Wow! I don t know where begin, Hailey has the best customer service I have experienced in sometime the place is very professional. The workers are very professional James have a lot in knowledge of your 4 x 4, off-road vehicle or on road vehicle. You must check this place out you will be pleased.

I know I will be a little biased on this review because my son Ethan works there and he is the best kid there ever was. Ethan and James are awesome. They have known each other for years. I had a screw in my tire yesterday on the way home from work and my son being the person he is took my car to work and had it taken care of. He also had my oil changed and brakes done. I don t know many kids who will do that for their parent, thank you guys for doing such a jam up job

I ve went in several different times for an alignment, I ve been told I must replace parts to do so, was given an astronomical amount compared to what I purchased the parts for, maybe 1/3 of the price. I replaced them myself, I knew I needed tires and had ordered them already, just went in to see if they could tighten it up until the new tires came, I would pay full price and I knew I would need another alignment and I would pay for that aswell, they said no so I waited for 2 hours for them to tell me no for the second time, 3rd times the charm I walked in the door and said to the older gentleman with the white hair, and he said hopefully well hopefully not I was told now I have a new problem and that the close to quote was upward of $500 for 2 parts I found less than 15 miles away for parts that are $120 together plus a $120 alignment , the price this time was not what upset me, what had upset me this 3rd time was that I had been, I had wrote down everything that was wrong with my truck and I fixed it, I tried to fix everything because I know shops prices are insane, but I was not told about this one particular part, and it frustrated me, this is why you deserve your 1 star review

I needed expert help with some tires for old school narrow rims on my '51 p/u. Ray and his staff were very knowledgeable and hooked me up same day! Wish I had came by earlier. I will be back soon for my other truck no doubt. What a cool waiting area with vintage wall art, if they had beer on tap I would have stayed all day!

Ray & James are great! Came in due to a "competitor" but I wouldn't even call them that. The "competitor" claimed I needed suspension parts replaced and couldn't get my alignment into spec. But Tire South said don't worry, we got you! And they did! Got it to damn near perfectly alignned & even confirmed I didn't need any suspension parts. Although I knew this already due to having the work done already previously. I went back to the other place & got my money back. I'll definitely be back for any needs & will definitely recommend anyone to Tire South.

I had a very pleasant visit while having new tires put on my car today. It was a reasonable wait time and they checked and made recommendations for other things needing attention as well! I was able to get a manufacturer s List of checks to be done and the schedule for those things, as well as a car fax report for my car! The customer service was outstanding even providing drinks and snacks! Thanks again guys!

I am a new resident in the area and this was my first time going into this establishment. I will say the prices are higher than most, however I will also say one gets what one pays for and I believe it was worth it. The customer 3 seating areas are clean and comfortable. The free snacks and beverages were a surprise. The mechanics area is just as clean. Most important is the the front desk personnel. She made me feel welcome when I called to ask questions and the feeling held true when I arrived hours later. She was just as pleasant in person. I have a new facility to take care of my vehicle.

James hooked me up! Was in and out within under two hours during a slightly busy timeframe! I got new tires, oil change, cabin and engine filters, wheel alignment and brake check! Top notch service! And they even offer affordable financing, I will definitely be back to get new rims!

I had such a positive experience with James today . I was pre approved for one certain finance company before I went into the store. Unfortunately my bank is having issues with this company. James spent almost 2 hours helping me . He could have told me to figure it out and pay but he didn t . I know most people only write negative comments but today James needs to be praised for having compassion and great customer service! Thank you so much . I truly appreciate it.

Mr. Ray has warm and welcoming demeanor as well as the other gentleman. My oil was changed quickly and it was not as expensive as my experience at other places. I will definitely visit again

My experience with Tire South was great. The combination of great customer service, excellent pricing, and efficient work on my car would be impossible to beat. Came in for a oil change today at 3:12 pm by 7:00pm my oil pressure light comes on and I check my parking spot and all my oil done leaked out my car this is very unprofessional and I wouldn t recommend this place to nobody for an oil change

I m new to the area & trying for a new job done in Covington. I needed an oil change being past due & putting 80 miles a day for the training.I found TireSouth (say the ratings) & at 1st glance thought it was all about truck s & customization. Called & found out they did oil changes. I m so glad I took a chance to check them out! Ray was GREAT! Awesome personality & customer service. They all were top notch! Ray even talked about a car care plan to get the most out of my care without eroding the bank account. I appreciated his honesty & not a sales pitch. He told me there s a location near me in Atlanta & I hope they are as equally as good as the Covington location. I ll find out on the next oil change.

Coming from North Carolina and traveling here to Covington GA was a challenge in itself. My tire needed to be replaced and the service I got was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this kind of service to anyone! James and Haley are two of the people I had the opportunity to do business with and they not only did their job. They went above and beyond which is something special to me as a business owner myself. Very impressed by how the treated me and how fast I was able to get back on the road.

They worked me in at 4:15pm with a nail in my tire. I was between a rock and a hard spot and needed this fixed. They were happy to see me and completed it quick and for a VERY fair price. I will be back here for all my tire needs moving forward. I guess those overpriced dealerships can just be understaffed and grumpy and we customers have other places to go with our money and be treated right.

Took our truck in knowing the look we wanted but not sure how to achieve it.Luckily, we met up with Garrett. Awesome guy with top knotch customer service skills as well as super knowledgeable! He walked us right through it and we couldn't be happier!! Work was completed quickly but more importantly, it was professionally done. Couldn't recommend Garrett and everyone at Tire South any more!

I experience a road hazard incident and found myself at TireSouth in Covington in great need of new tires. That s when I met Ray! He fixed me up in record time and even threw in a 23.99 oil change . Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I m going back next time I need a service even though I live 50 miles away. I felt they are a honest business. Rare these days, I m really glad I met them.

Clean store, friendly people, great prices. What could be better. Tire wasn t in stock, had to order so I came the next day. In and out quick and I m really happy with the price and the guarantee I m now a new repeat customer, I ll be back

If I could give negative stars, I would purchased two sets of tires for two of my company vehicles, and also got an oil change done on one and an oil change and fuel filter change on the other. The oil filter on one was hand tight and leaked oil everywhere by the time I had gotten to Monroe, I was charged and paid for the fuel filter to be changed on the other truck, and it was not changed. I had this confirmed by the Chevrolet dealership. Also had to bring the truck back for an alignment and sat in the lobby for 4 hours for them to tell me that the reason it is pulling is it is probably a bad tire, but regardless, they can t figure it out. Avoid at all costs. The filter in the picture is the one that was supposedly changed a month prior to the picture being taken

My experience with Tire South great. I want to know what was wrong with my 2001 Chevy Suburban pulling to the right, I was given a diagnoses as to what I need with no charge. Dealer would have charged me. Thanks Tire South for your help.
