Best place to buy your next trailer. Cheaper than the competition and not compromising on quality. Why pay 1k more at a big box store trailer! Drive a little and save a lot! Go and ask for Darrel!

I work at a landscaping company, and our managers had interest in a dump trailer. The whole process was easy, they walked us through everything. There were no surprises and we were happy with our purchase. Very good guys.

Sundowner of Georgia/Big Tex was an amazing experience. Taylor was my sales rep and she assisted me with all my needs. I needed sliding winches before I arrived so she made sure that was done. She gave me a courtesy call after the sale was done to assure me that she would assist in any future needs. Overall, this was my best experience buying Gooseneck Trailers and I will definitely be back. I appreciate the excellent customer service and you have a repeat customer. Antoine

What we thought would be a great auto transport trailer purchase, turned out to be a horrible overall experience. Initial customer service was good. However, that good customer service experience was short lived once we made the trailer purchase. We ran into multiple problems with our trailer (damaged & rusted trailer frame, wrong lock box key initially given and sent via mail) just to name a few! This is with us driving 8 hours from south Florida to do business with this company, plus an overnight stay. We should have known something was sketchy, because when we arrived, they didn t even have the trailer we called and spoke to them about (and even invoiced us on), via countless phone calls and emails. We will NEVER do business with this company ever again, and/or refer them to anyone based on the level of service that we received. Such a disappointment.

I really wanted to like these guys, brought my 2021 25GN in for brake work, after a little over a week they called and diagnosed it with having worn drums. They were unable to source parts so I retrieved my trailer and sourced them on my own. Upon removing the drums it was obvious they were never taken off and inspected even though the technician that worked on it(Dylan) claimed to have inspected all 4 and even went into detail over the phone about how the brake shoes on the rear axle were still in good shape. The oil in the axles was black and old, the hub seals that they claimed to have replaced was also in fact old. The brake shoes on the rear axle were worn down the metal and the magnets were worn out. This might be a good place to buy a trailer, but I d steer clear of having them work on it.

This was my first time experience with Sundowner of Georgia (Big Tex trailers). I have been shopping around for trailers for months. There were so many companies who just wouldn't get back to my inquiries or even return my calls. I sent in an inquiry with their website about a particular trailer they had in stocks. Mr. Darrell Martin replied via email very promptly with all the information I asked for. I decided to visit the business that same day. Mr Darrell greeted me and was very professional. He took me out on the lot to show me the model trailer I had been looking at and said I could choose between the 4 or 5 they had in stock. While we were doing paperwork the service technician was working on checking over the trailer and mounting the spare tire I bought to go with the trailer. When we were finished with payment and paperwork, we went out so Darrell could show me everything about trailer, hook up my new ball hitch, and hooked up my new trailer. It was a very pleasant shopping and buying experience and I highly recommend to anyone shopping around for trailers or needing one serviced. Thank you Darrell Martin!

Jerry has helped me out multiple times, from walking me through getting my trailer brakes wired back up over the phone when they couldn t get me in before a holiday weekend a few years ago to today fitting me in and replacing safety chains when I had to get my trailer back on the road. The service department here has always been top notch.

Taylor was amazing. Her subject matter expertise was out of this world. She knew exactly what we were looking for and did not try to over sell us something for more than we needed. She is a true saleswoman and I recommend doing business with her for all of your trailer needs.

Do not do business with this company. Terrible customer service. Taylor and Darrell are both horrible. It took 3 days for a quote that was more than the next dealer but I said ok they are closer. Then waist my time taking it there for them to call me back and quote me another $500 more. So just find a dealership elsewhere

Purchased my first ever trailer from Taylor at Sundowner of GA and couldn't be happier!! She handled my endless emails questioning everything with such patience and professionalism and their serviceman walked me through hookup and gave me great instructions on how to keep all the parts in good order. Such nice, helpful people...ALL of them! Thank you for making this big purchase easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible customer service will not email back they have no communication. I am a customer with cash in hand ready to buy an SK cm steel body bed and this company will not help me answer any questions. They are uneducated on the product that they sell they can t answer any questions about a fifth wheel and attaching it to their flatbed. I have emailed him three times nothing in return. Taking my business Elsewhere where I m appreciated if someone has the answers of the product that they are selling. Also put a call into CM customer service for a complaint on this particular dealership.. Taylor and Darrell are the ones that I was dealing with that will not get back in touch with you for anything..

Fantastic experience at Sundowner of Georgia! Spoke several times with both Taylor and Shane over the phone, both extremely helpful and informative. Ultimately bought a trailer from Shane in person. Top notch service and extremely personable people. Overall everything you could ask for in a business. Keep up the great work guys!I want to reiterate, businesses like this that take pride in what they are doing and go above and beyond are more and more rare these days. Does me good to know they still exist
