My first visit here was excellent! I was in and out in no time. My warranty covered all the work done when my engine light came on. I needed a new fuel valve. Very friendly atmosphere and people. The people here all work together and I like that.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!I previously was a customer of the service center at this dealership for years, and I must leave this review to warn others. For years I was satisfied with the service that I received. I purchased rear brakes and rotors from them, and then I was told that I needed front brakes and rotors as well. Herein is where the problems start. Although, I questioned whether I needed front brakes and rotors, I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt since I never had any problems up to this point. After replacing the front brakes and rotors, the brakes would screech, and did not respond like new brakes. I took my vehicle back to the service center, and explained this to them. I was told there was an air pocket in the line, and everything should be fine. I left, and still experienced the same issues. Therefore, I took my car back to the service department. On this visit, I was given a quote for $300 to repair the master cylinder. At this point, I no longer trusted what they were telling me. When I got home that afternoon, a light flashed quickly on and off, that I had never seen before. Up to this point, my car was always serviced by the dealer, and I never saw this light. The next day while driving the light flashed on and off quickly again, and I was able to see that it was my check engine light. I scheduled a diagnostic at my local mechanic shop, and called the service center to tell them to find out what the technician did to my vehicle. I was told to bring the car back in. I TOLD THEM ABSOLUTELY NOT BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ONES WHO CAUSED THE ISSUE. The dealership never called me back. The mechanic told me that my oil was very low, and that he did an oil change and to drive the vehicle and see if I have any more problems. Also, when I arrived home from Covington Ford, the next day I noticed an oil stain in my garage now. Furthermore, I wasn't due for an oil change for months, and never experienced a problem with my oil. Also, since this occurred, I haven't had any more issues with my oil. Now when I take my car out to test drive it, there are numerous warnings coming up on my dash. Luckily, I was able to stop at a used car dealership, and got assistance from an angel. He looked on my dash and said that my car was overheating. He then checked my coolant and explained to me that there wasn't any coolant in my car. He added several gallons of water and it immediately cooled down, and I was able to drive the car. Now I have to continually add water and/or coolant to my car. There was no visible sign of coolant leaking on the floor, so I don't know how they caused this issue, but the mechanic at Covington Ford knows exactly what he did. Please find somewhere else to service your vehicle. I would hate for anyone to experience the things that I have. Avoid this service center at all costs. In summation, my front brakes have squealed every day since they were installed. The mechanic here messed with my oil and coolant. To this day, I have a coolant leak in my car. Lastly, several mechanics stated that they did not see anything wrong with my master cylinder, so this was a bogus repair. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!

Do your homework first! I bought a 2015 pre-owned truck from Covington Ford in 2018, and they failed to tell me that it was considered a lemon by Carfax reports. They sold it anyway, and I didn't find out till I went to trade it in. The truck was less than $10k less than what it should've been worth. I wouldn't shop here ever again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING IN FOR SERVICE!!!!Would give a negative rating if I could. Dropped off my car to be serviced for a check engine light. Car was not able to be driven so the car was towed to their location. Car sat for about a month before it was serviced. Problem seemed to have been solved.Now for the bad part. I go pick up the car and the interior is COVERED in mold. Mold on seats, carpet, seat belts, steering wheel, center console. Immediately go in and request to speak to a manager and ones comes out and takes a look and tells me I have a water leak. Obviously, but I didn't drop the car off with a water leak. Continues to say happens if the car is neglected. The car has been in the dealership's care for the last month... He apologizes that it has mold and asks a service guy to come talk to me. Who then tries to sell me a service. Refused to fix the problem, didn't want to clean it.To sum up the experience, some technician got in my car to service it, saw the car covered in mold. Worked on the car. Called and told me the car was ready for pick up, knowing it is covered in mold. And their standard of customer service is to essentially say "that sucks". Not the type of place I would want to take my car to.UPDATE: after about 500 miles of driving the same check engine light code popped up again. Suspicion is that the technician just reset the PCM and as the car drove the fuel trims resorted back to being lean. Aka the original problem wasn't even fixed.

I have done business with this dealership twice now, the first time was pleasant, no pressure, nice. This time we dealt with Chad Mobley, WOW! He and Covington Ford have gone above and beyond for my family! I will never do business with any other dealership again! Covington Ford IS the Standard!

I bought a Ford Bronco Sport yesterday from Chad Mobley at Covington Ford. It had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Chad was personable, professional and listened to my needs. I walked out with a beautiful vehicle . Chad and Covington Ford will be my first go to when I need another vehicle. I highly recommend ! Great experience !

