I ve got a 1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ on a 8in lift on 37 s and a 2016 Silverado on a 6in lift on 35s with offsets and the wife s Acura suv. Been taking all of our vehicles there for the past 10yrs. Can t beat a well run mom and pop shop like this The guys up there are true car guys with tons of knowledge across the board from muscle cars to lifted trucks. Always very honest about what needs to be or not be fixed. Fast and clean work too. If you can t find a shop that ll work on a lifted truck with offset wheels they can definitely get you rolling smooth and straight down the road. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and will continue to take all our vehicles there. Nick.

We were referred to Bagwell Mathis by our neighbors, and they did not disappoint! We brought our jeep in to swap to bigger tires and rims, and they ended up doing the whole lift kit and tires/wheels. They were great at communicating, and when the lift took longer than expected, they honored the original price they quoted, despite the additional labor. The entire staff was great to work with and we will definitely use them in the future!

I recently went in with a tire problem and was really happy with their service. They took care of me right away, and I was relieved that they didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, which is something I've constantly battled at other tire places in the past.The staff was very friendly and got me in and out very quickly. But what really impressed me the most was how they treated other customers, both on the phone and in person. They were actively trying to save their customers money. It's not often you see a business that cares more about helping people than making a profit.I'm very happy with their service; they are quick, honest, and very friendly. I'll definitely be back when I'm in need of new tires.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I needed a new tire ASAP. I was in a bad situation and they really helped me out. These guys did an amazing job! They had me ready to go in 20 minutes! They are so sweet! I'll be going to these guys for all of my car needs. See you soon! Blessings!

I came to align my 2005 Suburban at this place because they told me they were the best and it turns out that my truck had a problem that the mechanic had not fixed properly anyway they charged me 105 dollars without doing the alignment I returned on the third day when it was already The part was fine and I asked them to align it for me and they charged me again $105. I told the manager why he was charging me again if I had already paid. I told him that in other places when there are problems and the truck cannot be aligned, it is not possible. You pay until the truck is aligned. He told me that they only charge for checking and when you return, they charge again. I recommend this place. Anyone who knows about places like these that have taken cars to be aligned knows what I'm talking about.

I will never go anywhere else for my family s tire services. The are polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. I just had four tires replaced and was very happy with their service. We have been going to them since around 2009.

They were great, didn't have any wait time on the first tires they changed out for me. Very little wait time on the second tire change. Pricing wasn't to high either. They are a bunch of great people there to help out with your needs.

Today I went to a popular car dealership to get my oil changed and check my tire that was low. I was told that it was unpatchable and needed a new tire. I left and took it to Bagwell Mathis because I just wanted a second opinion. They were so nice! He Immediately went to my car to physically look and couldn t find anything, so they brought it in and lifted it up. They patched my unpatchable tire and sent me on my way within 10 minutes!!! I cannot believe I almost bought an unnecessary new tire today! Thank you Bagwell Mathis!!

We had an emergency issue with a punctured tire. A local resident at a convenience store recommended Bagwell & Mathis. They had our tire repaired correctly within 20 minutes and we were off and running.The commitment to customer service at this tire center is best in class. If I lived in the area I wouldn t use anyone other than Bagwell & Mathis. I wish they had a location in Atlanta.

Called To ask about an alignment Marty told me to come right down that morning. I was in an out in 20 to 30 minutes and my steering in my car is back to normal, had an emergency tire need he got it for me within 2hrs and it was fixed, definitely recommend this place. Thank you Marty.

Pulled in late on a Friday with a "rough ride" tire issue. Marty said he would handle my problem. Marty discovered that my rear passages tire had come apart and I needed to replace both rear tires. Marty immediately called his supplier, ordered the 2 tires, and let his staff go home for the weekend. Marty stayed and installed the 2 tires, alone! This man sent me to dinner with my family while he DID THE JOB, HIMSELF. Marty's word was his bond. This man is EXCEPTIONAL. Marty defines customer service and satisfaction. NEVER going anywhere else for service . EVER!

First time customer.I went saterday early in the morning to have 4 tires that I purchased elsewhere. Most other places give u grief to install something that they didn't sell u.. Not here.. Very fair and honest pricing. Clean cut service personnel.
