In the past, it was great. I resigned up for the deluxe. That includes everything. I had to go through twice and was still not clean spotted windows, the body had water running down it Like I had been on a dirt road right after washing it. And I was still sitting in the parking lot after going through the car wash. I don't know what's going on except for the fact. Maybe pushing the cars through too fast way too fast!!!!!

Worst carwash my car got damaged while going through the automatic wash. They said they wouldn t cover the damages that was caused the machine. Keep that in mind before choosing this carwash.

BEWARE! This company takes little to no responsibility for any damage to anyones vehicle. If you have any aftermarket or custom parts and or apparently if your vehicle is over 10 years old. They won't pay a cent when their machinery damages something due to lack of staff paying attention to what would be damaged in their car wash. They hide behind their generic sign outside. Also if you pay close attention to darker vehicles and rims they get swirl marks from this wash. Lost quite a few customers today from my family. This wash tore my "aftermarket" valve stems off my vehicle and damaged my rims.

Couldn't see any difference in how my truck looked after two washes. Unless you count the second visit when my antenna was broken. My truck still didn't look like it had been washed, but the equipment did manage to break the antenna off.I immediately contacted customer support and canceled my membership.

I have been charged a monthly $34.97 charge and have never enrolled in any kind of plan with this company. I do not know the last 4 digits of the phone number on their record for my charge. Company refuses to issue a credit! I never discussed a club membership with anyone. I m 75 years old on social security. You have the phone number of the person using my debit card. Talk to them. Why can t you give me a credit?

Just like the last post. These people take absolutely no responsibility for damage done to your vehicle. Something in the car wash hit the roof of my car. It was hard enough, and loud enough to make me jump. Dented it in 3 places and then ripped the shark fin antenna off. It wasn't the spinning cleaning brushes it was something hard that hit my car. Never going back.$950 just to replace the antenna. Horrible customer service.

I brought my brand new white volvo here and it got scratched up in the car wash all along the left side. We thought it was a fluke and brought our Jeep gladiator through the wash and it also got scratched up AND the back fender got RIPPED OFF while going through. No one said anything to me or offered to grab it. Completely gone on the back left side and it was on there Incredibly secure. Never using this car wash again.

There are many people complaining about damage to their car, but I don't think I've ever been to a carwash that didn't have a posted statement explaining that they weren't liable for damage to odds and ends on your vehicle. It's an auto wash. It's the customers responsibility to make necessary adjustments to fit through the wash with no damage.

Went in for a one time wash. Was offered membership, I said no. This month on my bank statement, there is a $44.97 charge!! So I called their home office and was told, that charge couldn't be returned. Asked for phone# to the Cornelia location and was told they didn't have a phone! Seriously??!!

Before going thru the car wash an employee used the brush to clean my headlights, windshield and hood. After getting home ,noticed the brush left bad scratches all over my hood. Went back and let the employee know what he was doing before damaging another vehicle,he just said that's the only brush we have. Talked to the manager,he said I could get something from a parts store that should help the scratches. That was all the help I got with my issue. Didn't see them concerned about continuing to use the brush on other vehicles. Tidal wave,I hope as busy as it was you didn't damage a lot more paint jobs. Won't be back.

Went there today when my car went into the wash there wasn t any water just dry mop things no water was coming down at all, then I went to vacuum lot there wasn t any bottles of cleaner I told one of the attendants didn t seem to care! There s wasn t enough water on the car to even have to dry it off! $10 still had a dirty car!

When they first opened it was great. Great service clean and dry rags available, bottles full and working vacuums. Now you go thru a dark carwash. Employees only turn the lights on to guide you in, once your in its lights out. You vacuum ( if there even on) in the dark. No rags no bottles no lights.That's the service you get for about 45 a month.

I had a monthly membership and it lasted two months. Halfway through the first month part of the mechanism that washes the top of the vehicle quit working so only the spinning brushes on the side were cleaning cars going through nothing was cleaning the top of the vehicles. They continued to run the car wash normally. Only doing a mediocre job of cleaning the cars coming through but charging the regular price. Seems a little dishonest to me. I m not going back.

The staff here are nice,and helpful. If you have any issues they will get to you in a timely manner. The process us very easy to follow. The prices keep climbing like everything else. I've had no issues with my vehicle yet. Only thing I dont like is the cloths are damp now they don't dry them after washing anymore. Vaccums are very powerful almost to powerful. The location is in a perfect spot very easy to access. They also did a really nice upgrade to there equipment. I'll stay here until something changes. There's hardly ever a long wait either unless someone has issues getting on the drive belt,or slamming their brakes while in the wash. The smells are pleasant not overbearing. Give them a try.

This place is amazing. Great and friendly workers. They make you feel welcome. This place is cleanliness and feel safe. I met 2 managers and they are wonderful. Had a membership, used it a year until one day the car in front of me would not exit the wash I layed on my horn but no one would stop the machine, I had to hit my breaks and the wash trashed both driver side wheels. The workers would not help me at all so I called the corporate number and cancelled my membership. I was told the owner would call me, they never did.

This place hands down is one the best car wash places around. The manager Ryan, was very helpful and friendly when it came to explaining all the features and benefits. My car hasn't looked this good in a long time! The vacuums are great and they even give you glass cleaner! Who does that now? I went ahead and got a membership because I will definitely be back. The memberships are also good at their other locations.

!FRAUD ALERT!I'm currently having to file a lawsuit for fraud committed by this company.Also have to report them to my creditors for fraud.They will try to give you back one charge then lie to you and keep all the other charges standing.Once I contacted them again about the Unauthorized access to my account they refused to return the funds.This is a very shady company,Do not give them any card information.

UPDATE: When this company first opened, it was great. My 2021 car is now scratched so badly because of this place. The wash itself doesn't even wash my car as it did before. I have had a monthly membership since they opened, and I will be canceling it today due to the damage to my car from Tidal Wave Auto Spa.PREVIOUS REVIEW: Best car wash in the county. I was a long term member with this company for well over a year with both my vehicles. I purchased a new 2018 Chevy Silverado which I keep spotless and cleaned weekly it was only washed there since this car wash was opened. Approximately 2 months ago my very neat and clean truck was scratched, chipped my paint on body of my truck, and left black specks all over my truck all on the same visit! After this happened I immediately reported the issue to manager on sight. He took pictures and said I m gonna send these in and someone should get with you soon . I said ok that s fine . About a month later I stop by to ask what s the status on repairing my truck and I was told this time oh the area manager will be here tomorrow give me your number and he will call you to give update I said alright give him my number again as I did first time when this incident happened .. Couple weeks go by still have not heard anything no call or nothing! I stop back by again to see what the status is on repairing my truck and the manager on site says oh I remember you from when you first made the claim , but I ll call the boss right now and have him give you a call Never received a call or follow up of any kind!!! This car wash damaged my vehicle and they avoid fixing it so my advice is NEVER use this tidal wave car wash so you don t have paint chipped and scratches from a CARELESS car wash!!! This happened at Tidal wave auto spa in cornelia, ga!!!!!!

The wash was really good....but expensive..$25 for the deluxe wash. The vacuum and interior stations are great and offer both a small vacuum wand and a large for carpet areas. Cleaner and microfiber towels provided for cleaning your interior.If I added a critical comment it would be: the attendants could do a little more on the prewash area to remove grime from wheels, bumper and mirrors before wash.
