Honestly had a great experience with the whole process. They tried very hard and went above and beyond making sure to get me the best deal within my budget on the Tacoma trd sport i was interested in. My salesman was Travis, he made sure to leave it all on the table and was very upfront. Would definitely recommend others to do business with them.

Thank you Beaver Toyota for such an amazing car buying experience! I cannot rave about this dealership enough. They really went the extra mile to ensure my husband and I were pleased with the process of buying a car from beginning to end. Dylan was our representative and he was fantastic! So kind, great communication skills and made sure we were taken care of. Also, we cannot wait to use all of the dealerships amenities while getting our free lifetime oil changes and car washes! This is our first Toyota car and Beaver Toyota really set the bar and exceeded all our expectations of joining the Toyota family.

My Sales Person, Santa Soto, was AMAZING! She is genuine, caring, and looking to truly help others. This alone is a big enough reason to go there. The car buying experience was the same as any...exhausting. However, I will say that the facility itself made it a little more tolerable. They have a clean showroom with several amenities you can use while you wait, which you will do. They seem to stay reasonably busy and are appropriately staffed. The truck that I purchased is beautiful! You can never go wrong with a Toyota and the Beaver Benefits Package really adds to the value of your purchase. It is worth stopping in. :)

I recently purchased a vehicle from here - that being said the whole process went great. I had been looking online at the selection - after which Noel Bennett reached out to me to assist in my interest in the vehicle. He was attentive and professional during the process. He made it seamless so that I could take the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection at an off-site shop I work at. He ensured that everything was squared away with the vehicle before handing over ownership, while being diligent in helping to get me a great deal. As a first time customer of Beaver Toyota, I will recommend them highly in the future as an entity, and Noel personally for his role as point of contact. His job may be a salesman, but he didn't come off at any point like he was more concerned about the vehicle, but moreover my interest in it, and how we could come to find the best turnout for all parties involved.

I had the most amazing saleswoman to help me find the perfect car for myself. I had contacted Megan ahead of time and made arrangements to meet her and let her know exactly what type of car I was looking for. She had done a research and was waiting for me to show me just the right cars.She was friendly, very helpful and explaining everything to me.She is also been able to answer a few questions I had after purchasing the car and getting home.I was happy with the warranty I got on a used car as well.I drove from Woodstock Georgia because of the reputation of Beaver Toyota and it was worth my drive. The lifetime oil changes Be worth the drive.The only slightly negative thing I could say, is that my key fobs had batteries that were depleted, and I started getting immediate notifications That the battery was low.But If that s the worst thing that ever happens I am 100% satisfied! I will purchase my cars from Beaver in the future. I have already given Megan s name to two of my friends who are going to be looking to purchase Toyotas very soon.

I am not one to post reviews, especially of dealerships. I've just never had a good experience with one...until now! My experience with Beaver Toyota was exceptional. The dealership is spotless, the staff is amiable, and even when it came to the numbers game, it was stress-free.This is where I would like to thank Noel Bennett for the smooth test drive and the transition into making a deal on our 4Runner. He was polite, personable, and professional throughout the entire process. I also appreciated his honesty as he followed through on several promises during our test drive. A+ for Noel. He is just a great guy.My only minor issue was the detailing of the vehicle. There was crud left in the cupholders, some dust left on the wheels, and some marks on the interior that were easy to clean. It was dark and rainy when we purchased the truck, and I would have liked to see an effort to push the detail until the next sunny day.

I had one of the BEST experiences buying a car here at Beaver Toyota with Noel Bennett. He helped me find the vehicle I have been wanting for a long time to get. He was extremely polite, easy to talk to, and was not pushy one bit like every other sales person I have dealt with in the past. He talked me through every step the whole time and listen to the things I was asking for. The entire dealership as a whole was hands down amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to comfortably buy their next vehicle!

Imagine having to take your vehicle to heaven to be serviced! There is a slight chance you may get to see Jesus, Moses or David, but until then I settled for good coffee, a breakfast quesadilla and a massage chair! My buying experience 2 years ago was easy, and now my maintenance experience is very nice! Whether you are waiting for a free oil change or staring something expensive in the face, at least you are extremely comfortable doing it! Having to go here for maintenance is something you can dreadfully look foward to every so often!

I did not have a good experience and probably will not return. The staff that greeted me on my arrival at Beaver for my car's inspection lacked courtesy; basically, nothing was said, not even a Good Morning. The service was completed quickly (which was a positive point), but when they rotated the tires, they incorrectly calibrated all 4 tires.

