Janie & Michelle in the Collision Center took care of my repair claims as I would expect professionals to do. They exhibited a high level of customer care throughout the process and were attentive to my needs. I am pleased with th he finished results from this trip.

The sales man was nice. The manager was very disrespectful. I left and bought a Tahoe down the road a year newer a ton less wear and miles for 5000.00 less. When you walk in with cash you expect help and respect. Do not look for it here. Again the sales person super nice. But if you can't get a great cash price why bother?

BEWARE! They have had my mother's car for over 5 WEEKS NOW...which wouldn't be a problem if they communicated better...after 3 weeks they gave it back and then as she was driving out the dash lit up and started having issues, so she had to turn right back around...was a diagnostic test done? Who knows...the kicker though is when the supervisor got extremely rude with her and told her to QUIT CALLING because they will CALL HER??? (she only got upset ONCE when they weren't calling and since then she has been as nice as she could be) BTW they told her from the jump that Kia was getting parts in at a pretty good pace so duh she would call...first bad review ever but don't be rude (and yes I have worked customer service)....last side note...she hit a small animal going 45. So as long as you don't mind waiting forever and don't mind people getting rude with you then you're goldennnnn.

First time going in for service. They have excellent customer service. Ms Ashley had my car back to me today after sitting for 2 weeks at their competitor without a phone call. Thanks for the pleasant memory. When needed I will be back.

I've had to visit the collision center a couple of times over the last few years, but everyone at Ginn Chevy is very professional and friendly.Did not take long at all to get my car fixed - and I have never experienced any issues after my repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great car repair service in the area!

Service was great, kept me updated on progress of the repair. Fran is wonderful, she took care of everything. Would not hesitate to use Ginn Chevrolet Collision Center again. Keep up the great service.

Dropped truck off at the body shop because someone backed into it. They told me it would be 3-4 weeks and I would have it back. Called at the beginning of the 4th week asking if it would still be ready that Friday. They told me they broke the glass in the back windshield and would have to replace that so it would be another week. The end of the 5th week, I called that Friday at lunch. They said it wouldn't be clean yet but I could come get it between 4 and 4:30. They called me at 3:30 saying the back door now wouldn't open and they would need more time. Called the next Tuesday, and they said they were ordering the parts for the truck. Now they've had my truck for almost 7 weeks and there's no estimate on when I'll have it back. NEVER USE THIS BODY SHOP. They are absolutely terrible!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Good in the past, not good today. They no longer accept Carshield. Not very happy at the moment

They helped me in getting my setup with my Insurance company to send my photo Application. And get the pics sent to the insurance company. Very professional and very helpful

I have to say they had my truck in the shop the next day and started getting everything rolling for me to get my truck back as soon as possible witch only took about 2 weeks from start to finish and everybody there was very friendly and they did a awesome job on the repair I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good body shop to have their have their vehicle repair at

Getting an oil change at Ginn is a very pleasant experience, great customer care, fast and attentive service professionals! Also affordable and convenient drive through oil change center!!!!
