Batteries Plus has all the batteries you need and more!!I installed a larger truck battery due to accessories and the young male associate installed it for me along with cleaning (with purchased kit) for corrosion prevention. The warranty is 4 years instead of the competition 2 years.

BEWARE ! Dropped my car battery off on 2/23/2024 that I purchased on 3/9/23. Today is March 14th. Stopped by 3 times. Said they would call. Today they told me it won t hold a charge so it s not under warranty? If it held a charge I would not be here. Also NEVER called and what a coincidence that it s now past 1 year. Don t buy car batteries here. It s a rip off !

However, my recent interaction with a young lady at the Cummings Georgia Batteries Plus store, both over the phone and in person, stood out as exceptional. Her service was absolutely flawless.

Do not get your phone fixed here! They are not experienced to handle apple products. Went here and they basically messed up my Face ID, and said they didn t know how to fix it, and wasn t going to abide by the warranty. Honestly not even making the review because of the Face ID alone but ever since they fixed my phone the screen messes up sometimes. My suggestion to you all is to go to a different store and pay the extra $20-$50 to get your phone fixed. They don t care to fix your phone, and their customer service could use some work. The manager Rose was rude.

I needed an iPhone battery replaced. I expected that I would have to leave it a day or to but to my surprise it was finished in 40 minutes. Great service and very friendly. I highly recommend thisBatteries Plus.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT come here to get your iPhone fixed. Came into this place last Tuesday and paid in full. I was assured that the parts would be delivered to the store by the following Tuesday and that I could come in on Wednesday to get it fixed. I told the lady that I am leaving the country and I absolutely needed it fixed by Wednesday or Thursday. Come Wednesday, and a man at the store told me the order was delayed due to the 4th of July and that they would for sure be here today (Thursday). Come today, and it turns out they ordered the WRONG PARTS and won t be able to fix it until Tuesday. Luckily they were decent enough to give me a refund, would rather have a fixed phone though.

I stopped because I thought my camera had cracked from dropping my phone! We were driving by and saw the store and I asked my friend if she could stop and see what it would cost me to fix the phone. It was minor and he didn t charge to replace the cover over my camera that s what broke. I appreciate the honesty because I don t know what was wrong with it! Thank so much! I ordered online, which was easy enough. When I arrived they had my part pulled and waiting. The staff was polite and professional. I plan to do business wi them again the next time I need something that they can help me with. The prices are fair and in line with comparable outlets except that I didn t have to park a mile away from the store and there were no long lines to wait in. It s a new no brained for me.

I called one evening to verify that the store had a battery for my ATV in stock. I was told it was and I asked to have it put on hold under my name. I went ahead and bought the battery online since they had a discounted "buy online, pick up in store" option. The next day my wife went to pick it up and was told it wasn't in stock. The team found the battery not long after my wife had left and informed me that it was there and ready. My wife was able to return while she was still in the area and had no issues picking it up for me. The team working this day were very helpful and apologetic for the mix up. We will be using this location again for future battery needs.

Been buying replacement batteries for a tennis ball machine from batteries+ for several years. My last battery died after 7 months so I figure - warranty - easy replacement right? Nope! The rep there kindly tells me I should be using a "deep cycle" battery (a what?) for a ball machine and so this one cannot be replaced under warranty ... Now hold on there... let me get this straight - batteries+ has been selling me the wrong battery for my machine for the last 6+ years?!? And now I'm on the hook to to buy a (third?) new battery to fix it? The whole reason I went to batteries+ instead of a discount online retailer is because I figured I would get some advice from a batteries expert - didn't know I had to be one myself? If I come in with an old battery from my ball machine and ask for a new battery for my ball machine, I expect to get the right battery for my ball machine without knowing anything about a "deep cycle". Guess not, too bad for me. Do yourself a favor and buy your batteries elsewhere, you'll get a better deal and surely better service than at Batteries+.

Staff was attentive and finished repairs to iPhone as promised. Unfortunately, they failed to advise they are not certifed to work on Apple products which led to some loss of functionalty of the device that can only be restored by the purchase of a new phone. Not cool.

1) Manager tells staff not to do warranty exchanges (for battery purchased at this store) without management approval but management is unavailable. "Manager is home taking a nap"2) Replacement battery (purchased at this store) is defective - wasn't checked prior3) Replacement for 2nd battery isn't available and won't be in stock for a week

Purchased a Duracell 12 V deep cycle battery for my kayak. After two years of low use and maintenance with a Battery Tender, the battery would not respond. When I took it in to the store it registered 0.78 V out of 12 V. They will not warranty the battery or stand behind the Duracell brand. When I called Duracell customer service they referred me back to the batteries plus local store. Spoke with a long-haired young man in the store, and he was not very helpful and said their policy is not to warranty anything that s under 10 V. Kind of funny, the defective battery is going to register under 10 V. Called batteries plus customer service at the 800@-677-8278 number and spoke with Teresa . Again, although not disrespectful, she was not helpful, and was totally fine with leaving a customer unsatisfied with a defective product that they represent. I guess my point in all of this is they don t carry reliable brands and their customer service from a store is subpar. They do not stand behind brands they represent. It s a shame, as I am a small business owner and choose to support small businesses in my area but this was a failed opportunity to show good faith. I will be closing my corporate account and finding another place to do my business for batteries and other items they carry. From one business owner to another, you missed an opportunity to turn a negative into a positive. Pardon the battery pun.

