Best service ever! Grace is an A1 service advisor and the mechanics are top tier. Felt a rattling in on the driver side of my corolla and they were able to track the problem and replace the struts. Will def come back here for service!!!

Called to schedule appointment for airbag recall on new Corolla . Asked if loaner vehicle would be available. Was told it would be available on Saturday. Scheduled appointment for Saturday and double checked 3 times if complimentary loaner would be available and was told yes 3 times. Arrived to the dealership and was told that loaner are not available, but I can take a rental. I don t need a rental. I was promised a loaner. Christopher the service advisor said that the woman that made an appointment should have never promised it. I asked for a manager. Sat Labord said that she is a manager. And said that she doesn t care and wasn t willing to honor loaner vehicle even though it was promised. Lost my time driving to this dealership, stressed myself arguing and my car issues wasn t addressed. Would never come to this dealership. Avoid

Not a great experience for my first time attempting to service a vehicle at this location. Brought in a vehicle for an oil change and to obtain a repair estimate on a malfunctioning power door. I obtained an appointment the day before and brought the vehicle in 15 minutes early to a near empty service bay. I was checked in by Chris and told that it should only take 2.5 hours to complete the service and obtain the estimate.2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting later, I had received zero updates of any sort. I went to the service desk and was informed that work had not even been started on my vehicle yet. At this point I requested my vehicle returned to me. Chris then informed me that because I had asked for them to take a look at the door in addition to the oil change that the vehicle was assigned to the main service bay and that they were backed up a bit. This unprofessional communications vacuum about the delay was extremely disappointing, especially since I was waiting for the vehicle on-site.

I am back!!!! Back to get a 2nd service done on my vehicle BECAUSE OF ... IAN PRADO!!HE WAS AWESOME!! On my 1st visit Ian met me at my vehicle.. talked me through what would be done to my vehicle,took me on a tour of the amazing accomodations they offered while waiting on your car.Just 5 STAR SERVICE!!!..AND THAT IS WHY I CAME FOR A 2ND SERVICE.THANKS IAN!!!

My husband loves having his car serviced at Beaver Toyota. He has been wanting me to come with him. So I got the tour of the lovely furniture settings and his favorite- the massage chairs. They massage chairs are amazing! I need to buy one of these chairs.

What a great service department! I had some body work done and Cathy Williams know her business! Jessie Darflinger, the estimator, kept me informed every stage of the project and called several times. I picked up the car today and the job they did is beautiful! Spent $700 and they didn t wash my car and left the interior smelling like oil. They also add 2.5% if you pay with a credit card. They said all stores are doing this . This place is a zoo. Save your time and go to Toyota mall of ga or Nalley Toyota for service. Their customer service is terrible.

I never seen any dealer for 3% surcharge on credit card use except here so don t for get to bring cash or debit card when you want service your vehicle here .

I've never had a more pleasant buying experience. From the sales process to ongoing service, there is no place better. I'm jaded when hearing tag lines from car dealerships, but consider me properly Wow'd! I don't think I'll buy a car from anywhere else!

Terrible experience. Went in for my second tire rotation for a car I bought here, and they argued with me that it is not free like I was told when I bought the car and that has been the same with all 3 cars I have purchased here. They finally, after talking to 3 different people, agreed it was free. Then I waited 2 hours to have it completed and was never told when the service was done, and the representative again argued with me that she had told me it was ready when she had in fact not done so. It's always seems the employees don't know what is going on or how to do their job. And my tire pressure is always messed up after they service my car.Service: Tire rotations

Here goes: Check engine light on my Toyota Avalon. Diagnostic says need to replace the Variable Valve timing solenoid (exhaust-there are 4 of these-only one acting up) Quote by the service department is $980. Thought wow that's a really high number. Did some internet research. Checked the oil level-was a quart low-added oil-light is out and has not returned. Ask questions, get a second or third opinion.

Went in today for an oil change.Just did a 6000 mile trip and did a lot of desert driving.2000 miles shy of their 10,000 mile oil change recommend.I asked 3 times for an oil change.I was charged for service.When I got home I checked the oil and it looked old.I called and they decided it was not time.Then they program my car so I don t get an oil change until 13,000 miles.I just got taken.While I was their they recommended a front and rear brake job ( only 55,000 on car) engine flush, clean out my AC unit and last change my filters.Took 90 minutes and they rotated my tires.Why can t you just get what you ask for.

Over priced in all departments. Some services I refuse to pay the price for. One example is trying to fix a bad tire pressure sensor.

