Convenient, but prices displayed on shelves were wrong on the items I purchased, and I did not realize it until I was already pulling out of the parking lot. I would not have even mentioned it, had it been a few cents different. But this was almost 5 dollars difference. Overall, I have never had a terrible experience at an advanced auto.

I went there this morning for a battery for my 2019 CR-V. Although short-handed and an employee who could install would not be in until the afternoon, Alex went above an beyond to not only find me the battery, but went out into the cold (34 degrees) to install it for me anyway! Great service, and I am so thankful for Alex!

Rico is amazing!My husband s truck was completely dead at home. My husband suggested just buying a battery and changing it out himself, but Rico explained the memory and computer process on vehicles and batteries now-completely saved us from a nightmare on a Sunday afternoon!He gave us his personal battery booster to take to the house so we were able to get the truck started and get it back to the location. He switched everything out with the computer memory and battery in a breeze with a smile on his face! It is so wonderful knowing that there are still amazing people like Rico in this world! Wish he was my employee!Thank you Rico!!

I'm a big advanced Auto parts fan over O'Reilly's or AutoZone because I don't know they seem to have some kind of programmatic hiring process where they hire nice folks. Or at least folks that are willing and want to help you. The other ones are great if you want to you know go to the counter and ask him or something is in the store they'll point for you but you know in advance it seems like they'll jump out from behind that counter and help you find something in a minute. I don't know just always had good service across the whole chain wherever I'm going. Now they got a little bit to be desired as far as keeping inventory stock on stuff high but that's just the world as we know it right now I think so I won't hold that against them

Today I needed a new battery for my 2019 Mini Cooper S, now normally I would go to the dealership and pay for this type of service as the battery has to be registered to my vehicle. Upon seeing the window signage advertising Advance Auto Parts can check my battery - I stopped there first to see if it was the issue. I lucked out when Rico asked how he could help me today. After testing the battery it was confirmed. Although Rico had never replaced a battery in a Mini Cooper - it did not stop him from researching how to remove and replace the battery. BONUS that Advance Auto Parts can now register the battery to your vehicle. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. Amazing!!

Great customer service! We had a terrible experience at another Advanced Auto earlier today and this experience was the complete opposite. Staff was nice and had us on our way in no time.

Excellent Service, I have been in a few times Always greeted when I walk in including today when I went in with a battery issue with my 2016 Silverado Manager and Jacob were great. Jacob took care of the replacement for me quickly I will not shop anywhere else for auto needs going forward.

My battery died and I ordered a replacement online for in store pick up. I asked the gentleman who checked me out for installation. It was freezing cold, windy and dark outside. My old battery was stuck and difficult to remove. The store associate was so patient and did a careful and thorough job with this. I really appreciate such excellent customer service. Thank you so much! I will be back for all of my car part needs!

How many senior ladies does it take to change wiper blades on a full size truck? 3 plus a step stool and channel lock pliers. But we got it done. Great customer service by the ladies on duty.

This is a typical Auto Parts store. The staff are always helpful and willing to help diagnose problems and offer solutions. They will install basic items such as windshield wipers and batteries. This store is close to home so I go there often.

Raffie was fantastic in helping me get what I need. He was super patient with helping me figure out what brakes worked best for my car. I really appreciated it. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the original salesman I had was in a rush to leave and was a bit rude to me. He almost sold me the wrong item. Thank goodness he let Raffie finish checking me out. Raffie took the time to look up the brakes again for my car ( I asked him to as the other guy was in such a rush, I was worries I wouldn't be buying the correct item). Turns out the brakes the other salesman was going to sell me was incorrect for the sub model for my car. Initially I was upset but am grateful for Raffie and his assistance today. He's got excellent customer service skills!

Pretty good experience. I was having issues with ordering a part on line the individual stepped up aid assisted with my order with the same discount I was trying to get. Very clean store

I needed a new battery & the woman there ran the diagnostics making sure that was the only problem, which it was & I was out the door with my new battery in less than 30 minutes!!
