From Andrew s care, responsiveness, and respect, to James amazing heart for his customers and attention to detail, to Alex s kindness, and Tom s Nice Difference motto and leadership I took it in dreading that it may need a new transmission, but this team took multiple test drives until they figured out the culprit amounting to under $100!! So incredibly grateful. I was very well cared for and trust my cars to this wonderful team!

I had asked for a few repairs, one of which they told me was unnecessary and saved me a bunch of money. Shuttle service to my office, picked me up from the coffee shop on my break, and my beloved mini van is running beautifully. The staff is unbelievably friendly and professional, and they have the nicest waiting room I've ever been in for anything. So happy I've found them!

Arranged a pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was looking h to buy. Left with a detailed report with pictures of the red flags and concerns about going forward with the purchase. $145 for the inspection saved me potentially $3000 in future repairs that you can t see in dealership/website pictures!Fantastic experience!

I can t say enough good things about my experience here. They truly deserve five stars, you won t find a better shop. I called them early in the morning without notice. They were able to get me in and out, with a couple cookies and water for the road.

I took my car in for an air conditioner repair. Christian Brothers found the problem and told me that there was Nissan Service Campaign for this issue and that I should go to the dealer for a no-charge repair. I was charged a modest diagnostic fee and went to Nissan. Nissan agreed that the problem was as CB had identified and there was a service campaign for the problem. Unfortunately for me I had service campaign work performed in 2017 and was not eligible for it again. Therefore I had to pay for the repair out of pocket at Nissan. I found the service at CB professional and I availed myself of their shuttle service and the remote pay/key retrieval system which allowed me to retrieve my car after hours. I will be adding CB to my short list of trusted mechanics.

They are honest, trustworthy, and efficient. Andrew was in charge of my car. If he wasn't available, when I called, he returned my call right away. Andrew contacted me anytime he might need to do something that would add to the original estimate, and he used after- market parts when possible. The entire staff which includes Corey, Pete and Andrew know their business, and are a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a shop that stands behind their work, and deal with integrity then this is the place to bring your vehicles.

Excellent experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They may cost a little more than some, but I have never seen such attention to detail! Their diagnostics come with pictures and their warranty on parts and labor is fantastic. Am recommending to everyone I know.

James was extremely helpful and informative with our insurance claim, he was very friendly and gave us great updates with anything that was going on or anytime he had news from our insurance company. We ll be using Christian Brothers for all our mechanic needs from now on.

Incredible customer service. Diagnosed my car s issue quickly and fixed it. Also the free shuttle service is a great feature of this company. Didn t feel like they were trying to upsell me and felt like they were shooting straight with me.The owner was humble and worked just like an employee. Great to see a business with a small town charm.

The team was FANTASTIC. Brought in my classic for work as Randy and the team came recommend. What an Awesome and pleasant experience. The teams lines of communication from front office to Randy himself was strong. I knew what was going on, how it was going and well informed.I m 100 percent giving them all my work going forward.

Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, I work odd hours so regular hours don't work for me. The staff is friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable and made me feel at home effortlessly and didn't recommend unnecessary repairs .The cleanliness of both the lobby and the bay area blew my mind! Although it is out of the way for me, it is well worth the drive! My car has found a new maintenance and repair home: Christian Brothers Automotive in Cumming! Thanks Tom and staff. I can see why y'all were voted best of Forsyth 2016, keep up the good work!

First up: With the experience I had, I wanted to share a review and eventually forgot about it.Service: So, this was our brand new Chrysler Pacifica and had a flat tire, which was luckily viable for a straight forward patch and plug. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention and care I received even though I did not have an appointment. Andrew was amazing in getting everything setup and he also understood that I needed the car asap to pick up my daughter from the Pre-K. He also accommodated for a pickup by my wife and made notes for the technician. To top it all I got a nice coffee served and my wife a water bottle. It was a great experience. Loved the customer service.

