First rated service from check in process to repair to check out. My vehicle had read end damage and classic did a wonderful job repairing the dame in a very timely manner. Location is very convenient and very friendly staff and very nice setup inside and out. I have to highly rank the friendly and helpful attitude of the lady at the front. Manny was simple the best to work with. I was constantly kept updated through calls and text message with link to their web portal on the status. I wish knew about this place last time I needed help with collision repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My initial estimate was for 3-5 days for repairs. Work was prepaid and done in 2 days. My Tesla Model X, looks like new after being backed into while parked. It is clean and looks great. Aly was great to work with and they were able to take payment from the gentleman that damaged it because he did not want to use insurance. The location was great with lobby requiring masks.

Broken glass ~ SunroofIt is very sad knowing this happened to me but it did.Driving down highway 65N passing Mills Street bridge on Montgomery, Alabama; someone threw a brick to my car from the bridge. The impact was so bad I m lucky I didn t loose control of my car. My sunroof broke in pieces. I happened to have the sunroof board protector closed otherwise the brick would have landed right on my head and killed me instantly.I maintained calm and pulled over from going 70 mph on the side, at that time I wasn t sure if I had a body on top of my car or what was it but there was glass everywhere. I called the police. This was a set up to rob me I was told but I went to the nearest gas station to be safe.My insurance handled it well. Classic Collision s services were outstanding. The part took a while to arrive because my car is Japanese. The entire time I was informed on my vehicle s progress. Manny was great! Very professional and they even washed my car. Took 30 days but I feel definitely happy with their repair and my car looks like nothing happened. I definitely recommend this company- I am happy to be alive and happy to have my car back - thank you

Great work in fixing my benz.However the time frame was ridiculous long ....almost 70 days was without a car.Rental coverage was done in 30 days.No updates.if you call nobody responds to your calls.Not organized in terms ordering parts and getting in a timely manner.The final work was great .Customer service is poor.They don't seem to care about the difficulty we go through and were blaming on the delay in procuring the parts.Each time it would same cold answer sorry , we haven't gotten the part yet.......People who run an establishment like this should be streamlined.Each time I would have different liason personnel talking to me about my vehicle

Model S Plaid rear quarter panel replaced. Original repair took 4 months. Very slow, but at first I thought they did a good job.Now realizing the job was not good at all. Have found numerous issues over the past several weeks. Have returned twice already to fix minor things that were not properly fixed. Now have to return again because paint is coming off body panel. I guess they don't know how to paint aluminum.Rear hatch was not properly aligned and rubbing has caused significant abrasions on the rear bumper cover. That now needs paint repair even though it was never damaged in the original accident. Also just discovered charge cover not properly installed and is has now come loose.Gonna need to go back for repainting which will probably take 2+ weeks in the shop again. UGH!!!!! Don't use this place for Tesla.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

great job on the car repair. My second time using them for a car repair. Would be a 5 for this. I paid out of pocket this time. I saw they charge 3 percent on credit cards. No where was it posted and no one told me they do not accept checks. They have a big sign saying how to avoid the 3 percent using a debit card. But no where does it mention what forms of payment they do not accept/accept. The 3% credit card charge is expensive when it comes out of your pocket and you were not informed about the payment options. Tried explaining this to the desk person and it became a fussing match.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service! Manny kept me updated the entire time. My 19 Fiat 124 isn t the most common type of car, but he was able to get parts and repaid very quickly. No complaints!

Excellent customer service and would highly recommend, especially for Tesla drivers! Both Irene and Michael Lee made this a smooth process and was provided with updates daily on the vehicle. When picked up the vehicle was so clean it almost looked brand new! I will definitely be returning to this location if I need any work done in the future. 10/10!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lee, from Classic Collision provided me good knowledge on what happened and the process to fix it. He was very respectful and cooperative. He has lot of patience and received my calls delegently. Lee provided awesome customer experience and overall, Classic Collision also has set process with text updates on the repair stages, which is good. I felt that car is in safe hands so no complaints atall

This is opposite of the "repaired" side. They damaged, and tried to cover up terribly. They attempted to lie about the cover up until we pulled photos of the vehicle at drop off. After they were proven negligible I was apologized to by Geico, but not the shop. They have agreed to repair their negligible damage. Buyer beware!

