My family has been taking our cars to Mr. Rick for well over 10 years. As women, it's hard to take your car to mechanics and not get ripped off. NOT HERE!! Expect to be told exactly what work is needed, to be given the best price in town and for the work to be completed in a timely manner. I refuse to use anyone else!

Precision saved our trip! My wife, 2 kids and our dog had a car breakdown in Covington on out way to South Carolina. I got towed to Precision after speaking with one of the owners, Stephen. He spoke with me personally a couple times during the process and kept me updated.Long story but the takeaway is they could have told us they couldn't get to the car, and once they did they could have charged us for a fuel pump, power module and who knows what else. Instead, they spent over an hour tracking down the real problem, which was a wire had come loose in the inertia switch. They fixed it, test drive it for like 20 minutes to make sure it wasn't going to come loose again and sent me back to pick up my family, charging me only for the tow and a vehicle diagnostic. I would have happily paid much more just to be able to get back on the road the same day!It's a family business and it's clear to me that these are good, honest people. How often do you get to say that about an auto shop???? If I could write a better review or give more than 5 stars I would. It was a really stressful day, but Stephen and his family (wife, daughter, brother I think, and father) made it a day we'll always look back on with genuine gratitude. (It was kind of cool that the whole family was up there helping out and generally making it a pleasant place.)Precision AutosAuto the day and I can't recommend (or thank) them enough. Saved us money, time and stress!

I can t say enough good things about Precision. They have always treated me with respect and honesty( which isn t always true for women in auto repair places!). They are good at what they do and have very fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Best shop around. My car has over 420,000 miles now and it's because the guys at precision have always taken the time and care to do it right. They're the only ones around I trust to do quality work. Our shop of choice

Not a lot of honest guys out there today. We have used Precision Auto for almost 20 years. They know their stuff and they are honest and reliable. Always my go to mechanic. Recommend.

Great place been fixing our cars for years Rick is a great guy very fair prices compared to other places who half ass their work! Dont half to worry about that here! See for yourself you wont be disappointed
