The location is kinda hard to get out of because of 36 traffic. However it's pretty much the best service I've ever gotten at a tire shop. Mr Steve was amazing, I ordered 2 tires and he had them within hours, I wasn't able to get them immediately but I arrived today about 50 minutes before they closed and they had me taken care of within 20 minutes. Amazing! I'm definitely coming back!

Two weeks ago my elderly dad was in a wreck and his car was totaled. I have a 2001 Ford F150 that I was going to let him drive. It was making a terrible noise and my brother in law took it to Sexions to have it evaluated. Not only did Steve look at it that day, he fixed it the same day! Steve was so honest, kind and I can't thank him enough for taking the time to listen to my brother in law and fix it in such a timely manner. Fortunately, it was an easy fix. Thank you so much Steve. You are definitely good people. I will be back for sure.

Let me start by saying that I had new tires put on my 2017 F-250 over a year ago, by another shop that I will not mention. I have a hard time trusting people working on my vehicles, considering I m a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles being taken care off. So the shop that installed my new tires, obviously had no clue how to properly balance a wheel and tire. After some time my steering started shimmering and shaking at highway speeds. I normally rotate my tire every 10,000 miles, so I noticed one wheel had 7 and 1/2 ounces of wheel weights. Which is not how you balance a tire period. So the Friday before New Years I took my truck to Sexion tires and gave them a chance to earn my trust and my business. I requested my tires be rebalanced, replace all my tire pressure sensors cause one went out, and an an alignment. Well they installed my new sensors, rebalanced my tires and my truck didn t need an alignment. Although they couldn t get my sensors to wake up, I told Steve I was ok with that and I would see about getting the learning tool to get them to work. Steve and his guys have earned my trust and my business 100%, Steve listened to my requests and did so in a very timely manner considering they were very, very busy. It s now just over a week later, my truck doesn t shake and drives like it did when I bought it. Thank you Steve for great service and y all have earned my business and my trust, I look forward to doing business with yall again in the future . Todays date 01/05/2024 My learning tool arrived today and it took all of 10 minutes and my tire pressure sensors are now working as they should

In general over all, i can say i live close to the shop. I drive pass it all the time and its always full, thats enough to know the great service they have. And also the times ive been there had always had great service. Would recommend these shop 110% of the time

I came in to get my tires changed and got all of them changed. I started to drive home and instantly knew it felt funny driving. Next day I went outside to see my tire was flat I took it down to have them fix it but they said their was a nail in it and had to pay them to fix it but I said I d do it myself but their was no nail or nothing just a tiny tiny hole. Needless to say they sold me a tire with a hole in it and tried to make me pay them to fix it

I normally don't leave reviews but Sexion Tires has been so helpful for me and my family. They have great prices and great customer service. I am so glad they do more than just tires and brakes. I'm not sure who their mechanic is but he does a phenomenal job and knows his job really well. Thank you for all you do!

My family has been going to Sexions Tire for years, and I can confidently say that they provide some of the best service in town. They treat you like family and provide excellent service at fair prices. Steve is the best and so friendly, always has a smile on his face. Every time I have an issue, my dad always tells me to head over to Sexions!

it was a fast turnaround on fixing the tire that had a leak in it that we bought from them but there's a serious issue when you don't follow the vehicles recommended tire pressure or the recommended tire pressure of the tires and having every single tire at a different PSI including one at 53 PSI do you know how dangerous that is for my wife

We came to Covington from Virginia. We were here for a livestock event. We had a trailer tire go bad on the way down. I called hoping that we could get 2 tires replaced before we left the next day. Offered to drop trailer in parking lot. Steve the manager said just come over this afternoon and we will take care of it. They were like a NASCAR pit crew with speed and service. Ended up just having all 4 replaced based on their service time. Great local business. Thank you for putting us back on the road safely to Virginia!

First of all I have been going there getting my tires done for years not dealing with Steve no problems. So I figured I would have no problems with my brakes. Little did I know it was a problem. Maybe because I know a little bit about cars or because I'm a woman or maybe because I'm a black woman. You (Steve) have a smart mouth on you. You need a little bit of customer service skills. There are classes on that. Work on it. I hardly ever write bad review but this was worth my time to do so to warn people about you. My brakes still aren't right since you don't drive it everyday.

Great friendly service. Awesome and honest at what they do. They are my number one place to go before anywhere else. And they offer a wide variety of things tires,oil changes,alignments and more. And everyone please remember to support the small businesses!!!!!

This place is great place to get your tires, the customer service has always been top notch and you have a good choice avaiable to purchase good used or brand new tires. They are fast and friendly and always do it right the first time. I have sent several friends to this location, and they have all had great service and keep going back as needed.

GREAT SERVICE and a team that I don't have to give the side eye. I've had oil changes, some work done on my cooling system, and I just trust Steve, so... I keep going back.

Me and my dad been coming for years whenever we needed a tire. They always been great and knowledgeable. I recently came in for a alignment and was in and out pretty quickly and the alignment came out perfect especially after Mavis dropped the ball on the alignment first

My daughter had to stop here this morning 10/25 trying to make it to work and needed to buy a tire. She was told that they had no used tires of course so she was forced to purchase a new tire. I was going to have AAA tow the car from this location to get a tire elsewhere but she was told that she could not leave her car on there lot at all.Times are hard for everyone, Hell life is hard and the need to be so nasty is at an all time high. It takes more energy to be nasty to someone than it does to be nice. Thank you for the tire but you could definitely work on being more pleasant to Black people .I was on the phone with her which actually makes it factual

Well clearly my experience wasn't the norm but I guess I was in ninja stealth mode the day I went. Clearly they couldn't see me or I was completely ignored. Many employees just walked right by me with not even a "hello". Oh I was mute too I suppose because my "hi, excuse me"s were not acknowledged. Went right up the road to Economy where I was warmly welcomed.

Always great service these guys get you back in the road at a reasonable price. My go to tire shop in the area if they don't have a tire they can get it same day as long as you catch them by 9:30 am

Benito is friendly, knowledgeable, he takes time to make sure everythingis right. Prices are very reasonable. If you need tires that happen to not be in stock if you order by 10am they will have them the next day. Also, they check your tire pressure for free.Locally owned business so check him out.

I came in with a tire pressure monitor sensor issue with my car. The representative checked to see if it was just an error that needed to be reset before trying to sell me a new TPMS. At the end they replaced it and gave me informative information about how to monitor my sensors. I am very thankful and will recommend Sexions Tire to all my friends & colleagues.

These guys have great service and customer service! Don't forget their great prices for used and new tires! Won't forget about these guys!!! Come get some used or new tires, or come check your wheel alignment for a decent price!!

They're extremely helpful. Most times whenever I go to a tire shop, I just know I'm going to get ripped off, but Sexion really takes care of you and makes sure your used tires are like new.

I do not recommend anybody going here these people are not good people they charge my mother $750 to tighten some lug nuts up on a car that is ridiculous this will not be let go I am contacting the better Business bureau I would pick any other place in Covington to go do not go to this place

Always get good tires from here. They are fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I used to drive all the way from Stn Mtn to get my tires here. I will continue to shop here, but now I'm only 5 miles away....