Simply an awesome team! Lauren Clifton is the best service advisor in my opinion and she deserves praise for always easing all my concerns with my questions. She is trustworthy, dedicated, and has over 19 years of experience. I have witnessed her attention to detail and it is solid advice. Beaver Toyota has an outstanding work ethic in every detail from greeting you upon arriving, keeping you aware of all details of the vehicle experience, providing your comfort from the selections of drinks, full-service food area with staff, full-service hair and nail salon, and great waiting/work areas for your conference meetings to laptop docking stations. Salesperson is nice. Buying experience was also good.But I got only one option, even though there were another inventory added as per my choices, but I was not informed or given option. I did not get details even after asking details multiple times. There was some fitting which I am not going to use and I asked to remove it but it was not done.Pricing structure is poor.In the name of dealership, electronic filing and registration, Beaver benefits they charge you lot . They justify Beaver benefits, but what if someone don t want it. Its kind of forcing someone. Many dealers don t charge these things. I hope the amount I paid will not make me feel sorry later when I will go for service.There were so many good finance options for other cars but they didn t give it for the one I buy. They didn t even give me a chance to talk to their manager and discuss for any kind of negotiation.I have asked about one missing item and waiting to hear back. Want to see how is there post sales support. Lets hope as the Beaver name is big it won t disappoint later with services.

Our experience at Beaver Toyota was amazing! Kevin and all of the staff that we met were extremely nice and helpful. The process went very smoothly and we couldn t have asked for a more pleasant experience. As a first time Toyota owner, ringing the bell was a neat surprise and the dealership itself is unbelievable! Super nice! It s not your typical dealership! Go check them out and you will see what I m talking about. So I had only planned to come to Beaver Toyota to get a Synthetic Oil Change and new wiper blades, I was told about a few other items that I needed to address. The Service center was a little disorganized but they did try their best to make it a smooth process.The reason I have voted with 2 Stars is the Manager of the Service department. He wanted me to sell my 2017 Toyota Corolla to the dealership and get a car from there lot. Yes I did hear him out and yes I test drove a 2019 Chevy Equinox. But I kept telling him I could not do it unless the cost was around a certain amount per month. He just kept going and going and going. After over 3 HOURS of him trying to talk me into a used car I could not afford. I had to call a family member to get me out of the situation. I was shaking and crying on my way home.I know all they want to do is make a Sale. But do not corner Females that are by themselves.Because of this experience I will not be returning to Beaver Toyota in the Future.

My mom and I went out to that location today, and boy, did they meet our expectations three times over. From the friendliness of the staff to all the amenities provided (I'm still in awe of the bathroom myself!). Johnathan Lee was really friendly to my mom and myself today and he got me into a Mazda CX-5 and I fell in love with it.I have never been to a Beaver Toyota dealership before, but like the slogan says, they wowed me and my mom and I'm so happy that Johnathan was such a huge help to us today. When I purchased my car at this dealership I received free lifetime oil changes. However they constantly ask me to trade in my car. It is via text, email, and phone call. In the beginning it was also in person when I came in. When I go in for service each time there seems to be a confusion about something. One time they had to remove my kid s car seat to get to the area under the seat. They didn t tell me though and removed the seat. I got into my car after the work and was surprised. I was very upset because the seat is/was so hard to install properly. My husband usually has to help me. Here I was heading back home and would need to install it myself in a time crunch. I told them they need to let people know they need access under the back seat when you schedule. This last time Misty was ver nice and said I was overdue for a couple of things outside of the oil change and tire rotation I was getting. Why was this the first time these things where mentioned to me? So I asked her to write them down and I could discuss them with my husband and research it. She said she would note them on my paperwork. At checkout she told me they were on my paperwork and I let. I got home and realized it didn t say anything on the papers about anything overdue. I had to call her and find out. It is all little things but they add up to things constantly being difficult. I don t have the space or time to list them all. But I am considering paying for my oil change and going elsewhere. It is looking like it isn t worth the stress I experience at this dealership :(

Great service on my 4Tunner! Needed a new battery. Got a new lifetime Toyota battery installed with only a 30 minute without an appointment! Service crew is awesome and I enjoyed a nice lunch at cafe while I waited. Beaver Toyota is the best!

We had to take our older Lexus twice to Beaver over the past year for mechanical service. We received THE BEST customer service from Barry Leake from start to finish. Very thorough in explaining what was needed as well as very kind and thoughtful. And the shop foreman, Patrick, who worked on our car, was also top notch. We appreciate all of their hard efforts. Ask for Barry when you get service there- you will be so happy with his services!

Great team, and great pricing in the service department. They took care of my 2016 Toyota tundra like it was there own. They addressed all of my needs and concerns and even gave me a tour of the facility and it truly took care of all my needs while I waited for my vehicle to be done. I made an appointment for a routine oil change. I was immediately greeted by a service technician when I pulled into the garage. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was an early morning appointment, so the weight was not too long at all. They found two nails in one of my tires. That would ve probably blown out soon. I feel very comfortable taking my car back to Toyota for any future service.
