I got an Equinox from here and this is the best vehicle I have owned in my life! It was exactly what I was told and probably the most reliable vehicle I ve had too! The salesman that worked with me was named Billy and made sure everything was how it should be and you could tell he cared and wasn t just out to get a sale. Would and do recommend US Automotive to everyone in need of a vehicle! Thank you guys for helping me get mine! Ask for Billy when you go he ll help however he can and make sure you leave happy!

I stopped to look at a car they had on their lot. It just wasn't what I wanted. I told them what I was looking for and my budget. Within a week, I am driving exactly what I asked for. I loved this car buying experience. They are wonderful people. Thanks, L. Loggins. You are the best.

Excellent service! Very professional care, with great choice of inventory. I have had my Toyota Prius for several months now and it is a dream. It runs great. It gets the best gas mileage ever! It feels like I m spending the same amount I spent in the 80 s again! I recommend getting a car here for everyone!

Please don't let billy use cars to follow people around the white suv that was there he followed me around the other night it had dealer tag on it and seen him in it please don't let him do this thank you Rickey please I ask again billy adams just road threw 5 times in parking lot in white car is this what you all do let employees arass people in dealer cars I seen dealer tag billy in it please last time asking then moveing to next step don't let him drive the cars to follow me around I have cameras and this makes your lot look bad doing things in cars and does people want to ride around in cars that things has been done in them it was 12 today till 1 he did this why you the ower let billy adams do this its your bigness and I as employee if was would never doe this to my job at work at he only cares about the money nothing else and only that the job he said you all just gave him look at his back ground it will shook you thank you ricky have good day sir

Proceed with caution, willing to tell you anything to sell you a car and flat out lie to your face. Even will preach about how they have good morals and are trustworthy unlike other used car dealerships, but just a wolf in sheeps clothing. If you buy be aggressive with your offer and make sure that you are sure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy especially tires. Don t expect a fair trade value, or an honest deal there is no transparency in the transaction aside from you knowing (now) you will lose, your best bet is to walk away and not waste your time. The vehicles are triple checked however have issues still? The older guy (owner) is so embarrassed by his actions he will hide behind Billy and leave him out to dry if anything comes up. (Maybe not embarrassed but too much a coward to be open and honest with people, embarrassed makes it sound like he has a conscience, or cares about his actions-no remorse) Be forewarned if are a woman don t go alone, you d be eaten alive, if you are lucky that s all you ll experience.

Bought a truck from them. When i looked at it the first time, it had a check engine light. They told me they would have it taken to their mechanic the next morning, and it would be fixed. I checked again the next day, and they tell me their mechanic fixed the issue and the truck is in perfect conditon. So i decide to buy it. When i get home its pouring oil on my drive way. I call them and they say to take it back to them and they'll fix it. After a few days they tell me its fixed and it was just a small gasket they replaced. When i get home i realize its still pouring oil. I take it to a couple mechanics and they quote me close to $1000 to fix the issues (replace both valve covers). I brought it back to the dealership and they refuse to do anything despite telling me that it was in perfect condition when I bought it. They then recommend a mechanic who i had to take it to twice to get the oil leak fixed and close to $1000. When i pick my truck up it has a giant dent in the back that the mechanic refuses to fix. Do not trust this place.

Looking at some vehicles at the lot, Was told by someone working there they were open 7 days a week until 5. Was very interested in a vehicle Went home to get paystubs (20 miles one way) told the person at the dealership I would be back before 5. Left at 2pm returned at 3pm to a locked door and nobody on site. Thought maybe they ran out to lunch even though there was no sign on the door as to when they would return. Stayed about 30 minutes before deciding to head out and check out more dealers. On the way back checked once more at 4:15 still no one was there. My husband had left his number with them before we left. A courtesy call would have been nice if they were closing early. Found a newer truck with less miles for same price at the local dealership. Just sorry I had to waste my afternoon waiting to give someone 18k. If this is how their customer service is I would be very hesitant to buy a vehicle from them. Buyer beware.

Biggest Rip off! My mother who is severely sick and weak needed a reliable car for her doctor s appointments. The first day when driving back home started having issues engine light kepted coming on so we brought it to the shop they recommended to have it fixed . Got it back today then it stopped working on the highway in mid drive and nearly killed her! We called back and they told us it is what it is then hung up on us. Didn t even have this car for more than a couple days . And drove it only once. I m truly upset for my mother for getting taken advantage of , expesily for being in her condition and anyone else who s gotten taken advantage of from this place. By the way the CarFax is Edited, lots of Deleted Information. We wish we would get our money back , but it s quite obvious on how this people are. Nothing but your average Ripoff . But it s ok we know a lot of people out here and will definitely we telling them about this place. :)

I'm a single father with a disabled child they sold me a lemon DO NOT BUY FROM HERE....all there vehicles are lemons..the jeep wrangler that I paid 3500 dollars down and had no transmission fluid clutch was going out front breaks locked up and 2 drive shafts 2 weeks after I bought it

My wife bought a car from their lot at a great price and a month after I got it I found out it had been wrecked, was sputtering to start after a week of having it, needed brakes, hub assembly s, rotors, and a new part to be able to align the car. Now 5 months later transmission went out in the car got that replaced and now a week after the car is fixed the check engine light comes on. Have called owner multiple times. I understand I bought it as is but as a business owner they should offer to fix the vehicle after all these issues when I haven t even had the car for 6 months.

This was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I ve ever done in regards to a car dealer/lot. The guys here made it seamless, we re honest and upfront, and know how to talk and treat their customers. A two and a half hour drive was well worth the service I received at US Automotive! Excellent! I cannot say enough about these people! Laif and Grandpa went above and beyond for us! We were looking for a specific truck and they found it! And, at a great price and super low mileage!
