They really need to educate their employees. I walked in asking about windshield wiper fluid and the young gentleman literally said an arm about 10 times and I go. I guess I would probably be better off googling it. And he goes OK ma am have a good day and just stands there, I will not be back

I really had a positive experience this morning! I went in looking for some Antifreeze. I was greeted by a knowledgeable staff member who directed me to the correct items and I had a pleasant experience at check out. The store has a lot of parking with plenty of space to work on your car. The store is so amazingly clean and organized and lots of options for everything is available. The staff seemed really knowledgeable and kind. I'll definitely be visiting again for all my future car parts.

We have had multiple bad experiences with Jose. His arrogant attitude & lack of good customer service is apparent at every interaction. Especially when it comes to his Spanish speaking customers. I hope management can review this with him.

Trent was awesome. I showed up with a bad battery and no plan. Trent got me a battery and installed it for free including ensuring good connection for the positive terminal. Even when it started to rain Trent kept a positive attitude and ensured I was safe to drive. I really appreciate this extra effort. Thanks, Trent! I hope you are working next time I need parts!

Ron and his crew always provide great service. No matter what the demand is on the store they always have a lot of patience and greet you with a smile. I've been a patron here for a long time and will remain so for the foreseeable future!

nothing but 5 stars for them from me. they could ve over sold me but went out of their way to get someone with more knowledge and got my wiper blades issue sorted out. it saved me $50 bucks compared to dealership quote.

Edit: The first visit, I praised this place as great. Now, I have to change that review. Not only did this company sell tires that were worn to nothing within two months. They offered no warranty or compensation for said tires. After paying for an alignment, I was told that it was done (without receiving any paperwork) and that I could get another any time within the next 45 days. Well, that was because it wasn't done. I know it is hard to find an honest mechanic but I expect more from an establishment like this.

Called asking for a part # number, that I found on your website, and this guy ; Ron answered saying " that website products and prices have nothing to do with stuff at the store " just to prove that he is wrong, went to the store and ordered the part needed, a young guy went easily through the computer looking up for the part and getting it order. Thing that ; Ron couldn't even manage just getting white screens "saying that they didn't have the part." He needs more training, not a good Autozoner yet.

Huge shout out to you your employee CJ ( im sorry if i misheard your name). I walked in around 8 o clock tonight right headlight out. I went to a AutoZone in Chamblee last week told the employee that I had a light out he gave me the wrong bulbs which were not the issue, so I let him know that I had a bad experience last week and that I honestly didn t know what I needed.No hesitation came out to my car my hood grabbed the correct bulb. Went right inside ring me up yeah and he changed it for me! I work in Buckhead so going down 400 could have ended with me getting a ticket. Thank you for being a good person!

Wasn't acknowledged or assisted during a time when they were not busy(a simple hello or welcome to autozone would have sufficed when crossing paths with customers, you never know if a customer really needs assistance). Only reason for 4 stars is because when I did see an associate he was nice and knowledgeable for what I needed.

Don't go into this store if you're a man who doesn't know all you should about cars or common AutoZone practice. Some employes are wonderful and nice in my experience. Others seam to take a little joy in being rude if you're not on top of your game. Went in for a brake light being out, turned out to be a more in depth electrical issue, and the employee whom I delt with the second time in the store was an older gentleman then myself. I must have come off as uneducated when I asked if they had any diagnostic testing or if there was any advice they could offer me because I feel as though he was immediately agitated and showed it by tapping his finger midway through me trying to formulate a question, OVER my own talking, and when I spoke slightly louder to get past that he responded with only "look at my face" while just shaking his head no. If only one of these two issues occured I would not be doing this review and went home saying it could've been my misinterpreting the situation, or maybe that I didn't make proper eye contact while thinking of how to say what I was trying to say and I offended the man. However anytime you have customers feel the best thing to do is walk out of the store upset partway through talking with an employee then something went very wrong. Previous employee who sold me the brake light the first visit is the only reason I give it two stars because if it was based off the first visit alone I'd have given 5/5.

I've been using this AutoZone for 20 years. Never got bad information. I raised two teenage sons and many autos. Now one is a mechanic with a good resume. The other runs two printing presses with interchangeable add ons. It's amazing. I'm sure there's a connection with there AutoZone experience with the way the were served with this place.

The men that work here are pretty easy going and helpful but the woman I called and spoke to about a part and pricing was rude, impatient and down right ugly to me! She needs a lesson in customer service for sure!I was calling about a 2007 Hyundai veracruz needing an alternator after being on hold quite a while. I understand that auto zone gets busy but without customers how do you figure she has a job? Lol piss poor performance to say the least from this woman.

We needed a battery check and discovered it was time to replace it. They changed it in a few minutes...3 year guarantee. Whatevef happened to the typical 5 year warranties from years past? Car runs better, all lights are much brighter on our 2013 Subaru Crosstrek XV. Great service and knowledgeable, friendly Autozone employees at this location.

On vacation, car battery died, got a jump and drove it into Autozone on Saturday morning in the rain. Without any hesitation they offered to replace it on the spot, in the rain, did a great job, and wouldn't accept a generous tip. These guys are the best!

Came by to get some tools to help me change break pads in my car. I can find just about anything here. And I wish I knew the name of the who helped me that day. He was absolutely awesome and helpful.