MY SONS TIRE FELL OFF AFTER BEING REPAIRED AT THIS SHOP! I wish there was a zero rating. The people were friendly and nice, but after getting the truck back and the entire wheel coming off because the lug nuts were not tightened, they refused repairs. I paid $3,200 for the rear end to be replaced and fixed. Now, due to their negligence, I have a destroyed truck, my son has no transportation, AND HE ALMOST ENDED UP IN A COFFIN! I would absolutely recommend going anywhere but here for your mechanic needs!RESPONSE: Absolutely, the service was 5 weeks prior to the incident. You retired the rear end, AND THE REAR TIRE FELL OFF! The truck sat in my driveway for 4 weeks of that time, I have camera footage to prove it. The mobile mechanic worked on the FRONT HUBS...NOT THE REAR. He never touched the rear. Not sure where you are getting brakes???? The incompetence of your shop almost killed my 16 year old son AND the individual in a van coming the opposite direction. AND 1300 MILES????? No way!

My experience with Christian Brothers was outstanding from beginning to end. Stephen provided amazing customer service beginning from when he answered the phone to when I picked up my repaired and freshly washed car 24 hours later. He listened well, proactively ordered the parts he felt my car would need, asked the technician to stay late and get a head start on my air-conditioning repair so I could have my car back in time to shuttle a group of volunteers to a conference the next day! I was even shuttled from my office to pick up my car when I couldn t find a friend to take me to get it. I am impressed with the high level of customer service and professional attention I received. And I LOVE receiving texts with updates and pictures of my car being serviced!! Well done!

I had some relatively serious messages on my dash regarding ABS and Power Steering first thing in the morning. I called Christian Brothers and James and his team were extremely helpful and fit me right in to their fully packed day and also gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. I had also asked them to check the shocks and struts because Firestone told me they needed to be replaced. James told me they were fine and did not need to be replaced. It is so comforting to know you will always get honesty at CB. James and his team went above and beyond and I m a customer for life!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive, and it was a great one. My cars transmission needed to be charged and I was worried it will be a mess between the job itself and the interaction with my extended insurance company,never an easy one in my past experiences, this guy's manage to do the job fast (1 week) and easy (for me at least). They Also took care of a sensor was giving trouble and serviced my front break I'm very pleased and grateful. A+ guys THANKS!!!

James was my service advisor for my Volkswagen, very reasonable prices, great customer service, work was completed quickly, and he even offered and took my car for emissions for me. I won t take my cars anywhere else, Christian Brothers is a great reliable place!

Personal & Professional Experience every time anyone in our family takes our cars in to be serviced. Even our daughter who lives out of town will take her car in when she s visiting! They are always thorough in explaining what they found & what needs to be done. They also have a free service to take you home if you want to drop your car off, though their waiting room is very comfortable.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The past few times I have went here I have been encouraged with their work. They have helped me with both vehicles I brought in and have been honest and also don t charge me for unnecessary things that didn t need charging. They also recommend I bring one vehicle elsewhere because they didn t want to compromise trying to diagnose the AC and diagnosing the issue which was beyond their knowledge. Most places will just try to put a band-aid on it to fix it, but they were honest to not complete a task they were not comfortable and recommended me elsewhere to get it looked at. Christian Brothers are the most honest people your could ever deal with. I thought I would need a new radiator. It turned out to be just a hose that was loose and needed to be clamped. They did not charge me for it. They have a customer service that is awesome. Those people are professional, polite and trustworthy. They even offer shuttle service if you are not too far. I just have 1 question: where were you all my life? I'm referring all my friends, family and neighbors to Christian Brothers.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

The staff was all so incredibly helpful, kind, caring, and super honest! AJ Sutton, Pete Bond, and James Burns were absolutely amazing! I couldn t be more thankful for all of the help that they provided for me to get my car back on the road! I am a single mom of three girls and we are going through a super tough time in our lives. I needed my car fixed but everywhere else was so super expensive. Much to my surprise when I picked up my car they told me that one of the parts that was originally thought as needed ended up not being needed. Instead of putting the part on and charging me for it, they were up front and honest about not needing it and saved me $500! They have absolutely earned a customer for life! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable shop!Service: Exhaust
