Peter, Peter, Peter!!!! He s the hero of the day for me. He changed my car battery helped me fill my car up with Coolant and Windshield Washer fluid. He got my car summer ready with a constant smile on his face. Best service I ve had in forever. Thank you again Peter!!! You re at Advanced Auto doing the Lord s work!!!!

If you stop by this location ask for Sean. I went there to get replace a dead car battery. He was extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He got to the root of the issue and made suggestions of the products that would be good for me to purchase. I have a store much closer to my were I live, but I ll make sure to go to this location from now on.

Okay so I just went to a different location (yesterday I was at a different location... and bought out the clips they had...needed more) This location is everything I expect and Advanced Auto to be! I actually purchased wire cutters online. When I went in, I asked for the online purchase. He asked what I'd be using them for to be sure I had the right tool for the job. I asked him to point out the isle for the clips i needed after showing him the box... He looked it up and went to the aisle himseld in the store and got the part. This is the service I expect. I love Advanced Auto!

Good service, actually the employees were really happy to help us. They had smiles on their faces and they made sure to find out what the exact problem was. My tire caught a nail today and they went through all the sealant/repair kits with me to make sure I'd get the right one.

James at the counter was exceptionally helpful with obtaining a windshield wiper that is not normally stocked. Went to several competitors prior and he was the only one who offered that he could get it!!! Thank you James!

This place is such an overpriced placeMost of the items they sell are overpriced compared to other storesI even notified them couple of times, but they do not even agree for price match to other local stores.

A bit of a clown showThe store is full of stuff, but rarely what I need. No real understanding of customer service. I m finding the O Reilly across the street to be better. I own 8 vehicles and perform nearly 100% of my own repairs. Rock Auto and PartsGeek are far better if you can plan ahead. But if you need need car wax and air freshener. These guys have got you covered.

It was cold and windy and rainy this morning. On my way to work. My windshield wipers konked out. But the guy was so nice. He stood in the freezing rain and fixed my wipers. Way to go advance Auto parts guy!

Ordered spark plugs, they had one, ordered the other three. Got there ten minutes early. Saw the driver bringing in my order. Found them to be the wrong ones. They found my plugs at another store closer to home. Also ordered an engine air filter. Had to get, only manufacture has it. Had it shipped the the other store as well. Got the plugs but no filter, hum.

They helped me get the right replacement battery for one of my cars and took the old one back the next day and gave me a refund for the new core.

I went in to check the battery and alternator and the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He changed my battery for me and made it very simple.

Clean store and helpful staff. A bit tricky to get to. Enter gas station parking lot, all the stores are connected.