My experience with Classic Collision on 141 could not have been more pleasant. Irene is fast and professional at managing the experience over phone, email, and in person. Lee is detailed and caring about managing the work. Bonus was getting my car back looking as pristine as it did at Mile 0. I'm exceptionally impressed with this crew and will use them again if I'm in need.The one drawback is they are good enough that it took quite a while to get in. Their reputation working on Tesla vehicles made it worth the wait to ensure mine was fixed properly.One last note, they've partnered well with a neighborhood Enterprise office for rentals. The Enterprise rep felt like a member of the Classic Collision team and helped ensure a seamless experience at drop-off and pick-up.

Had a great repair experience after my Model 3 got rear ended. Ally was awesome. I got very concerned at one point during the repair process, but she had already reached out to the insurance company to get everything taken care of, then quickly updated me on the repair status. She's also very knowledgeable and even had a great recommendation for a shop that does ceramic coatings.The car looks amazing and they offer a lifetime warranty on the work. Will definitely use them again if I ever need any work done.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience all around. Mike Dressel was very helpful throughout the whole process. Kept me updated regularly with completion times and any other aspects of my repair. He also pre-ordered the parts for my repair to speed along the process as I did not have rental reimbursement coverage and was paying for a rental out of pocket. Quick turn around on repair, clean shop with helpful employees. Would gladly use again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great staff makes all the difference here!Kudos to nice kind front staff and really enjoyed the service experience which is rare to have. Status updates was prompt on my Tesla parts and work done my Tesla was great. Great place for the Tesla repairs! Also, rental car arrangement all done there so it was convenient! Highly recommend! They did an awesome job. I went for few scratches, dent caused by hit & run and some scratches happened in front of car in parking lot. They did very well and paint were absolutely matching the original color also, they delivered on time. I highly recommend their services to friends & others. I was more happy to see my car as new after long time.

Couldn t be more pleased with my service at Classic Collision. Irene at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I received text messages every day updating me on the progress of my vehicle. Had an 18 wheeler crush the side of my Tesla Model S so I took it to Classic Collision Johns Creek. Michael at Classic could not have done a better job. Michael communicated with me constantly through the process. The work that Classic did on my Model S was flawless. Could not detect that the vehicle ever had a scratch.Net/Net this is where you want to bring your vehicle for repair. They do excellent work and make sure and ask for Michael. He is Awesome!

They keep pushing my delivery date by 3 weeks every time and I receive a notification of a push a week before the scheduled delivery. When asked if possible to get sooner, I am told not possible and them immediately get a text message that my delivery was pushed out by 3 weeks. I am not happy with the person assigned to me and I am yet to see the job they have done. it is now 6 weeks since drop off and i now have to wait another 3 weeks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you, Allie! You certainly delivered on your promise. To turn around a Tesla in two weeks is absolutely unheard of and has to be a new World Record. The work was perfect, communication, perfect, pricing, can't be beat, facility, top notch, friendliness of staff, A+ (shout out to Amanda, the other "A"), I could go on. Overall, this location does a pretty decent job in a quick efficient manor. The customer is typically status updates during the repair process by the use of technology. They receive 3 stars, because of my last couple of encounters. First, the handicap parking spaces have been occupied with luxury cars for display. There's 3 spaces for the disabled compared to 20+ spaces around the building and they chosen to put cars in the handicap space for whatever reason. I brought this to the attention 3 times to three different people, and was disregarded. As an advocate for the disabled community, I do not feel this place cares too much about their needs. Secondly, there's been a breakdown in communication, which resulted in wasting my valuable time and theirs and losing a customer.
