I purchased a car back in December 12/30/22! It s April 2023 the car has been in the shop for a month in a half now. I have called us auto so many time that I m tired of getting the same answers and no results. The car was so bad guys that it needed an engine and this is after spending my. Own money $3500 plus and my warranty not covering everything like they said it would. I will never purchase from them again! Someone needs to reach out to me.If I have to push this to legal action there is going to be a lot of problems and I m going to push this further since I can t get us auto admins to talk to me about a better solution like credit my payments instead of making my contract longer. My payments should begin in may since I still don t have a car while every person I talk to think I m going to make a payment on a non drivable car! Yeah okay! Someone needs to reach out to me now!

Brian was very helpful with the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles we wanted to look at and was very helpful in making our decision easy. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was right before we drove off the lot. I highly recommend him and the whole team.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rell was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Jeff was great as well when It came down to the money talk. I enjoyed my experience with the team.

Levell was excellent!! He went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Being a single mom, mom of 2 that is he was definitely a blessing to me and my family and appreciate him so very much!!! If you are in need of a car or looking, I recommend coming to US Autos and asking for Levell!!

Levell was the best salesman and representative I ve had. After a fiasco with the Marietta location, he came in and saved the day. I am highly satisfied and would recommend Levell. He made sure his customer service was top tier and definitely made me a happy customer.

Abigail, Abigail what can I say about Abigail, well I went into u s auto sales on 04/06/2023 Abigail who at the time was in there all alone no salesman was present. Abigail whose job title is the administrative assistant took it up on herself to proceed with the transaction of me purchasing my vehicle. I kid you not she informed me that she never did a sale. so after she called one of her constituents he talked her through it via video chat. once she got the hang of it she nailed it from start to finish. I told her she deserves the commission from this sale. you never would have known it was her first time. kudos to you Abigail and thank you so very much for your time patience and willingness to get the job done.

I ve never had such a seamless experience with a dealership. The salesman Levell H. at the Covington location goes above and beyond to make sure you re taken care of doing the process. I really wasn t prepared to buy a car but US Auto Sales made it possible. The pricing was excellent, the quality on point compared to other dealerships. I m more than happy with my new vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anyone needing a vehicle. Thanks guys your entire staff was wonderful from beginning to end.

Levell was absolutely amazing he made the process super easy and just as promised even with my credit issues he made it happen! In just 2 hours I was ready to drive off in my Camry!Gregory the manager was also very kind and he definitely knows he stuff. Gregory made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood every step of the process and made it work for me instead of working me.Overall this is the 2nd vehicle that I've bought from USAutosales and each experience has been amazing and to have a warranty that covers so much and GAP in my payments.....I'm over the moon

I can appreciate the gentlemen at the dealership. I was not pleased about the situation that I was in, but I was able to get a ride. Lavelle was very nice. He had everything ready for me which made the process go fast, and smooth. He also arranged a ride for me to get to the dealership, and I appreciate that. If you are not in the best situation, but need a car, they can assist.

Bought this car not even a month ago and it has been in the shop for several weeks on end. Still have to pay the note on the car that I m barely being able to drive. Not happy I can t even get my sales agent to call me back yet alone us auto sales to call me and make this right but covering a note or two or letting me get a different car with so many problems with this one. Haven t bought a car in years and when I decide to do it I ended up with a lemon. I m not happy and I wouldn t recommend this to anyone. Now if they read this and want to take the time to actually give me a call and make this right and get me taken care of then thank you but if not then this is my review and I recommend this to no one at all. They don t care they just want to move cars and I m not happy about the situation at all!

The salesman William was very professional and courteous he took his time to help me find a nice reliable vehicle. Only issue is the warranty department. I've had my car about a year and it's still under warranty and car was having issues but warranty department denied my claim knowing some of the issues were covered by the warranty. They would not give me a reason why they denied it and now I have to pay over 700 dollars out of pocket. Not cool.

Tyler & Shaq were excellent! Literally did not give up until I was in my car leaving the lot! Customer service skills were excellent & patience was through the roof! Ramona was also a very big help! Whole staff is amazing! Thanks so much!