I bought a new 4Runner here. I take it in for all of the oil changes and tire rotations. They re fast(to be as busy as they are especially)and super friendly. My husband is very picky and he has bought many cars here for his business. He s also very satisfied. Kindi is usually our car salesman and Brooks is who my husband likes to deal with in the service department.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

I called here on Saturday just looking to speak to a parts person to see on availability of part and cost. The receptionist transferred me to Parts the phone very quickly went to the answering machine. I left a message. Called back and explain to the receptionist that I needed to check availability on this part she told me that the parts counter would call me back today ASAP., but I could tell in the tone of her voice that the parts people had already gone home and instead of telling me the truth she just informed me that to wait for them to call me. I never received a phone call back even on Monday. I ended up having to just drive to the store and go into the parts department. Very displeased with Toyota dealership, even though I love my Toyota truck. Would recommend going to another Toyota dealership you'll definitely get better service and honesty.

This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. 3 times I ve been there and 3 times I have had some sort of issue. First visit 3 hours for an oil change, second visit I get to the dealership and immediately they tell me that they probably don t have the parts for my oil change then they discover that one of their inspections was done incorrectly and my brakes should have been replaced before I left with the car at time of purchase, and third visit schedule for the brakes to do be done due to your previous inspection. We had an appointment set for 9 am my car wasn t even pulled into the shop until 12 .at 12:30 they tell us they ordered the wrong brake pads. The service advisor Brooks then tries to blame the make of my car on why they are incapable of having the correct parts .this is by far the sorriest service department I ve ever been to. Don t buy a car from here especially if it s not a Toyota they are incapable of servicing them.

The sales associates here are not experienced, the finance manager here has non challant attitude towards refunding client's deposit for a non successful deal. It took the intervention of a senior associate before my deposit was refunded after 2 good weeks. I made about 9 different calls for 7 days before I finally got a more reasonable person(Tyler) to resolve the issue. Till date there's no such thing as email or apology letter from this dealership. Please there are better and more friendly Toyota dealerships elsewhere. I will never recommend this place to even my competitors. They're all not friendly here.

Last month my tire pressure indicator light came on. I brought my Toyota in to have the tires rotated and checked for something in them. I was told that nothing was wrong with my tires and that the sensor was damaged. Thankfully I did not follow through on the "recommended service" of replacing my tire sensors. I took my Toyota back to where I bought the tires and after ACTUALLY checking the tires they found a large nail in one. Please be careful when having your car serviced here!

What the service department charges for their services is outrageous, however, they can charge that much because they are so incredibly busy. They're incredibly busy because they're good at what they do. Your oil change may be covered, but it's a two hour wait, so you just have to determine if the savings is worth your time (on average, are you worth $35 an hour? Lol). I came in with a busted bearing That was discovered while getting new tires on my car. Since I had to make a last minute appointment, I knew this meant I couldn't get a loaner car, but my car was far too dangerous to drive. I went ahead and texted my boss that I wouldn't make it in to work today. However, not only did the service department discover that my part was covered under the protection plan I purchased (my car is too old to qualify for the manufacturer warranty), but they arranged for me to have a loaner car and I wound up not only making it to work after all, but was on time! If you buy a car from them and it doesn't come with a warranty, GET THE ADDED PROTECTION PLAN. It's a relatively new thing they're offering, so I'm one of the first customers to use the product, and it's worth it!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Excellent interior design: every negotiations sitting space is comfy, different in design, and very cozy. The sales staff is unusually calm, not obtrusive, attentive and helpful - not annoying and pushy like in many other dealerships!

Lack of communication! I brought my new 2022 Tundra in on Saturday (Jun11) for break noise check. Nate took my truck in for assessment and never call or text back. I have to rush back to the service center just in time they closed, and another service manager Joey (Nate left of cause) told me that he thought they called and gave me a loaner. They have to open TAS case with Toyota as they don t know how to fix it. They are closed on Sunday. I was almost left without car to use over the weekend.I called back on Monday (Jun13) to look for Nate or Joey and this time Joey picked up the phone. He said to look for a loaner for me as I have to drop off my trunk to the dealer for them to fix it. He said will call me back in an hour or so but never heard back ever since.It s completely wasting time to go there. It s better you go elsewhere for you maintenance need then dealing where these people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Well.... it was time to take my 4runner for the 10,000 miles service ( free )My appointment was at 10:00 my car was taken in at 9:30, I was out at 10:30.Very professional and friendly service advisor,Jincy Rundle, it's like she knew me from long time ago, that's how I felt.I looked trough the window into the service shop area.... very clean and organized.Did I mentioned that Jincy is very beautiful too ???Well, I said it.Thank you service dept and thank you Jincy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing, Oil change
