Seems like the communication between the service personnel could have been better. I came in; they ordered the part - but never called me when it was in. I finally called them and they said yes we have it; it should take a couple hours ... I got there, they said it could take all day possibly so I went all the way back to my shop and then 2 hours later they called me saying it's done. But everything was done professionally. The work looks pretty good and now my airbag has been updated.

You can trust that Andean will make it right, but I don't always trust that they did it right the first time.Last time I took my suburban in for maintenance, they didn't put enough oil in, and forgot to relearn the tire sensors in the tires after rotating.Previously, I've had them forget to reset the oil change indicator or not replace a wiper. Again, they stand behind their work and make it right, but it just doesn't instill confidence.

Friendly customer service and they take time to answer all of your questions about buying a new vehicle or having your vehicle serviced. Andean makes you feel like part of their family.

Over 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment! Also didn't do a tire rotation when we had asked for it
