I went and got my car fixed there twice but the second time the guy did my car closed my hood didn t even double check to make sure the lever that holds the hood up to see if it was in place good closed and a week later I can t get my hood open because he jammed the part of the lever in there and now I have to pay a lot of money to get my car fixed because of him and he said he s not going to help pay for it. So I wouldn t go there.

Absolutely horrible. First time coming and they gave me their most expensive oil without asking me and charged me over $80 for a simple oil change

I was on my way to a conference in Atlanta, Ga and my car broke down and started smoking on I-20. I am not from Georgia and I was about 2 and 1/2 hours from home.I tried calling roadside service and several different other places and got nothing. It was getting late and I had to find a hotel until the next morning. I woke up and started calling different places for help but most places were closed because it was a Saturday. I called valvoline express and he said if you can get it to me we can look at. I was able to make it to valvoline express which was about a mile away from the hotel. These people saved me. They were able to find the issue and even stayed after closing time to repair my car so I could get home. Needless to say I was unable to attend the conference but these guys were able to get me home. My Heroes, thank you guys for everything

Valvoline offers great car care services, and there is always a coupon on their web site to help with the cost.At Loganville, Ga there are 2 wonderful young women techs who go the extra milefor their customers.Go Valvoline.

This place is entirely too expensive as the other comments stated. The wait time also matches what the other comments state. We received an oil change & were made aware that our cabin air filter needed to be changed. Before booking, we were made aware of a promotional deal where you receive $15 off a conventional oil change, but when checking out my fianc� asked to use his veterans discount as well and was told you couldn t use both.Despite the long wait and excessive rates, the team members there were pleasant.

Great service. Went in and found out that the appointment time that I had wasn't booked. But the crew working it in and still got done in a timely manner from they time I was told on the phone. Customer service here was delightful. I will bring back my vehicle to them anytime. Asked them to check my breaks and rotors cause I thought they might need to be replaced. But they told me all was good, so no unneeded worked done. Clean and friendly environment.

Had oil leak and needed an oil pan replacement. Amazing customer service. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. They were able to order the parts and fix my issue very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Went to this location because I had a flat tire which, I don t even think is what there main business is for. They were extremely quick to give me assistance and get me back on the road. Very thankful for their professionalism and kindness. If I m in need of other services in the future I will definitely stop by again. Thanks guys!

Eddie and the crew there are fantastic. I always take me car there,and they're always willing to look at everything. They answer all of my questions and are not condescending because I'm female with admittedly very little mechanical knowledge. The guy at the desk was pleasant. Service was quick and reliable. Prices explicitly places for customers viewing. He had just hired a new guys so I guess it made it quicker than usual , so were his remarks.

Valvoline Total Automotive is the best family oriented Oil change company in Covington, Ga. I ve used them for all of our vehicles. Morgan, Kevin and David are so kind and always in a great mood. Charged $72 for a Toyota Camry. Stripped out the threads in the oil pan so that it had a major leak by the time we got home, Leaked all over the drive way. Took it to two different garages for them to check and they both said the same thing. Cost me nearly $600 to repair, Eddie the owner flat refused to work with me on a refund or recouping some of my costs. I have been going there for many years. Avoid this place at all costs.Service: Oil change
