I asked the guys to patch my tire on my 53' trailer. They replied, we can't. I said but on the website, you guys does commercial units and time is everything to us drivers.

Great Service and great price! We needed a tire on a semi truck and Brandon helped us and guided us to get the right tire at a good price. Not to mention that they had our driver done really fast! Definitelye would come back!

They are failing inspections and rub off dot numbers and the manger torrel Flanders told them to do so. I use to work there I recently quit because I didn t like all the the wrong things they were doing please please do take no truck tires there because all of the repairs that torrel say he fixed is not been fixed been just a cover up he which is the name above. Is spraying line cleaner to get rid of the marks and continually still sending bad tires to truck companies. waste management, Covington tires, forest park,kingsport , Gainesville, Fulton, and forest park ups tires the 245 and 255 that is getting shipped on his watch and bad tires by the way torrell is a bad manager do not know how to conduct business thank you for your time hope u read this

Thank you Branded for helping me out after hours thanks for helping me close my back doors down after the box shifted over so I could restrap the load . I got a new good tire on so I could keep hauling that night when loves and TA makes me wait hours at a time.Thanks again Tony !

Worst service and experience ever. I came in for a re-torque and some air for my wheels I purchased at another location 2 days prior. The supervisor Brandon Allen allowed "Michael " the tech to almost strip and break the studs on the rim using the air gun. Then when I confronted him about it, he said I don't have to come to the location anymore because this is how it's going to be every time.

This place is like a wonderland for tires. Lol. The prices are good and the service top notch. Everyone has a job and it looks like everyone is getting the job done. Like a well oiled machine. We had a situation with the payment and even though it took over an hour to get the problem resolved. They were patient and they even fed me. So I'd recommend this place to anyone..

As a tire bay manager that's been using STM I was invited to take a tour of the retreading process. I'm very impressed by the cleanliness and order of everything. Every tire gets scanned every step of the way with total accountability. I've been beyond satisfied with their service on my end and now I've seen how they keep things running smoothly.

1 star is too much, but it was the lowest as I could go. Unprofessional, slow, and flat out liars. I called at 640 pm to get a tire. I was given a 60-90 min eta. 3 hours later I had to call to find out why I hadn't received any service . I was told he ran into problems on another call. When the guy gets here he said he was held up in traffic. I will not use this company again. At least t/a will give you at call back and let you know they're running late.

Very professional and fast. This guy changed a super single on my truck about as fast if not faster than I ve seen a regular tire changed and in the pouring down rain. No complaints at all. He was awesome!

I had my truck repaired by this company spent over $1800 dollars with them and come to find out less than six months later that none of the work was never done cause I had to replace them all over again my personal opinion they are a bunch of crooks becareful general public and the guy over there goes by the name Doug will sweet talk you

This place is ran by a self centered ex national guard, who could manage a bowl of jelly. Very poor management skills, never takes others options into consideration. I co managed this place with him for about a year. Aaron Smith is Price gouging Customers who buy tires there just to make some sort of profit to stay a float and save his own self from being let go. He created a hostile working Environment on several different occasions. He told several employees that we re having an issue that we can do this like men and fight it out let our anger come out. And all day Aaron stays up in the office and flirts with Stacey throughout the day. This place uses unethical practices I want saw and heard another manager say the N-word to a black employee. The employee and the manager were sent home both with pay and nothing was done about the situation with the manager. If you were buying tires at Southern tire Mart you might want to switch over to Atlanta commercial where you get a better deal I have a more honest person that you deal with it no shady stuff going on. If I can get this place zero stars I definitely would And not to mention while I was comanaging with Aaron on several different occasions he had me fire employees because he was too scared to do it himself. This man should not be working in a management position let alone still employed at Southern tire Mart.

Just call them for a patch a tire, first they didn t want to do it than , Brandon told me that they charge $45 and $45 more for taking tire off, when I told him that we patch the tire at southern all the time and they never charged $45 for tire off , then he said that he just got an email from corporate office that he have to start charging both, so for tire patch is over $100 with taxes and everything!!bl!

It was great in and out promptly. The tech even showed me what was wrong with my tire. If definitely recommend for any truck tire service.
