Shout out to Johanna and the excellent customer service and going the extra mile for me. She even changed my air filter for me since she went ahead and checked if I needed one! Ask for Johanna she's great!

I had a great, unexpected customer service experience with a CSR that, in my opinion will become a manager. I bought a HEPA cabin filter and based on the shelf location, I thought it was $24.99, but it rang up at the register at $31.99. The CSR went to the shelf location with me and discovered that the filter I picked up had no price listed for it at all on the shelving. I decided to still get the same filter, even at the increased price. I was happily surprised that he gave me 10% off the price, without me asking for the discount, due to the pricing confusion. Now that is great and proactive customer service. I will be going here for all my auto parts needs going forward.

Noah assisted me with my headlights and was more than helpful. Long story short, we had to do a few exchanges, still had some issues on if part was compatible, found the solution, drove off with a fixed car. He was patient, friendly, and quick with his help! Thanks again Noah!

Now I know why this location is my go to for parts !!! Stopped in this morning looking for an unusual plastic body panel fastener and was nowhere to be seen on the shelves ! Got asked by Noah what could he do to help and I told him of my need for this never seen before fastener for my wife s Jeep Wrangler. He ,like me, looked first on the shelf and even in a prepackaged assortment specifically for Jeep vehicles, no luck !! As I was about to leave he asked me to describe it and said wait and let him check one last possibility! Lo and behold there it was , in a GM assortment, now the wifey will be very happy !! George was very helpful! He replaced the battery on my truck for me which was not a simple task. In doing this he made several trips back and forth between my truck and the store! Thank you so much George. (BTW my truck was in the neighboring gas station parking lot that was up hill!)

Customer service sucks. Just left out after literally standing awaiting someone to show. There were 4 associates there, 1 was outside changing out a customers battery and 1 was inside assisting a gentleman at the counter. The other 2 were standing behind the counter chatting amongst themselves while a Hispanic lady and I stood there in line like we were invisible. I finally said to Hell with it and walked out!

Very friendly and helpful staff with great knowledge!They helped me pick out and install my new, absolutely FANTASTIC windshield wipers and I'm so happy with their service and the wipers! If you need anything at all, this AutoZone is the place to go! Mike and his staff are very friendly and have a great sense of humor.

This is the best Auto Zone. I needed help getting the cap off to add oil. Mike and George were so helpful. Mike assisted me getting the cap off and adding my oil. He also noticed some corrosion on my battery cable. Mike immediately went into the store and came back to take care of that as well. Thank you Mike and George for being helpful, valuing your customers and putting my mind at ease that my vehicle was safe for me and my kids.

You are honestly better off shopping with amazon than going up Here to this store. I have been shopping here for years and have had nothing but problems with management and employees. I have been givin wrong parts multiple times and even had to do my own search on the computer from employees not helping at all and having smart attitudes and even calling names .... save yourself the trouble shop oreilys or somewhere you are appreciated...I'll keep reposting this review daily untill heard . Thanks for reading. Bad business at this place . I was even banned after i was called a name by a new employee who didn't care about there job.

This auto zone quickly helped me diagnose an A/C issue while I was traveling alone with my children from out of state. They sold me the correct part and pointed me in the right direction of an Herbert's Automotive who could quickly make the repair.

I came in with a nail in my tire and Devon not only gave me pliers to get the nail but he also patched the hole for me. He also brought out an automatic pump to get it back up to pressure. Cannot thank him enough for the help as it got me back on the road ASAP. Incredible service, this man deserves a promotion or raise!
