our vehicle off for repair on the 27th of Dec. after already being told it would most likely be a 2week job due to parts shipping delays. We were prepared to wait it out and let them work. I was extremely surprised to get the call from them New Years Eve morning saying the car was finished! I am very appreciative for the excellent service and the flawless repairs from Classic Collision. My car is back like new and it was the best collision repair experience I ve ever had. Car accidents always come at thee worst time but I 100 percent recommended this shop. They got an A+ from me.

Fair and honest shop. Very clean facility and great service. If you have the need for a collision repair, this is a great option. They also work directly with the insurance companies and will keep you informed the entire way.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! issues with my C300 after a piece of tire landed on several parts of hood, windshield, fender, door, roof were not addressed properly by the Alpharetta location. I am glad I took it to GM Dennis Levinge's team in Cumming, he personally called and said he would take care of all issues with my car. This team has exceeded my expectations, starting with Sara at the front desk, always courteous and with a smile. Jason Lenning who took over for the communication and repairs of my vehicle. Dennis kept me informed of the repairs, and they were done professionally (shout out to Jose!) words cannot say enough what they have done to make a customer happy. Thanks once again, you guys rock!

The work, customer service and craftsmanship was exceptional, except for one thing; they stole my Clonazepam prescription from the glove box as they repaired my vehicle. As a combat veteran (Army, 18A), I have severe PTSD and use the medication for anxiety and panic attacks.Last night I suffered a massive panic attack, and as I struggled to find my medication in the glove box where it s been for years, it was nowhere to be found. Luckily my girlfriend was there to help ease the anxiety, I desperately needed that medication.Thank you Classic Collision, your support for veterans won t go unnoticed.

1st Impression: Everyone on staff was happy and friendly, willing to share information. I have been informed of everything concerning my repair. Totally unexpected openness.After The Fact: Classic Collision did exactly what they said they would do and with the car wash they did the used truck sparkled once again. They advised that there could be hidden pieces that may be damaged when they actually to the vehicle apart and that the cost could increase some. Thankfully not too much. The work was done in about half the time as predicted. Impressive, when you see that the lot is full of vehicles waiting to be made whole again. They are a busy place, but they listen and get the work done while being friendly.

OUTSTANDING service. My brand new vehicle was hit twice in one week and they had to deal with two different insurance companies for the repairs on the front and back along with dealing with back ordered parts. Everyone is very friendly , helpful, accommodating and professional. My repairs were perfect and completed faster then the promised completion time. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Did I mention these folks are awesome. I was negligent with the roof of my C7 Corvette Grandsport and Classic Collision painted it to better than new and within a few days. These guys went well above my expectations and treated me fairly on price and timely service. Thanks guys for fixing my mistake. I highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was professional and the shop was well organized and clean.

Beware of this place!! After several delays that lasted 2 weeks past the initial 2 week timeline, I had to take my car back due to gaps in the rear deck area. Also, in the photo you can see DUST everywhere, this due covers ever surface on my car! This place is not professional and not easy to work with. To top it off the scratched the tent on several windows that my insurance is now covering to replace. I do NOT recommend this place if you care about your car. This place had 3 chances to make it right.

I've used Classic Collision in the past and they have always done a wonderful job. I recently had my Dodge Durango in for body work and once again they did an amazing job! My car was completed before the estimated pick up date and they were wonderful about communicating with me throughout the entirety of the process. My car came back to me clean and shiny! Great job guys!!

I had my car serviced twice there (replaced bumper through insurance). Quality of work is 5 stars. Enterprise is within walking distance if you need to rent a car. They always delivered on time, with daily notifications about the work in progress. Insurance recommended them because they are not expensive. If you need to fix your car, I recommend them without hesitation.

Dennis and his entire team went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible. From check-in/dropping off our vehicle, the secretary was amazing getting everything set up and taken care of. She was on-point with arranging our rental and was very pleasant to deal with. Jason was very professional as he explained the process and walked the vehicle with me,informing all that they would be doing and the approximate length of time it would take. He made sure to keep us updated every step of the process daily. Originally, they said it would take 1-2 weeks for a turn around, but we surprisingly received a phone call that it was complete and ready for pickup in less than a week. Very professional, very thorough and very pleasant to deal with. We have other body work to be done on other vehicles and will be using Classic Collision for all of our needs.

Quality workmanship and superior customer service. My expectations are set higher than most (I have OCD when it comes to my vehicles). I am pleased to say that Dennis, Josh and team did not disappoint. Finished vehicle looks brand new. Highly recommend Classic Collision of Cumming, as it is almost impossible to find anyone who does quality work and actually listens to the customer. This location is Nationwide certified and, I believe they are more than worthy of being Mercedes-Benz certified.