Bad service my iPad Pro went in with a bad battery and came with an uncharged battery and a broken screen, and after they replaced the screen, it came back after 12 hours the screen was broken again!

Horrible customer service. WeOrdered an RV battery online. Received email telling me I could pick it up at the store. Then got the call saying that the battery would not be in for a week. They charged my credit card immediately, however. Went to the stor e a week later and no battery. Said it would be in in three days. Went back and no battery. Then was told it would be in in a month. Not kidding!Then asked for a refund via phone. Was told I had to come into the store. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I needed my daughter to pick up a battery for me on her way home. She didn't have enough money with her to pay for it. When I called to store for assistance I was informed of the online purchase store pickup option. They even told me about the 10% off promotion for in store pickup orders!They had the battery ready for her as soon as I clicked the last button to pay for it!!!Great service. I was really impressed with how easy it was.

Took back some lighting items in July, its now mid Sept and still no refund. I have been waiting for a check since July. Then you call them and get stuck on hold for over 30 min and I can just guess, wait for the check will be their response. Worst customer service ever. I have been very patient and nice but this is beyond ridiculous

Excellent customer service. Picked up special order using online order. The ladies working the counter were great, very professional and personable. Great experience, Batteries Plus is my go to place for any type battery and electronics service. They do a super job.

If I would've written this December of last year it would be polar opposite. My battery died in my Polaris in March of 2019. From this point forward, I followed the associates recommendation that helped me and took the battery out every time it wasn't in use, I stored the battery inside my garage. The battery died in December 2019, bought it back and the store honored the warranty. In October 2020, the battery died again, this time they did not honor the year warranty. When asked what my options were the manager said, "you can buy another one or shop at another store."They do not care about customer satisfaction and would rather sound like they are strong arming the customer.Bottom line this corporation is peddling garbage quality that will never out last the warranty. The battery I had was from China and the worse quality ever.Stay away! Go anywhere else if you want quality.

The employees at the store location are personable and willing to help (save a return). I returned a project lamp that was defective and lasted less than two weeks. While I returned it during the height of Christmas season on 12/21, the store set my expectation to receive the new bulb via UPS on 12/26. I had to call the store on 12/26 because I had not received the shipment only to find out the product had not yet shipped because "I guess they were busy. at the warehouse" That is a lot different customer service than what I originally received when the bulb was bad and they were willing to do anything to do an exchange versus a return. I would give a 1 star, but the store manager was fast paced during my in-store visit on 12/21.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Find a reputable place for repairs.I brought my watch in for a battery replacement. Andrew the tech replaced the battery and I was on my way. Several weeks later the back of my watch fell off and I realized the they had not put the gasket on prior to replacing the back of the watch.I returned to the store and spoke with Tyler,who had harsh words about Andrew. He searched for the gasket, couldn t find it and was going to order one. That was 2 weeks ago. He told me to allow a week and that he would contact me.Nine days later, when I returned to the store, the manager Will looked again and still no gasket. He said that they would send the watch to a jeweler to get a new gasket. That was last Saturday. He also indicated that the watch would be back on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and the watch is still at the jeweler .Today is Thursday and I returned for my watch. Both Will and Tyler were there and I told them I wanted my watch. Will gave me an argument while Tyler told me that they found my gasket the day after he said they would order it. When I asked why he hadn t called to let me know he shrugged his shoulders. Will told me that if I wanted my watch, I should go get it myself - which I did, only to find out that from Saturday, the watch was only brought to the jeweler on Wednesday.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I brought an iPhone 8 to get the battery replaced, they installed an old battery( information learned after taking it to a reputable repair shop) when I returned to get warranty for the repair they informed me I signed a piece of paper telling me there is no warranty. The children that did the work where very childish when I explained to them they did not fix the problem and charged me for the repair. I do not recommend anyone to take them anything. Poor customer service and even worse attitude.

Very slow service, they promised batteries built in one day but took them 3 days. They were very polite but appear to have more work then they can handle. Batteries worked great once they were done, they need more people working there to help customers.

Absolutely terrible retail establishment!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this outfit. They sold me a defective screen for iPhone and now will not honor their worthless warranty. I asked for a full refund and they have refused! I then asked for my cracked screen back and they told me they don't have it anymore. What a sorry excuse for customer service.I had my phone fixed correctly by Apple Store in mall for $129 and This place charged me $109 and totally screwed up! Lesson learned...... don't let a clown outfit like this work on your Apple iPhone. PS - I can see that I am not the only one who has had this experience. BEWARE!

They know their stuff and I like the fact they keep your purchase information in the system by your phone number. Who can keep a receipt for a battery for the duration of battery life? Mine died just before being out of warranty and they replaced it because I was in the system. Knowledgeable staff, good customer service.
