I know better than to even try and get a hydraulic hose made there anymore because they are NOT going to have the fittings. Only went because everyone else was already closed and I haven't been there in months because they got so bad. Thought I'd give it a shot. Of course they didn't have the fittings. Brooks y'all have had a good run it may just be time to hang it up in Covington. I used to only go here now I avoid it at all cost. Maybe pay your people more and you'll get better results. $12 an hour probably won't get you far. Sorry.

We discovered the correct battery for our car on the Napa website. Drove to this location with tools to install it in my wife's 2010 Kia Soul+ 2.0ltrPreston handled the whole transaction process. Had the battery changed out by myself in a little less than 10 minutes Thanks Brooks Auto.

It was welcoming at first after receiving my part for my car it was time to pay. I went to pay with my card & handed my card to the cashier since their card machine was behind the counter. The cashier then returns my card on the counter instead of in my hand like I handed to him. They would have received a 4 star, but that was poor customer service & he did not say thank you hopefully they improve on their service.

All I can say is Cricket is the reason I still shop here. Ask for her! You can t miss her because she is so little and friendly.UPDATE: The owners have finally took a little interest in the place and it is much better and they have an almost all female staff who actually seem to care and they are doing a great job at getting me parts I need.

Ordered an oil cooler for my charger. Not only were they cheaper but Mrs Kim and Cricket were extremely knowledgeable and helpful...Definitely made a customer out of me.

Ordered a part last Monday. It was supposed to be there by Thursday. Went in on Friday to pick it up. The lady behind the counter ignored me standing there waiting initially. Once I moved up to the counter she tells me the part was not ordered. I said yes it was you charged my card and I have the receipt. She then informs me it wasn't order by them. I asked why no one called me? She ignored me. She then said she couldn't get the part and I requested a refund. She got a young man from the back to help her. He said he could order the part now. I said if I hadn't come in would it just sit there without anyone calling me. The lady then yells, yes! Total lack of customer service. Who cares my truck was sitting for a week. I will not give them any of my money there are other options.

I have to deal with parts stores every day due to my business and have been working on cars my whole life never have I gone to a parts house this pitiful

Always know you can count on them to give you personal service. Had an oil filter for my lawn mower that I was trying to upgrade to a longer filter for more capacity. Took my original to them they measured what I had and looked up a cross reference to find me one. Thanks.

Out of all of the auto parts store Napa is the only one that can t get a part? Seriously? How come All the other auto parts stores can order this part but they can t? it s a simple seal! I was just trying to get it sooner than the others but when she said we can t order it that don t make no sense. maybe they need better distributors Napa is gone down hill in my opinion.

One of the best NAPA's there is. Andy will make sure that your company is taken care of and works with your specific needs. We order a lot of things daily and most of the time they are delivered within 30min. Wait time is crucial in the equipment business so having our parts ASAP is a HUGE advantage