One star rating because theres not a lower option. My vehicle is payed off and i have the title in hand, the gps system they had installed is preventing my car from starting and i cant get any help from the RUDE people in the Covington Ga branch to help, i feel like im being discriminated against. NEVER AGAIN U S AUTO!!!!

edit: check engine light turned on on the way home from the dealership. was covered by their warranty but i still had to pay the taxes, that s not including the complete inconvenience and 30 minute uber rides i ve had to pay for. now i m back at the shop because check engine light is on again. it s been super inconvenient to have to come here on my day off every week since i bought the car. plus i HAVE to take it to pep boys which is not close to me. i have the option to take it to a different shop for a $100 deductible which is bs. also they only give you a 30 day warranty so hopefully they get it fixed up before that runs out! would not recommendBrian was super knowledgeable and helpful. He went and picked up the car i wanted over an hour away and even stayed after hours for me because of my work schedule! also big thanks to mr. greg and ms. amanda for their help, too!

Levell Was Extremely Helpful, Knowledgeable ,Honest , and Upfront about everything definitely ask for him when you come to the dealership. Best car purchase experience I would definitely recommend US Auto Sales to Everyone I know they are great people

As long as you don't total your vehicle out, they are good. Car was totaled out on April 9. Insurance check issued on May 21. Never reflected in Credit Bureau. FINALLY got to speak to someone. Today(6/30) and was told check was received on 5/27 but was posted wrong. This was corrected today, probably because of phone call. Was told the gap insurance claim would be started today(maybe is what I was told) but could take 90 days. I have purchased vehicles in the past from US Auto and was looking to replace this one. Don't think so.

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Freida has great customer service and she knows how to listen to her customer and get them exactly what they want! Needless to say the manager Deon is very supportive and makes it happen to fit within my budget!!! Overall the entire process was wonderful !

Great buying experience with Tracy as well as Mr. Eron and Egypt. All were very helpful and even took the extra time to assist me with my situation. After it was all said and done, I was able to get another vehicle with great miles!! Now that s what you call great customer service. Thank you guys again for helping get a great vehicle!!

Egypt was our sales representative and she did an amazing job at helping is get our car!! We even went out of her way to go pick up the car we wanted form another store after 7pm so we could get the car that night since she new was was heading out of town the next morning!! We did all the paper work before we even went to the store so all we had to do was test drive the car and then sign the paper work!! Thanks!!!!

Egypt was wonderful she asked me what all I was wanting in a vehicle and she delivered. She was very helpful and walked my husband and I through a smooth process. Prices were reasonable and had a good selection of inventory. Thank you!

Ok I Gave two stars because my sales person Tyler, was very persistent in my journey to finding the perfect car for me and I do appreciate him for that. However, I don't like the fact that after I'd purchased the vehicle,10 days later, it started to give me issues and I was told that it was because i had a payment due that day so that's why my car was cutting off. I then made payment. The next day it started cutting off and lights were coming on giving me power steering service and stabiltrak and it kept cutting off. The next day I went into dealership and I spoke to Eron, who is the manager here who told me that its not their responsibility when I drive off lot and that they had one customer who drove off whose car blew up at the red light up the street and its not their problem. He also said that like when someone's heart stops beating it's up to God that the person has no control of that. At this point I could not wait to let corporate know who they have managing their establishment. He did also remind me that they don't do loaner cars either, because I was a bit concerned about making my next payment if my car was giving me problems. As, of now my car is in shop after I'd just purchased it will be ok. I do know God is a good friend of mine so I hope Eron, Is careful how he handles his customers. O, and at this time my persistent salesman Tyler, was very quiet, no persistence now.

To be honest, if I was rating on just the staff they would of gotten 5 stars. Cris and the rest of the staff was very welcoming, pleasant and provided great customer service. However based on the fact that I ve had to take time off from work twice already, come out of pocket $100 and probably more in the future because I brought a car that looks great but is already giving me problems after only two weeks is very disappointing. I am in a bad situation where I didn t have many options and now have a car that s adding to it is frustrating BUT I will deal with it because I don t have any other choice. Not a happy customer.
