My experience at Caliber Collision was a great one, I have no regrets and I believe I could not have taken my vehicle at a better shop, I received my vehicle earlier than expected, and it was cleaned inside and out, and the repairs were done to perfection. Keep up the good job

Great communication throughout the repair process. I was very happy with all the staff with whom I interacted. Very professional and are concerned with customer service. The repair took longer than originally estimated, which cost me more money in car rental. That was the only downside.

I can t begin to tell you the experience I received from this location. From start to finish. Everyone was polite, patient, and kind. They were informative and helpful. As far as my car they matched the pearl white coat was immaculate. Thank you all so much for taking care of me!

My truck was hit by a deer and the left side of the bed was pretty bad. Caliber collision restored my truck back to show room quality and the customer service I received from the General Manager Bryan Freshwater was excellent! Definitely exceeded my expectations

When I dropped my car off, there were two dashboard warning lights on in addition to the damage. I put it on the paperwork and showed the employee when I dropped it off, and they assured me it would be fixed.A few weeks later they called me and told me my car was ready for pickup, so I came and got it. Got my keys, paid the deposit, and went out to my car. I get in and start the engine, and the Airbag Malfunction light was still on. I go back inside and tell them, and a tech comes out with a diagnostic tool to check it. I'm told that the sensor can't find the fault and they need a specialist to come in, so they take my car back and I take my rental back home.Unfortunately, they told my insurance and the rental place that the repairs were finished and I had picked up my car, so my insurance coverage for my rental ended while they still had my car. Both my Insurance and my Rental said that Caliber had to confirm they still had my vehicle before they could do anything, and I had to play phone tag with all three of them to get it cleared up so I didn't have to pay out-of-pocket for my rental.The employees were very nice, and I do believe that they're knowledgeable in what they do, but they really dropped the ball in several different ways to the point that if I needed my car fixed again I'm not sure I would go back to this location.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Collision was very professional in my experience with them. They did a very good job on my repair. They also had great customer service, and contacted me at least once a week to keep me updated on my repair. The only downside was it took a lot longer to repair than originally estimated

This location right here is excellent. They got me out within 2 to 3 weeks. They kept me posted with updates and everything regarding my challenger shaker. Just make sure that your insurance is good with them and they should take care of you just well thank you to all the staff here at this caliber location

Love love love love this place or at least I know Patrick. He really looked over the whole vehicle, very detailed. Also detailed my vehicle SPOTLESS! I had a great experience with Caliber. Having my car repaired was a fast, smooth process. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and personable. The only thing I would ve changed was the fact that Enterprise was supposed to meet me at Caliber at a scheduled time with a rental but they were not present when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. After waiting about 40 minutes, I had to have someone drive me to Enterprise because I had to go to work. No complaints about Caliber though. They did a great job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a very poor experience with another location their section manager Brian reached and personally reviewed the repairs and handled the process. Understandably it was going to be in the shop a bit longer but he made sure to make sure we still had a vehicle. We got our journey back and it looks amazing! I appreciate he took the time to help us out while we were concerned and not sure what to do.

A very great experience. Brian is very knowledgeable & great at his craft. He was upfront from the beginning letting me know everything that would need to be done to fix my car. He kept me in the loop the entire process, & was ready to answer any questions I had. The office staff was great as well. The work they done on my car is top notch, I would recommend them to any one I know. Thanks again for a pleasant experience!

I had the distinct pleasure of having my car serviced at Caliber Collision and it has been one of the best car service experiences that I have ever had. I will definitely be using them again and referring them. When I first walked in, Ashley greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to my needs. She communicated with me about the services that I would receive and clarified any misconceptions. Brian is amazing! He serviced my car and was very knowledgeable of my vehicle. He was very kind and understanding and the work done on my car was stellar. He communicated and explained everything that he was doing and he was very efficient in his work. Joey did an excellent job painting my car and now my car looks like it is in better condition than it was before I took it in. Caliber Collision is the best for customer service and reliability. BRIAN IS THE BEST!!! From beginning to end, he took great care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable, and did everything in his power to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Mark consistently called with updates, and vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. There is no other place I'd rather take my vehicle for repairs. Thanks guys!!!
