This is my second time having my car service here and unfortunately this time I have to give them one star, the service was very poor. They didn t took the time to check the pressure on the tires, the whippers blades , didn t reset the oil monitor in the car, didn t provide me with the sticker for the next oil change. The girl at the counter just charge me the $72 plus , swipe my debit card and that s it. They made me and my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. It won t be a third time. Excellent Customer Service, Quality of Service, Customer Appreciation is what keeps businesses going.

When I got there I was immediately attended to and the young lady and the young man there was very polite and courteous. They got got my needs met very efficiently and in good time. I even ended up paying less than what other places quoted me. I give them a big 2 thumbs up I would certainly recommend this company. I went to Kwik change this morning to have my Front left Tire looked at and before they even opened I had this very Sweet young Lady named Kim walk up to my vehicle as soon as I pulled into the business. She immediately was interested in finding out what she could do to get my needs met I consider her a valuable asset to this company she deserves high recognition for her customer service skills. The young man who looked at my tire done an excellent job as well this company is awesome

I got a free oil change ticket from my child s school which clearly stated that it was a free FULL SERVICE . I was then charged anyway and then questioned about how I got the free ticket which clearly stated that my child got it from their school due to their amazing performance in her classes . If you have any color to your skin I wouldn t recommend it. Go somewhere else. The guys changing the oil were very polite and professional I don t want to take anything from them . One of the guys working on my car told her about three or four times HE HAS A FREE TICKET. I was still charged.

This is a great and honest business that has friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a set of new all terrain tires for an affordable price and was offered a free alignment to go along with them. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area of Covington/Newton County, especially since they re so hospitable. I have no problem giving them credit for their outstanding servicing. I am definitely going back to have my truck maintained. Thanks, again, Kwik Change of Covington!!

Honestly no stars , I recently had a tire pulleged for a nail. Well the plug wasn t done correctly and now I have a slash in my tire. They refused to fix the tire or replace it. I have pictures showing I have no slash in my tire from the nail. It was done by one of there people. STILL REFUSED TO FIX IT. bad management all together. As you can tell on the tire. There is no slash what s so everService: Tires

This is the perfect place to take your vehicle for oil changes,tire rotations etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to assist the customer. Kim has a great personality and always a big smile, her and Jarrod wants to make sure you are taken care of. I will be using them from now on.Judy Logsdon

Braden and Peyton are super fast and very thorough..in and out in less than 15 mins! Kim at CS is awesome. This is my second visit and not my last. Highly recommend

Went for Oil change and to check for a oil leak, told 4 severe leaks and Mechanic will call me back He never did! There is no severe oil leaks. Never go back again use to go there for years, I think under new ownership. Deleted all my past records there. Don't recommend!edit: I never said I put oil in B4 arrival, did that 3 weeks ago, turned out I went somewhere else and it was the Oil pressure switch! I didn't have 4 severe leaks! I have paper work proving I had my car and tires serviced there years past I stand by my comments

Great customer service. The place I'd been going to changed ownership so I thought I'd try something closer to home. Have been here for my last 2 oil changesThe last visit I had several questions, mainly about tires. They answered everyone and gave me quotes and next steps. I think Kwik Change is my new mechanic!

I went to get an oil change on 2/27/24 . They did it, but the next day my car was running funny it kept " jerking" and sounding like it was going to turn off....I called and they asked me to come in and see the mechanic Alec and omg is he amazing!! He fixed whatever that was wrong with my suv!! I was dreading whatever it was but no...he literally made my suv run great again!! I couldn't ask for a better mechanic!! Thank you so much Alec!!

I came in yesterday and received an oil change. The man/woman? That helped me was very kind, although I was in an extreme hurry they did my job well. It was about 2pm when I arrived. I had previously called to see how long it would take. The lady told me 15min. So I pulled in. ( note I had to be at food bank by 2:45pm and it s right over on 212, maybe 4 min away) after completing the services that they take a little longer because the person doing it was taking their time and talking a lot, I went to check out and pay, I notified her that I had to go on and go. Then in return she speaks to a lady there ( that possibly worked there) and chats and giggles and leaves me there with money in hand. Very slow and knew I was trying to stay consistent with my time so I didn t have any issues with receiving my food. It s hard out here when u support yourself, your 76 yr old uncle and 2 kids. She didn t care about my order and cause me to barely make it on time to receive my food. Therefore I only received half of what I d usually get. I know some people don t have this issue but I explained to the lady the reason for me being in a hurry and she pretty much smiled and didn t care. I d come back anytime but I would like to be waited on by another person. Someone who cares. Now we barely have food this week. - J. Dennise Collum

Frist time at Kwik Change... Extremely clean facility, friendly, knowledgeable staff... No pressure to purchase recommended services... They allow you to sit in your vehicle during service... A really great experience....

Run from this place. Ask employee questions. They just look at you. Ask again. Nothing. Two people not answering basic questions staring at you. Beyond awkward and weirdest experience ever. I just turn and left after asking what is wrong with them (still nothing), I did say you guys are nuts and left. Not sure what s wrong there.

Use to go to Conyets Nissan and this is my second trip back here and there are awesome, will never go back to Conyers Nissan, at Nissan it takes 3 to 4 hrs to get an oil change, it took 15 minutes and they checked everything, had to wait about 30 minutes for a tire rotation, at Nissan it would take most of the day to get tires rotated and a oil change, here they actually check your tire pressures too.

I drive a lot of miles. I end up in here about every 3 weeks. Service is always excellent and it's done quickly and correctly. I'm putting 2 tires on today and it has been a very short wait and the mechanic is wrapping it up now. Seems that other shops tell you it will be a short wait and 2 hours later you're still there. I've been here 35 minutes and my car is nearly completed.

Great experience, highly recommend. I came to get an oil change, which took about 20 minutes. They checked my headlight & rear lights, blades & all other fluids to ensure my vehicle was straight. I appreciate thoroughness.

I expected my experience yesterday to be a lot better because the staff seemed very nice when I arrived and the price for my oil change was very reasonable. My oil change was very quick along with my air filter after this I left but noticed my oil life hadn t been reset so I took it back to get this done. After the female that changed my oil couldn t figure out how to reset my oil she told me to just look it up on YouTube and rudely walked away. After I called out to her several times to ask questions she sent one of the other guys to come help me out, who was very nice, after he couldn t figure it out he went to get a manager who again was very nice & eventually able to get everything reset along with fixing my skid plate underneath my vehicle.My 3 year old waved at the staff as small children do & the guys had no problem waving back but once my daughter waved to her she literally stared at her for a while and looked away lol which I thought was ridiculous I understand that you re not there for entertainment but why be rude to paying customers. However with this experience alone I will not be returning. I do appreciate the customer service from the men that were there they all did an awesome job

I had a flat this morning and had called everywhere to try and find a tire and couldn't get anyone to answer or they didn't have it. Your two guys were able to help me out and put a good used tire on my car. They were so polite and I appreciate the job that they did and how polite that they were

I came to get my oil changed and left so I only get a call an hour later telling me that they were sorry they left the skid plate off from underneath my car. I had to come back the next day causing me to have to rush to work I asked for a refund or free oil change only to be given 15 dollars of my next oil change. I called and made an appointment for a/c recharge. Arrived and tech was on schedule and completed my a/c charge in a timely manner. I really appreciate that they adhered to the appointment schedule and didn t make me wait three plus hours for something that only takes an hour to do. The a/c is blowing colder than it has ever done. Staff is very knowledgeable and customer service is awesome! Prices are very good, too!
