I would like to say thank you to a gentlemen name LOS. He was extra patient and kind with me today. Helped me find the car parts I needed. Which included calling another location to make sure they had the part in stock before driving there. Your service was Extraordinary sir!!! Which this world is lacking lately. Keep up the great work, many blessings.

Customer service stinks and I purchased the wrong starter because they gave me the wrong one , so it was not my fault and upon bringing it back I was told that I cannot get a refund or exchange it for another. I I called the corporate manager and I got what I needed done because the store was just sorry.. my suggestion is to use O Reillys because O Reillys will match anyone s prices and they have great customer service

I went in with a starter that bummed out on me, Chelsea was quick to greet and assist us, after trouble finding the warranty Chelsea worked her magic and found it for us. SO grateful 10/10 service!

I d give this place no stars, but I can t unfortunately. This establishment s manager was excessively rude. He was of no help at all, and also his awful demeanor towards his customers was unacceptable. Aside from being rude, he also suspected his customers of stealing when in reality they were trying to find a battery for their car. It s an embarrassment to the establishment to have someone like Justin Edgar as a manager. No customer should ever have to enter here just to get treated badly; this is unacceptable and something has to be done.

Cme was great I was having problems getting my antenna to fit and he took the time to come out and go thru each one of the little bits and found one that worked now that s great customer service you guys have a good one don t let him go

It was a damsel in distress type of day until I met Chris, who went above and beyond to revive my car batter from the dead. My car wouldn t start this morning and fortunately, this happened at home. Typically, AutoZone does replace the car battery for you but the vehicle has to be on site. Chris sacrificed his lunch break ya ll! He did a mobile battery installation and saved the day. I m so grateful for his kindness and generosity. I most appreciate how knowledgeable he is. Can we make today a Chris appreciation day? Because not all hero s wear capes.

Called for a price on a 2014 bmw 328i high pressure fuel pump Los quoted $800 but then i check the website and it s $269.99 then he said i must know my check engine light code never heard that before

Asked a older gentleman on the desk about a light that was out stock on the shelf to see if they had any left and he said no. He didn't even try to look it up to see if you guys had any. Pretty bad service cause I see it's in stock that's why I made the trip out Togo look for it there. No one was there and didn't seem busy.

I needed a battery for my 2017 Lincoln MKC. It s 95 degrees in the shade and Chris cheerfully and kindly went out to install the battery for me. He is the kindest, most knowledgeable and efficient person ever. Kudos to Chris! Thank you so very much

No one wanted to service me. Everyone trying to direct customers to someone else. I was in line behind a paying customer, when the guy finished with the customer, he stated 'someone needs to come up here, I have things to do', and walked off. No one came over. I moved over where two guys were talking. The one guy handed the other guy what I guess was his order, they both left me standing there. I asked if I could get assistance the guy that serviced the previous guy pointed and stated 'they will have to help you over there'. I informed him that no one was there. He reluctantly asked what he could help me with?

I love this location! A little bit weird in the front, they hace mostly stairs in the front close to the main entry way... but they have a ramp on the right side of the parking lot, so you can wheel thingsin and out of the store. The gentleman that helped me got a cart for me to wheel my car batteries in! And Layla was super helpful! I will be coming back!

Amazing store location. The staff goes over the top to make sure that you leave happy & satisfied!! I highly recommend this store location. I want to also note the employee who helped me was Greg, he was extremely helpful. :)

No one attended us when we walked in Saturday Oct 3, between 1-3 PM. There were three behind the counter, one was busy with a client (understandable), the middle walked toward the first to talk, and the farther left was busy scanning. The one scanning asked us to speak with the middle person, that person suddenly yelled they were going on a lunch break.Later, we stayed a couple minutes in front of a shelf trying to figure out what we needed and no one offered to help us.My husband did say that he didn't like their service, and I didn't want to believe it. Unfortunately, that visit proved it.

They barely know what they re doing or even talking about, and one of the female workers was extremely loud and kinda rude as well. All she did was read what the packaging of an item said instead of answering questions with her knowledge. She seemed very irritated that we asked her questions and acted like we were inconveniencing her

I had the best experience in the world at his auto zone. His name was Brent, and he help me figure out why my cigarette lighter wasnt working. I will come here 45 miles from my home to get great service like that. Best person, he mad my year. Thank you Brent.
