Troy is an exceptional and very professional person! He shows up on time and goes out of his way to help recover your issue. I had an 2014 Audi A8 that needed to get serviced the day I contacted His business, but wouldn t start due to a completely dead battery. Troy saved me money and time to recover the vehicle. Even though I called late in the afternoon (which is the hardest time to get a tow truck) Troy was still able to get to me in 15 minutes, get my Honda Accord loaded up and to Buford in an efficient and timely manner. Today I called my insurance to send a towing service to my farm because my Toyota Tundra would not turn on, move or budge from the place it was standing. Furthermore I could not turn the ignition key, nor the steering wheel and the pedals felt like being frozen. My insurance company called Troy, who came to my farm within less than 30 minutes. It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it. I can only say great service indeed and what a nice person Troy is (and his son, who came with him), helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Could not have wanted for a better towing service to be sent to me.

Troy was awesome. I have a 1958 VW Bug that my dad left to us when he passed away. I needed the car towed from their house to mine. Called Troy to meet me and pick up my Truck . He was competitively priced and quick to answer the phonePicked up my truck in 30 minutes , delivered it to the repair shop and text me a photo along with a receipt. I called Ace Towing as my car wouldn't start and I was stuck at Walmart. He could have just come out, towed me and I would have been happy. While on the phone with Troy, he gave me a few things to try to see if I could get the car started and what do you know... With his help I didn't need towed and I saved that cost and drove the car home. Ace Towing is now in my contact folder and he'll be the first I'll call if and when I need road help again.Service: Car towing

Troy is definitely a quick responsive man to get the job done right and correctly!! I have a lowered 2000 Mustang GT and he definitely knows how to take care of it!! Very nice and very professional and may i say SUPER AFFORDABLE!! . He asked if we were okay and made sure we had a way home. They also took my car to the location i requested and didn't complain like other tow trucking companies. Oh and his little boy was just so adorable I recommend their services 100% Thank you guys so much! Im very likely to recommend you guys !

I got stranded in the middle of the road with my son and I called 5 other towing companies in the area and they wanted us to wait 1hour on them! When I called Ace towing he picked up on the first ring, took my payment and told he would be there in 15 min, he was there in 10! Very professional and kind, I def recommend this place!