Awesome customer service! Had a paint job done on the door of my 5-series BMW. Management went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I was not able to pick up my vehicle, the General Manager brought it to me. Job well done!

My insurance company recommended Classic Collision. The first thing I did was check their rating as I have worked in the auto body repair industry in the past. I was pleased to see one of the highest rating for a body shop. The day I dropped my car off, I had been standing in the sun waiting for the tow truck prior to arriving. When I got to Classic, I inquired if they had a soda machine that took a credit card. They did not but a young lady named Sarah proceeded to give me change for a soda and walked me over to the soda machine. Wow, what service! After dropping my car off I received several calls throughout the process informing me of the status of my repair. My car was expected to be completed on the 10th but they finished on the 7th, 3 days early. I called in when I got the message and spoke with a gentleman name Jason who walked me through over the phone all of the work that had been done. He told me to ask for him when I arrived and he would walk me out to the car to discuss more in detail the work completed. When I arrived, Jason was there to greet me and we looked over the car. The work was excellent. Body lines were even, paint was correct and car was cleaner than when dropped off.I was a happy customer.I know some people give body shops a bad rating because the work takes longer than expected, but having been in that industry, there are a lot of things that a body shop must wait for as the work on your car. Insurance approval, parts to be sent to them, third party work that must be done by other professionals (i.e. Air conditioner recharging), and much more. Hopefully others realize that body shops are doing their best to get your car back to you but they are always in the line of fire for other delays beyond their control.In summary, I would HIGHLY recommend Classic Collision in Cumming. The folks treat you fairly and like family. Great job to them and a big Thank You!

Great body shop with exceptional customer service. Not only is the quality of their service top notch their contact and communication through out the repair process is fantastic. It is honestly a pleasure to deal with these guys in every aspect, wouldn't take a care needing repair anywhere else. Spencer, whom I dealt with a couple of times over the past year is a good man.

Absolutely the Lowest quality of work I have ever seen! My Mercedes was rear ended, they had to replace most the rear and driver side section. To start anytime it rains the trunk now has water in it. The amplifier for the radio on driver s side stops. The car also says the rear lamps are out every time you start the car and they are on.... the auto trunk dose not work also! Top app that with a dent that was left, scratch and poor paint and body work and it took longer then I was promised do your self a favor and find another company to work on your vehicleService: Painting

Although this is a Geico Express franchise collision shop, you definitely get the feel of a local small family business. My sports car took longer than expected, but I was notified of the process the entire time. The car was returned back to me in near perfect condition, and I only had to return for one small issue. That issue was immediately resolved, and was followed up later in the week to make sure everything was good. I did a lot of research prior to picking Classic Collision of Cumming and for a body shop to have this high of review score, you would expect it to be good. It definitely lives up to the expectation.

Brad and the crew here are TOP NOTCH. I would recommend this shop to anyone with an auto-body need. Extremely professional individuals handled my vehicle with extreme care. They worked quickly and kept me informed of the progress everyday, and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work. Thank you guys for great service!

I replaced and repaired rear part of my Grand Cherokee there last July after a collision, including rear bumper, lift gate and rear lights. I have found 3 issues after their repair.1. The second day after their repaired, I found 2 T30 bolts at lift gates only half-in. I could even use my hands to torque. then I found 1 bolt missing around tow hitch. I also noticed noises from lift gate. I drove my car back and asked them to fix as well as check again. They torqued bolts but insisted everything else was okay.2. I drove my car to the dealer because of unsolved lift gate noise. A technician found one rear light was not sealed at all, which clearly should be done when Classic Collision replaced it. The dealer technician sealed it carefully and the noise has never come back again.3. I noticed the rear bumper cover vibrates for months on passenger side and finally found there were at least 4 bolts missing compared with driver side. I don't know whether the bolts were missing or Classic Collision has never installed them. But again, it was their responsibility.From this repair, I can clearly see their carelessness and poor quality even they are Mopar certified. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

HIGHLY recommend using these guys.I recently took my truck in to be repaired after being rear ended. After they sanded down the bed they found that the truck had been in a previous unrecorded accident. The damage had been covered up with a Bondo hack job and repainted. Instead of just painting over the area they made me aware of the issue and fixed both the old AND new damages correctly.Not only are they super trustworthy and professional but their workmanship is absolutely impeccable. If you go anywhere else, honestly, you re messing up.
