Went to get my vehicle looked at because I thought there may be a slow leak on my tire. Professional and courteous technicians were great from start to finish. They investigated where it might be by performing multiple tests and found out where it was coming from. I appreciated the time and attention they gave to help assist.

It was ok. Service for oil change was quick. They wanna need to get some brakes for 800 dollar's front. I thought that was ridiculous my car hasn't shown any signs of brake issues

I had a check engine light that needed to be diagnosed. I had to wait 24 days to be scheduled to have my truck diagnosed. It took 2 hours to determine it was a battery issue. I had that replaced and two other recommended services completed as the vehicle was there. I then had issues with my U connect controls not working as it did prior to having battery replaced. No one at shop could help me at the time I had truck returned to me. I called the service department after I got home to ask more on the U connect issues. After two phone calls, I was informed that the electronic control panel should return to normal after a few hours from battery replacement. The controls did finally return to working condition. I was disappointed that there was no one at dealership to assist me when my truck was returned to me.

I stop by for the oil change in my Jeep. I love the new dealership facilities. There are two customer service waiting areas both with TVs, magazines & snacks. My car was serviced and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. Thanks Ginn for the awesome job.

Checked in on Sunday at noon and today is just Monday and I ve been stuck 6 times for an IV. This is my second bad experience with this place.. if you can go somewhere else TRUST ME YOU SHOULD and they don t even deserve 1 star
