Always an excellent experience. Small businesses that run themselves as well as this one impress me immensely! So much so, I tend to go out of my way to patronize them. Individuals are the bedrock of America, and when we see them teamed together as well as this, we should gladly exchange value for value with them at every opportunity. BRAVO.

Today 12-1-23 I came in for an oil change and due to the Vampire diaries convention crowd I could barely get on the parking lot . During my wait I noticed the managers taking care of business to direct the convention traffic away from the shop for other customers to pull in . I overheard some of the convention goers being very rude to them . I applaud the managers professionalism and kindness even while being berated by these convention goers. I was able to get my oil change with five star service as I always do. Thank you pro lube for putting newton county first !

Shady tree mechanics rude as hell go to Covington used tire for all your car needs brandons crew are hella good unlike like the shady tree mechanics at pro lube who couldn't do a simple oil change when you go to Covington used tire ask for brandon and further more they won't get my business anymore

I'd ignore the bad reviews, the only way you'd have a bad experience is if they were busy, but just call ahead to make sure they aren't before you come. Nice knowledgeable people, bring your own oil and filter and they'll do it for $30. I had a good experience here.

I do not recommend having your oil changed here! I have always used them until now.... Took my 2014 dodge ram 1500 in for an oil change. Incompetent people under the hood pulled up on my intake cover and broke it! I confronted them and told them that the service tech pulled up and broke my intake but they were going to send it out like that and told me that it just lays on there. I started to drive away but it was flopping so I pulled over and it had already came loose. brought the intake cover back over to the manager and she called the owner which two days later I brought my truck back and met with him. He said that he was going to take care of this but a week and a half later no phone calls so I just went back and picked up my intake cover to fix myself. I never leave bad comments or reviews but this is just bad Business! I will never use them again for anything and I recommend it also.Service: Oil change

They take their time with you...You can remain in your vehicle while they are chaging your oil..They give Veterans discount..and they are very friendly.

They had me in and out of there pretty quick and communicated everything, didn t leave me in the dark about anything, they were all super friendly and very good at what they do. Id recommend going here over walmart auto anyday

If I could give a negative star, I would. Done recommend anyone not ever go here. They are in the business of changing oil. It's not difficult. But they think they are mechanics and refuse service based on their lack of knowledge. Glad you didn't want my cash. I will go somewhere where they know what the hell they are doing. Don't ever go here. That is my recommendation.

Pro Lube is your best choice for routine automotive service! I have been bringing my family's fleet of cars and trucks to this shop for over 7 years now. As long as I am in the Atlanta area, I will always come back. The folks who own the shop are friendly, fair and honest people which is rare in the automotive industry these days. But on top of all that, their services and products are affordable! (Not cheap junk, but good quality)About 5 years ago, my family moved to Stockbridge, but we still come back here because it's worth the trip every time!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

First time customer and brought in an old Tacoma that I recently bought for my mom. Pro lube has good reviews so I gave them a shot. I didn't have to wait long until Brandon took down my vehicle information and got me in their system. They do a swift but thorough inspection of the car inside and out before having you pull into their shop. We discovered a bad air filter and it was replaced for a good price. The oil change itself was very quick and Chris explained to me everything I needed to know about what was being done to my car. They print out a nice invoice for you to use as a maintenance record and even have a nice windshield sticker that reminds you of your next oil change.Shoutout to those two guys. Very professional and kind. I pulled in around lunch time and these guys were cranking out the cars. The staff there seemed to be very synchronize and systematic about how they do things, you can tell through their communication with one another. Glad I drove from another city to this location and will be coming back. Thank you.
