My daughter came here to purchase and install a battery. After purchasing the battery the employee told her it was too complicated to install and recommended she go somewhere else. It's a 2001 Buick Regal. I could have goggled it and figured out how to do it and I'm not car-savvy. They need to quit advertising this service if they're not capable of doing it.

I went for a battery check on my car and the person that came out to check it would not open the hood and would not remove the cover on the battery. I'm not even sure they knew how to use the testing equipment. Sad to say I went to another auto parts store and got the battery checked and now have an appointment with my garage to get my car repaired with what was recommended by the other store. Sad that things have changed so much at this store, I have been a regular customer for several years.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Everyone was polite and ready to help with all of my automotive parts/needs without an issue. Even helped me find parts at larger manufacturers if it was needed as well. 10/10 would recommend a visit.

They don't answer the phone. Customer service needs a little work. Higher prices than other parts stores.

O'Reilly auto parts in Covington, Ga is the Best.They ate the Only parts store that Always has my 2021 Sonata Oil Filter in stock...And their Customer Service is outstanding. If you need an auto part that is out of stock, they'll have it for you later that Same Day. YAYO'REILLY!!

The first staff member seemed uninterested in helping or selling products and said nobody could help with changing a headlight because it required the entire grill removed, but I was trying to buy headlight bulbs for both low and hi beams. After a few moments outside on the phone with a friend, I returned inside and chose a different salesman who went outside with me and looked and took me back inside and made a $120+ sale with my correct headlight bulbs.

Apparently they have some new employees who take customer service seriously. They didn't have the item I needed in stock but voluntarily offered to order my item (Mower belt) and had it for me the next morning. Other parts said they might could order one but no time specific. I'll shop here more often now.

Best parts store ever! The staff is beyond exceptional. I stopped in with a battery issue on motorcycle. They had the exact parts I needed in a spare parts bins, plus I was able to get the Seafoam that I was looking for.

Great service. This man named Morpheus Helped install a battery in my car, which he could have declined due to the Install requirements. It took about 20 mins and required multiple tools, but he got it done! He was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of other questions I had. Thank you. I ll be back for all my car needs!

My Jeep broke down on the road- stopped here to get the part and fixed it in the parking lot. The staff here is top notch- all very professional, friendly, and helpful. This is a well run store- if you need a part, don't hesitate to go see these guys!

I live about an hour away and had to stop here because I picked up a large screw in my tire a few blocks away.Morpheus (I think was his name) was extremely helpful in information, and not upselling a bunch of things I didn't need. He gave a professional opinion and I got home safely! To care about a customer more than making a big sale... That says a lot about this place. Thank you for your help!!

I want to thank Julia, for providing an excellent customer service experience. After I purchased the wrong light, Julia went out of her way to help me get the right replacement. I learned to make sure I'm asking for the right car light.

I always appreciate the courtesy and prompt service with each person I've dealt with here. Today, Carmen was super patient and helped me get several hundred dollars of products for two different vehicles I'm working on. She made sure to get me the right items, even called Ford for clarification on AT filter. Thanks.

Love the prices and the service at this store. They just seem to have what ever I need. They have the best prices, especially if you use their discount card where you earn points. Do love their weekly specials too. When I'm in a rush I'll call to see if they have it and set it on the counter so I can come in and get it quick.

Called to see if my parts were ready for pickup only to be told they actually didn't have them and that they would not refund me for them, either. Then was promptly hung up on before I could ask for some sort of resolution. Don't do online pickup from O'Reilly's.

Good, but there is never any semblance of a line or who is next. Workers prioritize phone calls over physical customers when a huge crowd is in, which is half the time.Still the best auto store in the area though!
