Bought my 2014 Ford Focus there. Great price. The car is awesome. This is the second car that we have bought here. Nice friendly folks to deal with.

They work on my car. I was also washed and vacuumed my car out afterward . Keith did a great job. Secretary book keeper was very helpful also.

They are the nicest people. They do my oil changes. I trust them, they cleaned my battery cable without charging me. Very helpful. I recommend them to anyone. I want to say THANK YOU, MATHEWS. THERE IS NO RUN AROUND LIES.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely dishonest mechanic work. Lied about several problems they claimed to have fixed. Cleared out codes instead of actually fixing the problem. I understand their used cars but when charging someome 10,000$ for a car you would think they should be able to drive it longer then 2 days before seeing and engine light come on.

Rick Skoglund and his staff go the extra mile in making their customers satisfied. Over the years I have bought 5 vehicles from them for me and my wife. Every deal was a great one. I usually pay cash and don't have anything to trade but my most recent deal involved a trade in. I got exactly what I asked for. Every used car will need work down the road and it is very hard to project what will be needed once the car leaves the lot. I have had a few issues that most dealers would have said they were not responsible. I never got that answer from Mathews Used Cars. Several times, I got parts at cost or free labor. Without me asking nor pushing for it. I have sent several friends and family members here and am confident that they are taken care of whether for a purchase or a repair. As a former line mechanic myself, I know you cannot always find the source of the problem with first inspection. Great service requires handling the problem professionally and politely. I would say that has been my experience with Mathews. My recent purchase is a 2013 Kia Sorento AWD. Great price. Great car. Thanks Rick!

I purchased my first vehicle from here in 2012 and paid it off in 2014. It was a 2004 Honda Accord and she is still running beautifully. I've been in the search for a new vehicle, but may decide to buy another used Honda Accord. This dealership helped make my first car purchase worth it!

My sister was taken advantage of -husband had a health emergency & car was towed when someone could have gotten it, paid way to much to get it out after the hospital stay, could have been called & avoided everything

First off me and my wife took cash up there for our down payment did not negotiate on the price of the vehicle at all we test drove six vehicles six out of the six vehicles had issues we settled on a 2008 Dodge Dakota within 1 week it was having transmission issues took it to the shop to have the vehicle worked on with my supposed Valvoline warranty that I got with my vehicle was told there was nothing wrong with the truck a month that through that multiple other problems ensued all the ball joints were in very bad condition and ready to break the front end had hearts that were in very bad condition and almost ready to break the truck was not Road ready the dashboard had sheetrock screws holding it together and still charged me $9,000 7 months down the road without missing a payment I contacted them about the transmission issue and asked him if they would have it fixed and I will continue making my payments keep in mind that I've never missed a payment and usually pay on time or early so my suggestion about Matthews used cars is everyone avoid them the mechanics will clear codes in your computers to make it look like they did the work performed just for the problems to persist later on in the future

Had an appointment for 8 they blew us of till 9:15. Then they Lied and said we had the wrong parts and would rent us a car. After double checking the parts and YES they are the right ones. Only conclusion is that they did not want to do it for whatever reasons and wanted to gouge us for more money. Hope you go bankrupt, oh but with practices like that its a wonder you even have a business

Sent a text and gave my information and wanted to speak with someone about a truck,I got the standard response of were closed someone will contact you tomorrow, which it was after hours,however 3 days later no call,text,nothing,guess I'll take my money and spend it elsewhere.

I'VE HAD MANY SERVICE EXPERIENCES WITH MATTHEWS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED FAIRLY AND WITH RESPECT. MR. RAYMOND MATTHEWS WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET U IN A GOOD AUTOMOBILE. MR. MATTHEWS HAS PROVEN HIMSELF FOR MANY YEARS IN THE COUNTY. THIS BUSINESS IS A POSITIVE FOR OGLETHORPE COUNTY. SALES AND SERVICE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN FAIR TO ME!! I'VE NEVER WITNESSED OWNER RICK SKOGLAND BE ANYTHING OTHER THAN RESPECTFUL AND STRAIGHT FORWARD TO ANYONE (CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES). I RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEIR SALES AND SERVICE, AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
