I had a terrible experience today with my oil change. We have purchased and have serviced several of our vehicles at this location. Today's service was horrible as I had an issue with my engine light coming on after leaving this location after an oil change. Upon arriving back to the location the man with the ponytail automatically says the engine was on already prior to the oil change. He is lying. My vehicle 2023 KIA and today was the first oil change ever. He already had an attitude and directed me to enter the bay where there was a woman with septum nose piercing/ purple hair, a guy with a backwards hat sitting at the desk. They all were very unprofessional, gathering and snickering about the issue which I mentioned to the manager. My car is brand new and had no issue upon going to GINN QUICK LUBE. The code that coincidentally appeared after the oil change was at P0078. ( Exhaust Valve Control Solenoid Circuit Bank 1) I asked to speak to the manager which was a young African American male with locs that tried to give every excuse on why this code would appear after getting an oil change such as driving a certain speed or how the first oil change can trigger issues. Which none of it made sense. Also, he mentioned that the P0078 was critical code and needed to be check out ASAP, really? P0078 has everything to do with the oil change and they were saying it has to do with the exhaust which is at the back of the vehicle. The employees were very unprofessional and couldn't care less about the issue . They straight up lied to my face about the engine light already being on. Due to no accountability, no integrity, I will take my business some where else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Took my new, to me, truck here for its first oil change. They let me know a few things I didn't know. Like I was missing the bell housing inspection cover. I also have a oil leak(I knew this, not the extent of the leak). I even have a leaking front differential. With 8 quarts of full synthetic oil and they checked all my lights with a tire rotation for under $100 bucks. Love the GM Goodwrench experience.

I pulled up they weren't open I pulled they open were very professional greeted me had an oil change done in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service

Oil change $95.00. What the heck !!!! They charge $18.00 for labor.... my oil change at bulldog is $65.00, labor included. (Or anywhere else) I ask for senior discount and was told DON T KNOW HOW TO DO IT IN SYSTEM. I want go there again. And months later I got in my car and oil light came on. I drove to Bulldog tire. I watched Tommy check my oil. There was only oil on the very tip of the oil stick !!!! There is no way Ginn had put in the oil. Bulldog added a lot of oil FREE!!!

10-20 minute oil change service and you stay in your car as the service is performed. Pretty quick and efficient!
