If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, stop by Ginn Motor Company in Covington and see Michael. Michael was professional and provided excellent customer service. He made sure that he addressed every question I had regarding my purchase and, most importantly, no back and forth to his manager's office for pricing, which was key for me. I walked out of the dealership with what I wanted and the cash price I desired to pay!! I drove 35 miles to the dealership, but it was worth every mile!! Thank you, Ginn Motors for your attention to detail.

I was just browsing.. but Mr. Michael Jenkins reached out and was excellent in his sales approach. Super down to earth and personable. Helped me with getting finance options that worked with my budget/credit score.We made trip up and drove away with a vehicle we were looking for. All of the staff that we came across from the time we entered the lobby to the signing of the contract were excellent. Thanks again, and we will definitely share our experience with others in the hunt for a new vehicle

My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past seven months. Ginn Chevrolet had the exact vehicle that I wanted on their lot. They sold that vehicle the day that I found it. Ginn Chevrolet found me the same vehicle and within a week I was picking it up and taking it home. We worked with Deon Gibbs who was very friendly, outgoing, and answered every question we had. The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly as well and explained all the paperwork. We also talked to the General Manager while we were there. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ginn Chevrolet. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. They go above and beyond and put you in the vehicle that you want and that fits your budget. They are straight forward and made this an easy process.

One of the best experiences I ve ever had buying a new car!I ordered a new car from Michael Jenkins at Ginn Chevrolet. Michael kept me up to date along the way. When I took delivery of the car and signed the paperwork, it was super easy, fast,no unexpected fees, no high pressure! It may have taken 30 minutes on delivery day! The price of my car increased while it was being built, Ginn honored our original agreement and I paid exactly what I was told in the build!Great experience!

UPDATE: I finally got to leave work early on 2/9 to drive with the transmission tech as the service department requested. Upon returning from our drive, he said schedule a day when you can drop the car off so we can look at further. I call the service department & speak with the service advisor they tell me he didn t find any issues. Looks like I ll go to another dealer. @ Tim Cartledge.Took our 2019 Traverse in for service & a transmission shudder issue in November. After having the transmission fluid flushed per warranty, than taking it back and having the torque converter replaced. The service advisor I spoke with when I picked up the vehicle after the torque converter was replaced said to bring it back right away if the problem still persists. Taking it back again because the torque converter replacement did not fix the issue. The vehicle still has a shudder and the tech drove it 3 miles ran the scanner & says it is running perfect. Than a different service advisor says I needed to drive it 500 miles after a torque converter replacement.After discussion with Tim I have better understanding of the dealership service situation.

Had a little misunderstanding with the online quote. All the sales team was great and took the time to explain what happened. Ginn motors went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Well worth your time too check them out.

My check engine light is back on. I haven't even had the car back 2 days??? On top of that I was charged $500 for labor. I think with those prices I shouldn't have a issue with my vehicle. Not satisfied as of right now. This isn't my first issue with Ginn either

I have never owned a new vehicle. But after looking at the used vehicles and so undecided about what I should do. Earl Head our salesman showed me a new Chevrolet Trax. He was so patient and kind. And now for the very first time in my 72 years I have a new vehicle. Thank you Earl.

i dropped my car off midday wednesday and pick up midday monday for the car jerking and to get a oil change and sadly they couldn t find out why my vehicle was jerking. i even went farther to extended my rental for two extra days hoping that it would give them enough time to really look into it. And to get my car back with the same problem is very disappointing. I spent over 200 for the rental just to get my car back with only the oil change. heck i could ve saved some dollars and got the oil done in a day smhi m just really unset and disappointed

Made an appt online, for an oil change, transmission service and to have my airbag serviced. Was told that because my car was older an 10 years they could work on it. So I bring my Chevy car to a Chevy dealership and they cant work on my car? Makes no sense to me.

I did everything possible to buy a $60K Ram 2500 from this dealership. We haggled on price and got it to within $200, but the general manager "Phillip" said no. All they wanted is for me to come into the dealership so they can wear you down and keep you there all day. I explained that I was 2 hours away and wanted to agree on a price before I made the drive. I even asked Phillip "you going to lose a $60k deal over $200??) he said yes. Then they called me back 5 days later and said they could do the deal. It was to late, I had already bought a Ram 2500 from another dealership that did EVERYTHING over the phone and internet. Drove down pick it up, no hassle and no waste of time. Over $200???? Guess they don't need my money.

My husband and i were very pleased with our experience at Ginn. They gave us a fabulous deal for our vehicle we were trading in. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Charlie, the salesman was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful taking me through the whole process. I was very impressed with how they worked everything out so I could understand all they were doing to get me the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The guys working there were very professional, efficient and courteous. All procedures explained as I am a woman with little mechanical knowledge. Did not try to upsale and that to me is a HUGE plus! They accepted Chevrolet email coupon without any questions or reservations. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I wasn't keeping time so it may have been less. Great experience!

These guys did everything exceptionally well!! I initially worked with Michael and Charlie. They found a vehicle and financing that I could afford. Then, after all paperwork had been signed and finalized, Tim called me the next day to say he found in error in my favor that actually lowered my payments, all I had to do was walk in and sign the new paperwork. Never seen a dealership do that! Then, I got home (I'm from out of state) to find a pretty tumbler and handwritten thank you note. And I've received follow up calls to see if i have any questions or concerns. I hate my local dealership for shady practices, but this dealership is head and shoulders above them all! I highly recommend!! Edit: There were some issues with getting my tags in a different state and Emily was amazing in getting that cleared up!!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. My back latch broke on a Friday morning and I was supposed to go out of town the next day. Even though the dealership didn t have the part on hand they were able to locate it and get it there within a few hours. Even though they were very busy they fit me in and by lunch it was fixed good as new. I can not say enough about the responsiveness and quality service they provided. Specifically Ashley & Fran they went above and beyond I m just so appreciative to them both!

First time Chevy owner here. Just wanted to share how happy I was with my overall experience at Ginn Chevrolet in Covington, GA today. My salesman, Deon Gibbs, came highly recommended, and he did not disappoint! He's friendly, professional, and listens to his customer's needs.The overall process was smooth and painless, and they've got a customer for life!If you want a Chevy, head on over to Ginn and ask for Deon!

Loved that they separated oil changes from other services at this dealership. 15 minutes and I was out the door! At other dealerships I ve waited behind other more serious vehicle issues just because they were working in order hours just to get an oil change is crazy. Here I didn t even have to get out of the car. It was like an express oil at the dealer! I loved it!! Won t be going anywhere else from now on.