One of the best dealerships in the area. I had a great experience purchasing a used Ford Mustang from them. "Make it Happen" Steve is a good no pressure salesman. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, nice and not in a hurry. No high pressure, no rush take your time and be satisfied with what you are buying. I like that.

Wouldn't stand by there part warranty. Franchise agreements say they have to take care off all Warranty claims . Had to call ford customer care .What a shame my local ford dealers are crooks. Never asked for a refund. There response we are not getting stuck with this item . Good luck getting anything warranty from them !! Even called me to take this down. Took it down to the good people at courtesy ford for warranty they did it no question just asked for my original ford receipt.

Had a wonderful experience here! Marshall was our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! I definitely recommend him if you come here to purchase a vehicle. He did absolutely everything he could for us plus some, he was really easy to talk to, and wasn't like the typical salesman that just wants you to purchase a car just to get the compensation for it. He wasn't pushy or trying to hard to push the SUV I was looking at on us. He was just such a nice guy!

The sales guy looked way less than interested to help someone who wanted to buy a car, maybe because I'm a woman or he doesn't like being in sales. When I asked about a car that was listed online and on autotrader as in stock, he went to "grab the keys" after also checking a paper with their inventory just to turn around after 5 minutes that they sold the vehicle weeks ago. The listing of course looked too good to be true just to get people in the door for their sleazy sales tactic. If you want to buy a car here you'll have to have your eyes on the vehicle and send a man. Sad but true

Best dealerships I ever dealt with. I made an appointment to get a recall taken care of. I got there at my appointment time to get an airbag changed and 40 minutes later they where done. Fastest, kindest, and most helpful Ford Dealership ever. Will definitely be using this dealership in the future for maintenance or future purchase of a vehicle. Great service. Thanks guys.

This was my first time going to Covington Ford; when I came in the door they were slow to speak to me. I saw at least four employees; so, why slow to welcome me, I m not sure (maybe all the employees I saw have a somber personality). I would normally do the long drive to Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln (they have superb customer service); however, all I needed was a wheel alignment.But, of course they found something wrong and the estimated repair price would be $1,447.36 +tax. That s not in my budget right now.

Excellent, honest, and quick service. I could not have had a better experience. One of the 2 best dealership service experiences I have ever had. The other was at Akins in Winder. And for anyone worried about racism or profiling I am a biracial man that looks mostly Asian currently sporting long hair (hippie-ish appearance) that's always pulled back in a ponytail. They still treated me like a professional even in my tee shirt and shorts. I will definitely return here for my service needs. Thank you Covington Ford and your service advisors are excellent representatives for your business.

Justin at Covington Ford is someone any business owner would be lucky to hire. While looking at a vehicle he was forward, transparent and a breath of fresh air in the car industry. He was after my trust and not my wallet and as someone in the sales industry the smell of bs is easy to catch. If your in the market for a vehicle he is the first person you should call. Integrity is an understatement and if Justin is an example of the standard in which Covington Ford does business, you will have a hard time finding a better dealer. To be clear I did not purchase a vehicle but not because I didn t want to. I hope what I m looking for finds it s way to their dealership so that I have the opportunity to purchase from Justin and his team.

Just purchased a Bronco from Covington. Chad Mobley was my salesperson and a delight to deal with. My emails were replied to quickly with all the details that I asked for and more. No hidden fees or markups. No dealership games. Came in for the test drive and he just handed me the keys and said have fun!I'd been trying to buy a Bronco for the last two weeks and every other metro dealer seemed to be having a competition to make giving them money harder than the next. Chad and Covington made everything easy.

Parts department is the reason for a 3 star review. The folks working in the parts department are great and always go out of Their way to help me. The rest of the dealership I would rate as a 1 star. I ve used the service department in the past (several years ago) and they scratched the paint on my vehicle and wouldn t own up to it. Also, they sale lemon buy back cars and don t seem to care if they sale anything other than those vehicles. Regardless, if you need OEM Ford parts they are great for that.

2nd visit to Covington Ford Service Center since buying a used Ford Escape from their Sales Department earlier this year. They are thorough and truly care about doing their job right the first time. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car. They will find exactly what you need, and take care of your servicing needs. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. The service center is a busy place, but well worth your wait. Their goal is happy repeat customers and I am now one of them. Way to go Covington Ford team! Keep it up.

I was very surprised at the help I was given by the manager Wes, he helped me with a situation and kept his word.I had service done in my truck and Amanda was very, very helpful in coordination of a rental vehicle and helped with my busy schedule. I will always buy from Covington Ford.
